10/10 love this gym. My daughter has been in all-star cheer for 6 years. This is our first year at REACT and she has loved every minute. She loves that everyone gets a spot in the routine and no one nuggets doing nothing. The coach's take time to learn about each athlete and help them be successful in all aspects of this sport.
My daughter had to take a year off cheer for guided growth surgeries, during that time she attended classes and clinics at this gym and fell in love with the coaches and atmosphere. So when she was cleared to go back after her second to last surgery she chose REACT. She is in the gym either at practice or taking a class every day of the week thats how much she loves this gym. The coaching staff is amazing, the athletes are amazing, she has never been at a gym were literally all the athletes are friendly and welcoming. I will make the drive every year for her to be at this gym and with coach's like this. 🥰

We are working on our 4th season of Elite cheer for our middle daughter and two seasons for our youngest on the Tiny team.

Our girls see this as their safe space. They are pushed hard but treated with respect.

This is more than just cheer. This gym teaches hard work, team work, respect, strength on and off the mat.

The coaches are amazing and really adapt to learn the needs of each of the athletes needs

Started my kids in classes and privates a few years back, then my youngest on an elite team since. The owners and coaches believe in every athlete that walks through the door. Coaches do not see a "deficiency" in skills but rather an "opportunity" to help an athlete grow, only limited by the athlete's drive and determination. Placements can fluctuate based on the needs of the team(s), but overall if an athlete wants to learn a skill the coaches will help get them there. National comps are an amazing experience, especially Summit. React continues to be incredibly rewarding. Many have learned skills that helped them earn spots on college cheer teams which is inspiring for my teen. Communication is better than most (our observation based on other places), with Band for official communication and a separate parents chat for lighter stuff.

React feels like a family. I've seen my kids thrive in this gym both in physical skills (my youngest going from no cartwheel to a back handspring in just 1 season) & social skills (it's been a wonder for my introvert!). The coaches/staff are passionate & will tell it to you straight - which can be hard to hear but necessary for growth if you're open to the feedback. Elite sports aren't for every child/family & that's okay - but if you & your athlete are willing to put in the work, the team at React will put in the work alongside you.

I would not recommend this place. The office is extremely disorganized, in the 7 mo the ive had my daughter here she has learned ONE skill (last week), I've been over charged at least once but I think twice (never corrected), and have NOT ONCE gotten a response to an email or phone call. They dropped my daughter from her class when they changed the schedules but charged us for it anyway. Over all its been extremely poor and frustrating experience.

Disorganized, kids, and parents are bullies. Have an app called band app where the organization allows for parents to talk and say very mean things to others as well as their kids. The organization does nothing about it. Asked multiple times for information and communicated clearly our situation. They take your money, but do not hold routine practices then kick your kid off because you can’t rearrange your schedule to meet there last minute plans. Was asked to fill in because they were short and did not give us information to help make our relationship with them successful then sent an email saying we were no longer apart of a team that does not place or have any priority anyways. Then talk allow parents to blame you when I communicated very clearly with a coach that was fired just recently and ahead of time. Told multiple times it was okay. They are over priced and very unprofessional.

Stay far away from here! They are a bunch of crooks that steal your money. My daughters class was moved to another day without pur knowledge. When we showed up for our regular class, we were told she had to come Mondays (which doesn't work for our schedule). We told them that night it won't work and we were told then she would be dropped. We were charge for that month and had contact with Coach Jessa. She said she would be removed and I would be refunded. Charged again in December double what we have ever paid! They don't answer the phone, won't return any messages, or emails. Contacted Coach Jessa again, and she beats around the bush with no answers. How hard is it to remove a child from a class. They have been reported to BBB and ready to take it further if needed. Only go here if you want a business that steals your money. I have proof in writing to back all of this up as well

Warning!!! My step daughter went here twice. She stopped going 7-8 months ago. It was pay as you go. They keep charging us every month, right out of our account. We’ve tried to call and they never call back. About to call the BBB very soon.

