The gym is clean and not too crowded, which I appreciated. However, the staff could be more courteous when enforcing their ID photo policy, especially since my home Planet Fitness location hasn’t required one. They also made my guest take a photo, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The whole situation felt forced and made for an extremely uncomfortable experience in the facility, to the point where we decided to cut our workout short and leave. In all my time as a member, not having a photo on file for myself or my guests has never been an issue, so the sudden and inconsistent enforcement of this policy was frustrating. If this policy is indeed consistent across all locations, friendlier ways to enforce it would be appreciated, or allowing my home gym to handle it when I returned there would have been much more appropriate. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning and would recommend checking out other PF locations for a better experience.

UPDATE 10-02-25: Absolutely NO CHANGE. However, staff is walking through the area and walking right out without asking machine/station hoggers within the 30 minute "RESERVED" section to move along as they're CLEARLY seen just sitting there on their phones while taking up the machines. Also, see the handwritten SIGN (photo) added by staff in both Spanish & English. This too has NO EFFECT on machine hoggers in 30 Minute area. Again, I personally had to inform 2 people that I was doing the circuit. Needless to say but I had to WAIT for them to get off the machines before continuing with my workout.

PF needs to do a much better job at educating customers on how to use their "30 Minute Workout" section (and they still won't). Almost every time we go to PF, we use the 20 stations in the 30 min section, including the steps in between. However, as we are moving along through the Circuit other people jump ahead of us and think they can stay on that one station for the FULL 30 MINUTES whether on their phone or doing multiple sets and thereby screwing up our Circuit. We are tired of having to ask people if they're are almost done because we are doing the circuit, and we need to continue rotating stations. Most of the time, people get defensive and brush us off. This should NOT be the case if PF was doing their job. We have complained to staff on numerous occasions about people not wanting to move and allow people doing the Circuit to continue moving through. The staff is weak and are not stern with these Circuit jumpers / Station Hoggers. It's almost NOT worth going to PF due to the hassle of having to ask these rude people to move and NOT having the support from PF staff. I have called PF a few times to speak with the manager, but she is rarely in or available to talk to. We are leaning heavily on canceling our membership with PF due to their ineptitude in teaching and dealing with people who hog the Circuit stations or any other station while sitting with their phone in hand a lot of the time.

Stopped while passing through the area, this planet fitness appears rather new and the workout area was clean and equipment in good shape, the locker room and bathroom was tidy however the showers had drain gnats and a strong mildew smell, shower curtains were too small leaving large openings and they were mildewed.

This has been the condition of the showers in the Pasco location for MONTHS - DISGUSTING. The manager was informed, he told me that the staff was responsible for the cleaning but nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Clearly the staff and manager are not paying attention to the facilities.

I honestly don't understand all the negative comments. We all know what the peak hours are, so if you want to work out, find different times. I suggest 5am.
I think it is a great place to work out and use its amenities. The personnel is professional and respectful. I wish it was a little bit bigger, but I get it.. there are more stores around, and they can't expand. I hope that in the future, we can get new equipment.

I must be spoiled at my PF because all our equipment is in working order. 3 out of the 4 hip abductor machines didn't work (one is too close to the garbage can you can't use it.) 9pm and gym is so full you're waiting forever to use equipment. Tanning beds do not off the UV/UB bed. Have to use 2 beds to get both UV & UB.

Nobody respects the circuit training room rules, including the employees. People go in and camp on the leg press, arm press, and other machines because they don't have that style of machine out on the floor or enough of them. It's completely frustrating and not an enjoyable experience. Also, the groups of five or more teens who spend half their time chatting and using one machine for over an hour really makes this place not enjoyable for me to use, even at the dirt cheap price. I'm switching gyms.

They let highschoolers in for free all Summer at the expense of all of the PAYING adults. If you need to workout after work, forget it, there will almost certainly be a kid occupying all of the equipment and bugging you to finish your set.

I wish this location would go back to being open earlier.
Not a bad gym, but short on free weights, benches, and smith machines are always taken up for a long, long time. Wish they had more of these along another wall. Or another location. Pasco is growing so fast. Or they could put a timer on each machine/ bench to count down.
I got a black card, and I can take a guest, which comes in handy. They have sprays & wipes to clean after you use machines. Lots of treadmills.
They have a nice changing room. Bring your own lock for your items.
The staff is friendly. Just make sure to check your phone/ planet fitness app to pay for your membership, then go to your kids' phone/ planet fitness app & set up their membership payments on their phone also. Planet Fitness won't put both of yours on your app, like you would think.

