Pretty upset.
Iβm new in town from out of state and was able to get a babysitter because Iβm a new mom and really wanted to attend this class for myself. I was 4 minutes late because I had no idea the location was 30minutes from my home because I thought I booked a studio downtown.
They refused to allow me in for a workout. Time was 9:45 I arrived at 9:49.

I love Pure Barre! Iβve found a welcoming place; met friendly, awesome, like-minded women; varied challenging work out routines that target all muscle groups; fun music playlists to βtuckβ & βmove just an inchβ to; and βcontestsβ throughout the year to keep you motivated.Tara, Megan, Lily, Kenna, & Brinn are all great instructors each with their own individual style. Excellent teachers and a great workout! It's not always a cardio workout (diverse class types) but all classes target the core and become a full body workout to hit many muscle groups--large and small, as well as balance. It's fun, and you can hold back if you need to, or push more--whatever you are comfortable with. You will get stronger if you do it 2 days a week, but I found that at least 3 days a week will make it easier to improve. I'm 57 and honestly struggled at first, but am sticking with it, and have seen a lot of improvement in two months. My heart is stronger and my muscles are all getting stronger. Woo hoo! Hope this is helpful!

This was my sixth Pure Barre class in two weeks and I am in love - itβs so nice to get an entire full body workout in 50 minutes. Iβve been able to push myself and am already seeing results after just a small handful of classes. Also, the environment is so warm and welcoming, it has made a massive difference as a newbie to Barre - Iβm so grateful I was referred by a friend and canβt wait to continue going!

I've been going to Pure Barre for just about a month now and I'm addicted! All of the instructors at this location are very supportive and knowledgeable. They also make class fun, which encourages me to keep returning for more (even for 5:30 am classes!). This is by far my favorite barre class in Spokane.

Challenging but fun! As a college athlete I can appreciate workouts that push you to your limits! The ladies are great instructors and always make me feel very comfortable when I am in their class. I would recommend this to anyone considering trying something different! Be ware...itβs addicting!

Iβve taken barre classes for over 5 years and Pure Barre is the best around! The fact that itβs franchises-based promotes consistence among both the instructors and the workouts. And with 3 different class formats, it can meet all of your fitness needs. Itβs also great for all fitness levels, and I can honestly saw after more than 5 years I still find classes fun and challenging!

Pure Barre is the best, friendliest workout around! As an ex-gymnast, I struggled for a long time to find a workout that got all my muscles feeling toned and at the same time feeling beautiful while doing it like gymnastics had growing up; after toying with every other type of intense workout available (Crossfit, boot camp, body pump, etc) and always feeling like something was missing, I finally tried Pure Barre in Seattle and fell in love. I love the low intensity, safe on my body, yet hard work of it and the toned feeling afterwards that keeps me coming back for more. So when I moved home to Spokane I quickly joined, and I have loved becoming a part of the wonderful community that is Pure Barre Spokane! β€οΈ

I fell in love with the Pure Barre franchise after becoming a member at Pure Barre Boise. When I was moving to Spokane I was overjoyed to learn that there was a Pure Barre studio in the Valley! I have to say that I wasn't let down on my experience. I love the workout that I get, the wonderful women I have met, and the teachers who really make an effort to get to know you! After taking a 4 year break form dancing everyday for 16 years. This is the best work out for any type of body or experience!! For the dancers out there we all have the muscle memory and this will awaken those muscles once again and work them and stretch them out!! Feel so refreshed after!! Loved it! The minute I walked in they were so friendly. The atmosphere is soothing, and very rejuvenating. The work out was something I never experienced before, and I loved the minimal movements. They were minimal but really killed! I left feeling renewed, and my muscles felt flexible, and happy.

Honestly, it was the best experience with a gym that I've ever had. The women at Pure Barre were very friendly, personable and experienced in what they do. They made me feel welcome and I highly recommend it. It's s great place to work hard, learn healthy choices and for me it's a stress relief! I just completed my 15th class and am amazed at how quickly my body has responded and continues to respond . I am hooked on this 55 min total body workout which targets my arms, legs, buttocks and abs all in one session!!

