Dakota has built a great space to work out in - so welcoming and encouraging! She is kind & responsive to your exercise/health needs. I was matched with Paige, and could not have asked for a better trainer. She is accomodating, knowledgable, motivating, and friendly - you feel comfortable because she is willing to meet you where you are in your journey. I'm getting back into weights after a couple of injuries and she was able to create a workout routine for me that fit my budget and time constraints. If I ever need a trainer again, this is the place. Highly recommend!

I've been regularly going to POWR for a couple months now. I attend personal training weekly with Dakota. I highly recommend this business. Not only is Dakota a light in my life, but she completely tailors every workout to my needs. I'm a complicated case with injuries, physical therapy, and a busy lifestyle and I've been so well taken care of here. I've progressed so much on the areas I was struggling and can honestly say my life is better for coming here. Additionally, the facility is clean and pleasant and all the staff are very welcoming. This is clearly a safe space for people of all backgrounds. The team here really care about each person's experience and are bringing such a great service to our city.

POWR group fitness classes are well thought out, challenging, and engaging. Dakota is intentional and gives 1:1 form correction throughout the class. If you're looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Dakota.

I've been going to Dakota for about three years now. She is very knowledgeable, personable, encouraging, and respectful. She really cares about you and your fitness journey. She also gives me advice outside of our sessions and is always willing to write up workout plans for the rare times I'm unable to make our appointments.

When I started with Dakota, I could barely lift 50 lbs; now, I can deadlift 120 lbs. I credit her encouragement and proven results with helping me stay consistent in my fitness journey.

We’ve been training with Dakota for about 5 months in both personal and group classes, and it’s been a great experience so far. We’re definitely getting in better shape. The gym has everything you might need and is kept extremely clean. What we really like about Dakota’s classes is that she is engaged, efficient, and keeps us motivated to work out. Dakota is an absolute dream to work with and the new space is so clean and inviting! I had started training with her leading up to my wedding. Not only did she get me wedding-ready, but she also taught me how to love working out. She builds out her programs in a way that is maintainable, and something you actually look forward to doing. I used to think of personal trainers as intimidating, but Dakota is the sweetest person I have ever met and I feel comfortable asking questions. We are always laughing and having a good time, while also getting an amazing workout in. 10/10 recommend!
