Working out at Progressive Performance Redmond Ridge has been a game-changer for my strength goals. The trainers here are the best! And what a supportive atmosphere, I'm hooked. Anyone considering adding strength training to their fitness routine, Progressive Performance in Redmond Ridge is the place to be. I've been working with the trainers here for a little over a month, and I can feel the changes taking place - it's so satisfying knowing I'm doing something that will have a huge impact on my wellness. I've worked with four different trainers now and am so impressed with their level of knowledge, engagement and commitment - the small group setting is perfect for getting the attention I need as a beginner. PP is becoming a core part of my weekly routine!

I can’t thank these folks enough! When I started here I had what the doc said was probably arthritis in my right hip. Well all I can say now is that I no longer have that hip pain and I am now stronger than ever. Also I have done many different types of work outs in my 65 years but this is the first place that I actually look forward to going and that’s just crazy talk if you knew me before. Physical therapy did nothing for my hip pain but this place and their coaches have changed my life.

I joined Progressive Performance about 6 weeks ago. This is the first time I am motivated to stay with a weight training program. The Trainers are all fabulous and very positive. Love the flexibility of class times and the location. The people working out are kind and supportive. I now look forward to my weight training sessions and make them a priority in my schedule. I also enjoy the way PP varies the workouts so I’m never bored. So fun to learn new techniques and exercises.

The coaches are great and I like how tailored the experience feels. I just can’t make out how 45 minutes went by. The cost for 3 days a week is kind of steep as a long term goal.

I've been going to Progressive performance for almost 8 months and it is one of the few exercise regimes I've actually stuck with. All the coaches I've worked with are great and enjoy the commraderee they foster. At 50, I've lost 20 lbs and never felt stronger.

I have friends and neighbors who have been going to Progressive Performance for many years and that speaks for itself! I joined at the start of May and I feel like a new person. Not only am I stronger, but I have a whole new set of friends! Because they keep the class sizes so small, you get to know the people you’re training with and the trainers get to know you. They remember you and any injuries or aches and pains you’ve had. They pay exceptionally close attention to make sure you don’t get hurt. The workouts are only 45 minutes so you’re in and out and going about your day feeling stronger. Honestly, I’m so glad I made the decision to join.

Progressive Performance has been the perfect place to restart my fitness journey. All of the coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive, and the small group training sessions are just the right size. The gym has a comfortable and welcoming vibe, so you don’t feel intimidated if you haven’t worked out in awhile. I highly recommend!

Progressive Performance in Redmond is hands down one of the best training facilities I’ve ever been to. The trainers are incredible—friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. What really sets them apart is their ability to work with anyone, no matter your fitness level or any limitations you might have. They take the time to adjust and make sure every workout is both safe and effective.

I also love that they cap the class sizes. It makes the sessions feel personal, supportive, and never overcrowded. You get the attention you need while still being part of a motivating group environment. The energy in the gym is positive, encouraging, and focused on progress without intimidation.

I have nothing but good things to say about Progressive Performance. If you’re looking for a place where expert coaching meets a welcoming community, this is it.

This is my first experience with personal training and it was just amazing. The trainers are friendly and motivating. I do not like strength training, but under the guidance of the superb trainers at PP, there was noticeable increase in my strength in just one month and I was able to do weights I did not believe I could ever do.

The classes are small enough that the trainers can give individual attention to each person in the class. They are very careful about using correct form and applying just the right amount of weights to provide challenge while not overloading.

I would highly recommend PP to anyone looking to either begin strength training or enhance their strength training game.

I have been a member here for 6 weeks. In that time, I have gotten noticeably stronger, and my knee pain has greatly diminished. The small group aspect means personal attention throughout the class. As a result, exercises can be modified on the spot depending on ability and current physical limitations. The trainers are knowledgeable and always greet everyone who walks through the door by name. The atmosphere is welcoming and I really feel their intention that they want to help me be the healthiest, strongest, best possible version of myself.

I just finished my 2nd month at Progressive Performance. (3x per week)
I’m extremely happy, and quite frankly shocked at how much stronger I am already. The coaches that I have had the pleasure of working with, have all been amazing! They help guide me through the different days exercises and are always willing to listen and help me maneuver through any pain I might be feeling. After 2 months I am almost pain free.

Perfect place to get strength and get rid of all those long aged body aches. I lost all of them and soon getting rid of all existing tshirts ‘coz they started feeling tight on the chest and shoulders. Way to go!

My first class today and I am impressed. The trainer, Max was very knowledgeable and able to dedicate time to each person. The workout was challenging but the right level for me and I can clearly see how it will progress. Looking forward to continuing.

My family has been using progressive performance for well over 5 years, and that includes my 2 kids, my wife, and me. It has always been a welcoming, supportive, enjoyable, and focused experience. I specifically want to call out their tremendous work with young athletes. My son who is now a freshman in college began working with them when he was 12, and it was always age appropriate, low weight (if any) when younger and always focused on form and athletic progress, not "lets see how much weight you can do". He is now a college athlete (Basketball) and just joined the 1250 club, which is the total weight lifted for squat, deadlift, and bench. As a freshman in college to be able to do this while remaining athletic is a direct testament to his consistent effort and support from Progressive Performance.

I’ve been a member at Progressive Performance for almost five years. In 2015, I had a spinal cord injury that affected my left leg. I also had extensive spinal surgery in 2018. I needed a gym that would be able to help me gain strength. Progressive Performance was and is the perfect place to get my body back in shape. I can’t say enough about the coaches. They are all extremely knowledgeable and the classes are small so the coaches are able to walk around the gym, keeping an eye on them to make sure that all of the exercises are done correctly. The best gym around!

PP fosters a unique environment that you won't get at a big box gym. The trainers take the time to know your injuries, strengths, and how to encourage growth to have you feel your best. The environment is one of support, and for the first time ever, I actually look forward to the going to the gym.

I've been going to the Kirkland location of Progressive Performance for almost a year and wanted to share my experience for all you thinking about joining the newest Redmond Ridge location.
I hadn't worked out since high school, which was 40 years ago, and never thought weight training would be something I'd take up in my 50s. I can tell you that I'm stronger now than I've ever been, and I'm even doing bench presses, which thrills me to no end. Girls weren't even allowed to lift weights when I was in school. The coaches are great. They make sure we're doing the exercises right, tweak the workout according to our abilities, and check in on how we're feeling. You won't regret checking it out!
