too many cardio machines. i’m always waiting for the pec deck machine to open up since there’s only one available at this location. my workouts that take me a little over an hour always end up taking at least 2 because of how long i have to wait to use machines

I just literally join PF and seems very well equipped black card gives you full access to to everything gym area showers tanning beds massaging chairs and a person with diabetes like me massaging chair seems a great tool for body and mind😃

The gym is well equipped, great costumer service, affordable membership cost and easy to sign up online, just a suggestion for employees, make sure every client cleans the machine after using it, I notice some people just left without cleaning, other than that is great!

I was considering cancelling my membership due to not getting much help when I had questions about billing information, the manager is never there and it’s very disappointing. I had the pleasure of being helped by a girl named Caroline, she was so sweet and reassured me and answered the questions I had. She had so much patience and her customer service skills were above and beyond.

Very clean gym with lots of equipment. Only suggestion for improvement is they have no bike racks outside. If bike to gym you have to chain up to fire lane sign or nearest rack is at sportsman’s warehouse

Staff don't seem to be trained enough on the equipment. Most questions I have asked they are not able to answer so far. Hopefully it is just because they are new and more training will be provided. Also the parking lot has terrible holes, please consider repaving!

I haven't used my membership yet, so I'm going to comment on the sign-up process. It is done online, and the negative part for me is that they ask for your banking account information. I would think a credit card would be enough.

And if it was for customer convenience, it would be optional as I already talked to managers. Although it was done online, I was at the facility at the time, where I was told it isn't optional.

Best gym I've ever gone to. Clean and welcoming. It's large enough that it's not even bad when it's busy. They have at least two of every piece of equipment too. I also love the private changing rooms and the black card benefits keep me going back even on those days when I really don't want to go.

Exactly what you expect from a planet fitness, lots of machines and free weights. Staff is nice but they are not 24/7 yet, once they are it will be really convenient. If you plan to do any floor work bring your own Matt as they have none and the floors are the hard rubber.
