First of all everyone greets you with a smile. The staff was professional and have quite the knowledge of the equipment I was using as well as the classes I took. Tyson, is a trainer who mixes my class up every week and is excellent. I highly recommend Rep Fitness and the staff here.

Working out with a personal trainer has given me the consistency and strength to live a stronger and happier life. All that work here are wonderful, considerate, and respectful to each individuals level of fitness. I highly recommend working with Tyson Van Dam who is knowledgeable and will assist you achieve your desired level of fitness.....or challenge you to do more..We are fortunate to have such a great gym in our community.

It took me a year to agree with my husband's pushing me to work out at Rep Fitness with Tyson. I've never regretted it. The strength I've developed working with Tyson - physically and emotionally - is something I don't think I could have accomplished without this challenge, and without his expertise. Some gyms can be very intimidating to those of us who don't consider ourselves "athletes." But at Rep Fitness, regardless of where you're starting out, you can make amazing progress.