I was doing cross fit training in Las Vegas for over 3 years and eventually noticed the pain on my left knee. I was going to continue with the cross fit training despite my knee issue. However, I decided to do a low intensity training so as not to exacerbate my knee issue. I play golf a lot and having strong knees and upper body strength is essentially for the sport. Anyway, I decided to research Barre classes and perhaps try it before going back to cross fit. I found Pure Barre in Spokane Valley to be more appealing on their Facebook page and decided to try it for a month. I have been on my second class and I think it is tougher than cross fit at times. The focus on each muscle group including the one you think did not exist is amazing! I love the two Carly's who I had the pleasure of being in their classes thus far. These two ladies are very knowledgeable and they help you when you are not doing the right move...and once you do, you certainly feel that muscle and it is a great "pain" because you know it is working! Keep up the good work!

The pure barre technique offers you a total body workout in 55 minutes. It is effective in creating long, lean and strong muscles without making you bulky. Plus, increased flexibility is another bonus. It's intense and super motivating. I have gotten results quickly which is what makes pure barre addicting and an absolute blast. The group of ladies you meet at the barre are also what makes you want to come back. Everyone, especially the instructors are extremely supportive and inspiring. I give Pure Barre Spokane Valley five stars because it's a postive place to change your body, your mind and your lifestyle...plus it's just fun.

Pure Barre Spokane has been such a great community to be apart of! Not only are the classes well choreographed with great playlists, but the instructors are extremely welcoming, energetic and motivating! The results from Pure Barre are rave worthy including defined muscle tone, elevated heart rate and overall heightened strength. I started coming to Pure Barre when I moved to the area from California where I attended similar classes. Pure Barre truly helped me physically and mentally in my transition to the area and ultimately became my daily "escape". The owner Katie and the instructors such as Carly and Brielle have always made me feel so welcomed and excited to go to class. Highly recommend!

Today was my first Pure Barre workout class ever. It was awesome!! I had hip surgery back in 2011, so I had to modify many of the moves and take more breaks than the other ladies, but the instructor was amazing in making me feel very comfortable and not embarrassed for not being able to do all the moves. I will keep going back that's for sure! Can't wait to see my progress!! Thank you for the great, low impact workout, Pure Barre!!

I've been to 2 classes now and I can't wait to come back! Even when classes are full instructors still make it a point to walk around and give you pointer to be sure you're getting the best of your workout. Instructors are excited to be there and are the nicest, other women that attend are super pleasant to be around as well! I love that the Pure Barre workout is not in the least bit boring! In fact the class flies by! The studio is lovely and so much nicer than being in a run of the mill gym. At 58, I am older than most and totally uncoordinated, yet I always benefit from class. Why? The PB method of tiny movements combined with this lovely stretching AND the nicest teachers! To me it's this fabulous combination of exercise and relaxation. And yes, I have greatly improved my strength and flexibility which keep me fit and healthy.

What I like best is every day is a new day, my body does not get compliant with the same moves class after class they switch it up . Do yourself a favor and try this out you wont be disappointed :)

Great overall workout without the stress on my arthritic joints! Staff is very welcoming and accommodating for those of us who need to modify our movements. Owner Katie is very personable, great instructor and gives participants lots of one-on-one attention. Briella is also an excellent instructor and takes time after class to answer questions and give further instruction as needed.
Motion is the lotion, and the pure barre workout is the motion my body can handle. I feel the burn in class and long afterward - even the next day. Translation, caloric burn! Been to 4 classes so far and already my jeans are feeling loose, whoo-hoo. Can hardly wait to see what happens after a full month. Stay tuned!

I was so looking forward to Pure Barre opening in Spokane Valley and I am so excited to say that they have exceeded my expectations. Katie, the owner is so nice and welcoming. She is beyond helpful in class and really wants you to get the full experience of the Pure Barre workout. I am addicted 100%. I have gone almost every day since they opened a week ago and can already see and feel results. It's not an easy workout, in fact it's really challenging but when you are done you can't wait to go back and do it again. It's rewarding and fun and the fitness change that I needed to motivate my fitness goals even further! I highly recommend trying it out. Thank you Katie for bringing Pure Barre to Spokane!!