Please don't come here, Staff does NOTHING to help with serious theft. Someone (most likely a staff, wouldn't be surprised if it's one of the staff breaking locks and stealing from the people that choose to go this location planet fitness.) Even after calling cops they would not cooperate to find out who is breaking locks and stealing personal items. If you do choose to go here please don't trust that having a locker here and locking it with a personal lock will keep someone (most likely staff) from stealing your wallet, credit cards and personal belongings. My wife and I have been going to this gym since they opened. Overall, this gym offers a variety of equipment, it is in a convenient location and we like the vibe there. The price is unbeatable.
Downside to this gym is the operating hours. They used to be open 24 hours. Then, the pandemic happened, now they are open from 5am -12am. We, along with others workout early in the morning, 5am open time does not leave a lot of time to get a full workout in. Instead, you’re left feeling rushed and frustrated as you can’t access majority of the equipment as it is overly busy in the 5 o’clock hour. Every time you turn around someone is on the machine/equipment you want to use, The door will not be unlocked until 5am on the dot. The pandemic is over! Let’s get back to where we used to be.
Your customers go to the gym for different reasons. It may be because they want to be a part of something, physical and mental health or maybe it’s to de-stress. I, along with others aren’t able to accomplish this due to the current operating hours.
We ask that the following be considered:
Open the gyms back to 24 hours, close earlier to open earlier (an hour would make a world of difference). Short on staff? Maybe a key card entry system might be the way to go.

I just joined the Gym again after taking time off during summer time I did outdoor walking and biking. Now that is cold I am back inside and it's Great. Excercise on equipment and I missed the massage bed🙌🙌🙌😁. If you get the black card!!! You pay to use the equipment,tanning booth,massage bed and chairs. and so much more!! $27 a month is worth it!!!! You can bring someone with you for free but they can only use the excercise equipment for free as long as they come with you!!!

I loved this gym so much, have been going here almost every day for the past 2 years and there was absolutely no issues, the staff is really nice and helpful.. but what happened to me a couple days ago made me never want to come back again… another member took photos of me taking a break on a machine..as a person with heart problems I have to take breaks every set.. never thought I’d have to explain that there.. the staff did got that person to delete the photo but I don’t think people like that should be able to go the gym.. everything felt like I was being bullied in high school.. and in the end I got told that if I’m not comfortable with that person being there I can leave, unacceptable. I’m very disappointed because this gym was my safe place but now I am very disappointed. The person who caused that should not be allowed to go to this gym I would not wish for any member to go through what I went. Please take bigger actions so people who do that get actual punishment.

Just started going back to the gym after a couple years off. This place is perfect for me, it's on my way to work, not too crowded (at 5am) and has everything I need... EXCEPT Hot Water. Nothing like taking an ice cold shower right after a workout. Get the hot water working and this would be 5 stars.
EDIT: Hot Water is back, but takes about 5 minutes to get warm and then only lasts about a minute. Increased to 4 stars... almost there.

I'm not knocking the benefits of a gym like planet fitness, but this location in particular.
#1 complaint- The showers in the men's locker room haven't had hot water since i joined. 2 months? What is wrong? What part do you need? Come on man. During this time I've paid 2mnths dues and an annual fee for a place i cant shower at post workout..
This place is packed the small free weight area makes moving around and finding a place to get through a couple of sets difficult. The 4 Smith machines are packed in right next to the dumbells adding to the crowding problem and often they're people using the machines who are on them for an hour plus, texting and taking 5 min between sets. Again you should be able to work at your own pace but with a small area and limited equipment, be considerate.

It’s planet fitness. If all you want is access to that home gym and you don’t care so much about the message chairs and the other perks the black card has, than it’s only 10 bucks a month. And for only 10 bucks a month it’s more than worth it for what you get, They have smith machines, dumbbells, strength equipment everything that the AVERAGE gym goer would need, I would only recommend this gym if 1. Your on a extremely limited budget, or 2. You are brand new to working out and want a stress free environment, I would not recommend this gym if your serious about training, planet fitness just does not have the weights and variety of equipment for progressive overload, They don’t have any free weight barbells, the dumbbells only go up to 75 pounds, and the strength equipment is very basic. For the average man or woman looking to lose weight, or the average gym bro trying to gain a little mass for the first time, planet fitness is for you, even the most advanced guys can get work in here, as long as theres weights there progress to be made, but I wouldn’t make it your main gym, long term this gym won’t be enough and you’ll need to graduate to something more challenging, but if your just starting out on your fitness journey than this is the place to be to set the foundation for your training / goals.

