Lost my skincare pouch there, try to call them they say they don’t have it or maybe they throw it away because they have to clean. it’s Victoria secret pouch and it’s clear you can see inside I have Tomford perfume and rhode skincare. It doesn’t look garbage. How come they didn’t put in lost and found. Not recommended I know it’s my fault to forget my own thing but still not recommend.

They have all the favorite workout equipment. People are friendly. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Clean. I love, love, love their hydro massage chairs. They are so relaxing after a hard work out. They also have two tanning/red-light therapy beds. Haven't tried them out yet. They must be pretty good because they are always busy.

I've been a member of this gym since October. Misty has been a great help to me, I've met my goal from 160lbs to 204lbs. I don't think that I could have met without her, she has been there when it was rough to get food for my bulk. Misty has been there sharing kind words and wisdom that has gotten me through from quitting and just staying slim. Bless Misty's heart she is a kind soul and an inspiration.

I have only went a couple times. It always has people just sitting on the equipment on there phone. It's like it's just a hangout or something. Maybe make a area for them too hangout. BEWARE!! Unethical and predatory Billing Practices.

Intentionally designed to extract an annual fee from you even long after you have stopped using the facilities. Some branches even make you drive all the way back to your original gym to stop your membership, even if you've moved across the country. Don't sig up for this headache. Pure unethical greed.

Had severe medical issues and my membership was on medical pause. Never went inside the gym for almost a year.

Zero notification sent of an upcoming annual bill even though they had said ey would send me a reminder before I got another annual fee.

This is done on purpose. It is not hard to set up an email or text notification from your member list to remind the, of the annual fee date. But you like still getting those fees from people who don't want to use your services anymore, so you don't let them know of the upcoming bill. It's clearly part of he business model.

The staff was always helpful and friendly when I used the gym in the past, but when trying to resolve this annual fee, the manager Maria was practically yelling at me over the phone "You will not get your money back! You signed a contract! We don't give refunds no matter what!" Unbelievably, hostile, rude and arrogant. This is what customer service has come to now. Sad.

I understand the legal justification for defending your annual fee.

I don't understand the ethical justification.

You are clearly trying to avoid letting people know their bill is coming up so they don't cancel. If someone is not using your gym, why would you want to extract money from them a year later, especially when they are undergoing medical hardship? Just run an honest business. Be good people.

Why do you need to deceive people to make even more money? If people want to use your gym, great. They pay the annual fee and use it for another year. That's fair. But if someone hasn't been in your gym for almost a year and is on documented medical leave from the gym, the right thing to do is to send them an upcoming bill notice, like you said you would, so they are aware of the upcoming charges. Not wait until they already have late fees for an unknown bill. You have thousands of people willingly paying the annual fee because they use your services. Please top extracting money from people who no longer want to be a member.

Stay away from this franchise, save yourself the hassle! Planet Fitness is infamous for refusing to let people cancel online or over the phone even if you moved out of state. Don't sign up for a lifetime contract you don't want.

They have no free weight squat rack/bench press area to do squats, bench, and deadlifts. Yes, they have smith machines, but that doesn’t train any functional strength and stabilizer muscles. From what I heard it’s because someone was “intimidated “ and “offended” about the free weights so they took down all the free weight barbells nationally? What if I’m offended that you’re a gym and you don’t have these to use? The least you could do is get rid of one of the smith machines and put an actual free weight rack and bench in its place. Lame.

It was ok a lot of machines, I went at a slow time the massage chairs both water and manual were busy i checked in a couple times so i wound up leaving without and tanning my friend did get her tan she waited a few minutes all in all it was ok for the machines, places to do floor workouts or stretching, a class was on going so I cannot say for sure on that

Gym itself is decent, I have been noticing equipment issues lately. Staff is friendly and keep the place clean. My big issue why it isn’t 4 or 5 stars is that it’s always busy. I come around 830 - 9 pm when the meter is low and there are groups of people around the smith machines and the 4 benches at the dumbbells. They stay there the whole time. Then the ones who are not in groups sit on one machine on their phones the whole time. I thought it would die down but actually seems to be getting worse. I’ve tried various other time and the same issue. Just not enough to spread around and people lack common courtesy. I’ll likely have to find a new gym with more equipment and less crowd of this continues.

The gym is nice and well maintained but the staff is not helpful at all. I went in to cancel my membership as I am moving and the internet was down. They told me they’d have a manager contact me to get this resolved but when I received a call there was no voicemail or communication with their staff. I called back they said I had to come in and there was nothing they can do on their end cause their manager is out and doesn’t answer their phone on the weekends.. The lady on the phone was not helpful and rude, just kept repeating there was nothing she could do and I had to come in. Will not be going back to any planet fitnesses in the future thanks to this experience.

I have been going to this gym for over a year and recently noticed a bunch of broken equipment, showers, sink, hand dryer etc. This has been this way for some time. This gym gets packed with high-school kids surrounding equipment on their phones and none of the staff says anything to them. I spoke with the employee and they said sorry we only have 1 maintenance guy for the stores in this area.

Most of the time the workers are very nice. Not a bad gym overall There is a guy, however, who comes in regularly from my knowledge and he constantly where’s a skin tight white shirt that is essentially see through and white boxer. It’s makes me very uncomfortable and I’m honestly very disappointed none of the workers have said anything to him about his attire. I do understand that the gym doesn’t have a dress code but it seems inappropriate for him to be allowed to continuously wear that.

