I have worked with Kelli as my personal trainer and coach for about 5 years during the last 7 years. The first few years were in person and I loved her style and encouragement as I was training to do my first ever triathlons. She excelled in helping me train for three different events at the same time. Due to us not living close together I sadly had to give up working with Kelli so when I heard that she had started up an online training business I was her first new customer. And these last two plus years have exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about working with someone online but it is every bit as effective as it was in person, and I don't even have to leave my house. I have had numerous issues with my body alignment that have developed in my 60's that she has helped me to correct while also helping me to increase my strength and flexibility. She is always so positive and I love working with her, especially in my one-on-one weekly sessions. I would highly recommend her as a coach and personal trainer.

I absolutely love working with Kelli. I started with her in-person quite a few years ago but then due to us no longer being in the same region, I had fallen out of regularly exercising. When she re-opened in a virtual format, I signed right up again! What a huge improvement in my mobility, stamina and functionality. I love our one-on-one workouts and she continues to help me through my myriad of issues (being 60-years old, my body can act up at times). She plays close attention to my body mechanics and makes sure that I am performing exercises in a manner that builds strength without injury. When I started working with Kelli, I had a sedentary lifestyle, sitting at my desk all day and on the couch at night. Within two weeks of training with her, I already noticed some differences. They were not huge but noticeable. Now, six months later, I am more comfortable in my body, and definitely more fit. I have known Kelli Poindexter as a trainer for about 5 years, and began working with her as a personal trainer in Nov, 2021. She caught my attention when she walked past me while I was using the leg press machine at a small gym. My knees wre not lined up properly. She noticed and told me to make sure to line them up with my ankles. After that, I really began paying attention to her training. I have now been working with her remotely for almost one year. (We currently live 2000 miles apart) She started me out very gently because I am over 60 years old. Pushups were against the wall - not from the floor. She really knows how to start a person “where they are”. Now, I am much stronger, my “corporate butt” is in much better shape, my shoulders get comments all the time! Kelli gently guides me into better nutrition and fitness.