I literally got locked in I couldn't go out the front door had to use fire door at the back. It’s a nice facility but they were charging my 63 year old mom for a gym membership while they were closed during phase 1 of lockdown. When she asked for her money back their employee Christian told her that she will not be refunded. I wouldn’t recommend getting a membership here because they do not care about their patrons. They are more concerned about making money and taking advantage of elders. She is on the phone with me crying her eyes out because they were extremely rude to her. Please think twice before signing up at this gym. They also said they were reaching out to her by email while she thought her membership was expired. She doesn’t have a email and doesn’t know how to use email.

I have joined this gym since it was the closest one, and it has all the equipment that I need and it is clean. While working out yesterday, my AirPod case fell out of my pocket. When I finished I noticed that I lost it and went back to look for it, which was probably 20 min after, and it was gone. We just just joined and have been a few times. Place clean, lots of equipment. My only complaint is the mask policy. They put them on when they go in and put them down to their chin when they start exercising. I realize that you don’t want to alienate customers but I’m a customer too. I don’t have the authority but you have lots of employees in pasco. If they tapped them on the shoulder a few times it would become 2nd nature. It’s almost always young people. After not being billed during COVID, I found in September once billing was resumed, I was being charged for 3 gym memberships even though I only authorized 2 (one for myself and one for my daughter). On September 17th I was charged the monthly fee and on October 2nd I was charged $42.35 for the annual dues for 3 memberships. I called the Pasco club and was directed to call their billing company. After going through all the questions to confirm my identity, the billing company informed me that they cannot cancel the unauthorized account and I would have to call back the club. After calling the Pasco club back, I asked to speak to the manager (Nico) and was told she had already left for the day. She apparently walked back in when I was still on the phone and they were able to confirm with her that the 3rd membership should not have been billed to my account. This was additional 3rd membership was removed, and I was told I should expect a refund within 10-14 days. It is now November 10th and I have not received my refund. I tried calling the Pasco Club to speak to the manager (I confirmed was still Nico) and was told she was unavailable. I left a message with Marcus to have her call me back. I'm hoping this gets resolved soon and plan to cancel my membership after this is all said and done. I have never had this poor of an experience with a gym in the past. If you have a membership with them, I would suggest checking your bank account for any unauthorized charges as I am sure I am not the only person this has happened to.

Well ill try to keep this as short as i can i love the environment but let me tell you the customer service is dukie & there so call deals aren't deals i have to pay two times in a month for a a ten cent start up "deal" when its already 1 dollar to sign up. STOP MAKING THE PAYMENT PROCESS SO DIFFICULT i can't stress this enough the payment method and process is so incredibly DUMB

Great atmosphere and "No egos allowed", which is great for us old fat guys. Very comfy and the Hydro massage beds are heavenly. Ohh yeah, Monday eve is pizza night....lol. go figure, my kind of gym.

The staff is always friendly ! Unfortunately no matter how many machines they have they are never fixed they sit for weeks, though members pay a maintenance fee every year.with so many people going to this gym (because of the low monthly rate ) I’d hope they would be able to keep up on maintaining the machines , it’s gotten so bad people are now asking when someone will be done with a machine there are multiples of because only one or very few are actually working , making working out very frustrating. I have asked about this but management are the only one with answers and are never around.

I signed up for the gym to make myself better. I set up my account online and had the email in hand to show them which was fine. They didn't offer a tour of the facility. Now they never welcome or acknowledge me when I come in even when I scan my membership card. It is posted all over the place about a judgement free zone and that is definitely not how I feel. The people here are so busy with themselves or their co-workers to actually help the customer. When you want to set up an appointment for the massage chairs they ignore you to turn the machine on which they have to turn it on for you to be able to use it but when you get ignored at the front counter it's difficult to get your needs met. None of the trainers actually offer assistance to anyone else that maybe struggling on a machine they only focus on who happened to schedule them. Kind of frustrating when all you want to do is make yourself better and healthier.
