I have been working with Sierra for about 4 months now. When I first started I had a lot of muscle imbalances and had no idea how to strength train. Sierra helped my wife with some personal training. I was so impressed by her experience that I started going to Sierra for some coaching when I first started lifting.

I've worked with her off and on for about a year and a half and she has really helped me work through some strength and mobility challenges. It's been invaluable to have someone be able to correct my form, change my focus when needed, and just be there as a friend when I had questions.

Came in for some more insight on my body. After a few assessments we found my restrictions and I finally had answers about why I have had difficulty with certain movements. Sierra gave me a custom exercises regime based off her assessment and I finally feel ready to take more control of my motion through exercise again.