I have really enjoyed coming here, but over the past couple of months I've noticed equipment maintenance issues. There are several of the weight machines that the timer and rep counts don't work, and two of the hydrobeds are out of order and the other two are having jet issues going on and off. These problems have been going on for a couple of months now. I hope management gets these problems fixed soon.

All of the stuff at this gym are so friendly and helpful. I had some health issues come up and Maria was so helpful putting my membership on freeze. When I was able to come back they made it very easy for me to jump right back in and with the help of the personal trainer Michelle she took time to really listen to all of my history and all of my goals and came up with such a perfect game plan for myself. I have always been so self-conscious of working out in public and now I absolutely love it. I am always greeted with a Hello and smiles and everyone is so helpful and kind. Everyone has made this journey so smooth for me and I so appreciate this team of AMAZING people 💕

This is 4 star rating assumes somewhere there is a perfect, 5 ⭐ PF. This one isn't it but 4! That's good! It's a little out of the way but it's huge and very nice inside. (Men's) Locker room was very spacious with lots of room and plenty of lockers. And the shower area is nice with changing areas as well (for the shy gen z crowd). Staff was pleasant and plentiful without hovering. And no muscle thugs or gym slutz (you know who you are!)

I was in the bathroom, showering after my work out, which I do every other day and I was approached by a staff member ( The angry hispanic lady) who has glared at me everytime I walk in or out of the gym. I knew she didn't like me from the start and I've tried to be friendly with her so she knows I'm not a threat. Same time, we are in a gym! No JUDGEMENT ZONE gym at that. She yelled like she was already upset, called me a dirty white girl and nobody there liked me. I couldn't believe it. I walk in with a smile, quietly go work out and then shower. I have no interaction with anyone there. I've always laid low and minded my business and I've ALWAYS been respectful. So I didn't think she was yelling at me but then she called me by name, Luke she knew me, lol, uhhhh, So as I was imagining myself in a orange jump suite after her yelling, I decided to leave the gym, she Antagonized me and followed me out to the front desk where I asked the other young man staff for the manager. As she continued to run her rude mouth and said it was her last day so she can say and do anythang she pleases. All I got was she isn't there today. So I asked for a direct # for management and the kid wrote down the gyms #. This must be a joke! No supervision, no contact name an number?? I've never complained till now. But I am pressing charges for harassment, racism and straight up verbal abuse. And I'm canceling my membership forever. Good ridens. Really not worth the dirty equipment, unsupervised staff and very gross bathrooms for the money I pay to be a member.

I worked out for months here, and the first time this curly burgundy hair girl was on the shift, she went up to me several times during my work out and kept asking me who I was with, and kept watching and following me, and then after seeing I was alone she started telling me she could have me kicked out if she wanted to. A white girl, coming up to a younger Mexican girl threatening her is just unbelievable. I wasn’t even doing anything out of the normal. All I could do was leave. My older sister and mom spoke with the manager but nothing was solved because every time we would check in with any other staff they were very nice but when we checked in with her she would always find some issue, some “policy” we weren’t following, always some random thing. For someone who chose to work in a gym she loves making people working out uncomfortable and loves to keep them from working out.

The burgundy curly hair girl always found an issue when we went to go work out. Kept harassing my daughters, we spoke to the manager to solve things but never received a follow up. Every time we went without the girl being there we had a lovely time with lovely staff but she had a problem with us weirdly. Looked over the reviews and funny enough this isn’t the first bad review of her. When I spoke to the manager they even said it themselves they have had this problem with her before. Don’t understand if her life is boring enough, or if she gets some sort of weird pleasure from stopping people from working out even though she chose to work at a gym.

From a gym that has an “anti harassment” and “anti bullying” policy they sure love to single out and always find a certain issue with my family. They also love to pull out imaginary policies that “only they do” but can’t find any paper copy to back it up. The burgundy curly hair emo girl loves to find an issue every time we show up! At first she was harassing my sister threatening her, saying she could get her kicked out if she wanted to! Spoke to the manager and got it “solved”. Second time she said my sister could only go with my mom present (she’s my moms guest) even though online it states the membership holder doesn’t have to be present for the guest to work out. Only needs for the membership holder to unlock the guest pass. I only googled this because she told me to google the policy lol. She googled herself and found out, her made up policy that she couldn’t find anywhere was non existent.

The showers often don't get clean because they don't have enough night staff to both clean and watch the counter. In the woman's locker room one of the showers always smells like cat pee, one always has weak water pressure, and the other always has a leak that sprays water out of the shower and onto the floor. I have seen some repair efforts over the past month but now they have resorted to wrapping a towel around the shower head. I hope that is only a temporary solution. This is the Pacific Northwest. That will start to grow mold very quickly and become an air quality hazard as well as a health hazard. The shower head needs to be replaced and I hope the management will authorize it to be replaced very soon. You can't boast about how amazing and high tech your facilities are then cause health issues for your members because you don't want to fork over the money to replace a $20 (at most) shower head.

I like everything specially the variety of different machines but the only thing i dont like and it should be changed is that they should give the option to pay for the whole year because people like me who gets the reimbursement from their job/company can use one reciept instead of claiming the monthly receipts which is a nightmare so right now i am paying everything out of pocket even though my company reimburse the fees. Marysville Planet Fitness have this option but not sure why smokey point location doesnt offer that.

I have been to 3 planer fitnesses. The one in Arlington smokey point area, the one in Marysville and now the one in everett beside the safeway all 3 are amazing
