At Results Based Coaching, we help you move better so you can enjoy 10 more active, pain-free years. Every journey starts with a Kinotek 3D Movement Map to identify your limitations and compensations.
From there, we customize your workouts to meet you where you are and progress you safely. Each small-group session (4β13 people) lasts under an hour, starting with flexibility training, followed by functional strength work, and finishing with a recovery cooldown.
Designed for adults 40+, our program improves mobility, sleep, and overall quality of life.

I like the pre planned work outs with a small group of like minded work out partners. A great team of coaches that mentor and encourage you during the workout. If you want to add muscle strength to your life and not sure how, this is a low pressure way to do it.

The staff are so nice and patient. I appreciate we started talking about goals and obstacles for workouts before jumping into exercises. The environment is also very pleasant. Highly recommend for people who like to have more private, personal and professional training sessions. Price is probably my biggest concern. Otherwise itβs really a good gym to go for.

I honestly was not expecting to like this experience and I honestly had my heart set to stop going. But after going to say 1, I knew this was the gym for me. I loved the small group of people that were able to workout together and I felt like the exercises done pushed me fully. I was so excited afterwards to come back.

Itβs exactly what I have been looking for in a gym. I need accountability with trainers, a gym close to me, morning workouts, and circuit-style training (short bursts of exercises). Iβve only attended one session and donβt know the total price yet (well besides being sore), but expect the price to be reasonable. From what Iβve been told, the training sessions (workouts) change every time. Workouts start with a warm up and end with a muscle rolling cool down session. About me: Iβve been immobile for about three years and Iβm completely out of shape, extremely overweight (gained over 70 pounds in 3 years), over 50 years, and have experience working out with trainers in the past. I didnβt feel judged by staff or other members for not keeping up with the group during my first session. My goals are to reverse my weight gain, improve my emotional state, and be able to experience my remaining years in better health. They refuse to let you post anything until you try out 3 sessions. Nothing to lose.