Horrible, just horrible. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been a cheerleader here before and it was the worst couple months of my life. The coaches treat us like trash, they yell at us for no reason, and a lot more. One time I was at practice and someone told coach Javie “I can’t do it” (she just couldn’t do the skill he was asking her to do.) and coach Javie made everyone run up and downs. They also threaten us to run outside around the building in 20° weather and with our practice wear on. (Which was usually a sports bra and thin athletic shorts.) One time they made someone keep exercising when they threw up. They also didn’t let me get water at one of the one hour practices. Coach Jessa also called a kid a “crybaby” because the wire from their braces broke and they started crying.

My daughter has grown so much since joining React! It has been less than a year and she went from struggling with her back walkover to now learning how to do tucks. The coaches are amazing and so knowledgeable. There is a program for every level and I would highly suggest taking classes if your athlete is looking to grown with their skills or even starting out in Cheer.

My kid joined a differnt gym last season in tacoma and ended up quitting. the culture in the gym was not welcoming and the coaches were rude and uncaring. She dreaded going to the gym! She's been cheering since she was 5 so it was real sad to see her walk away. This year she really wanted to try out react and I am SO GLAD we did!! The kids are welcoming and javie is so great with the kids! Even when it's a tough practice she still is excited to come back and is loving it! Can't say enough good things honestly!

Very Dishonest and unprofessional! I have given them every opportunity to make this right and they have ignored me! They are continuing the reputation of the previous owners that ripped off the families and abruptly shut down! Think twice before putting your child here!
On July 2018 my Daughter and I gave the business owner notice that she was quitting the cheer team. I informed them we would not be paying the full amount for July's tuition, I was told I would be receiving pro rated amount and it would be returned to my card, the amount was 483.55 billed on 07/02/2018. I sent several emails and left messages in August and heard nothing back from React. On October 2nd 2018 they billed my card a second time for tuition in the amount of 483.55. I called and spoke to them again, I demanded they refund the amount and they said it was a mistake and would correct that and the July amount would also be refunded. I reminded them I did not sign a credit card authorization for them to run my card, he said I had. I asked for proof, he then admitted I had not signed one and that my card information not only shouldn't have been charged , but it wasn't supposed to be stored and he would get it resolved. they took no action to refund the money in October , I called again on November 2nd , he said he would get it handled, but did not. I called again on December second and left a message, I received no call and no credit back on my card. On Wednesday December 19th I sent an email demanding payment or a reply with their intentions, I received no response.

We enjoy cheering at React Elite. From the moment I came to them they treated us like family.
They have huge hearts and train through these huge hearts. I love watching my daughter grow into the cheerleader she wants to be.
Her skills improved so much in the first three months that we were there and now we are on our second year. She is working on getting her back handspring.
If you are looking to join a gym and need some extra attention to making you warm and fuzzy with great cheer skills this is the gym for you.

We are beginning our 5th year at REACT and we love it! I say “we” because this truly is a sport that our entire family takes part in and enjoys. The coaches push each athlete to do their best while understanding that the path is unique for each child. They place an emphasis on training safely and stress the importance of conditioning. My daughter is going into her 5th season here and absolutely loves it! She not only has gained skills for cheer/tumbling but life skills as well. She has been taught that you have to work hard to get what you want and never complains about it. The coaches are very competent and train safety as well. Although the gym is smaller is creates a family environment. Everyone is nice the parents get along and help each other out when needed. I would recommend anyone looking for a cheer gym to check REACT out.

I cheered with React starting in 2014, I graduated high school in 2017 and am now a cheerleader at WSU. I have only great things to say about the coaches and program. I learned so many new skills that helped me inside and outside the gym from the amazing coaches, and things I hadn't learned in my past sports or in school. Four of my daughters have cheered with React competitive teams over the last 4 years -- at the tiny, mini, junior, and senior levels, we absolutely love this place! Coaches are great and work to build trust with the kids and families -- my younger daughters always want them all invited to their birthday parties. :) The program teaches not just athletics, but also teamwork and responsibility as well as how to win and lose with grace.
