Results Fitness Training is a small group personal training studio and we offer 46 classes a week. Choose from our HIIT classes, Kickboxing, Yoga, Foam Rolling and Stretch. We also offer private training, nutrition planning and goal setting. Everyone gets their first class free so give us a call to schedule yours today!

The kickboxing classes at Results are AMAZING! All of the instructors are so kind and helpful, and I've really seen improvement in my overall fitness and my technique since signing up a few months ago. As someone who has always kind of hated exercise and cardio, I never thought I'd actually look forward to working out, but the kickboxing classes here are genuinely fun and I find myself signing up days in advance and planning my evenings around them. I've tried a ton of different classes (including kickboxing elsewhere) before, and this is easily the best experience I've had. I'm totally hooked on the kickboxing here, and if you check it out, you'll probably be too!

Love this gym! Great instructors and sense of community. Started about 2 years ago when I realized I needed to add weight training to the mix. The Push/Pull/Boot Camp classes offer lots of variation and keep me on my toes. Pounds lost and strength gained. Saturday stretch is great too.

I’ve been coming to the results fitness training for many many years and I have to tell you that Scott and his team are absolutely phenomenal. Not only a clean workout environment, but also fun and friendly members. Scott is super personable and always make sure that he is extremely transparent. The workout equipment And facility is always at top-notch. The bathrooms are always clean. He’s always able to work with you depending on your workout style and where you are in your journey. I think Scott heavily for everything he has done for myself and my family. He is such an amazing guy.

Amazing gym, incredible people, passionate coaches.

The gym and equipments are kept in excellent condition, even though they’ve been around for 10 years.

Everyone that comes here has been warm and welcoming. It’s a good group of people.

I have taken classes with Scott, James, and Liz and they have all been great. They switch things up regularly so I’m always engaged and challenged. Most importantly, they check for proper form in TRX/kickboxing. That’s something difficult to get in bigger gyms.

If you are plateud in your training and fitness, this is the place for you. If weight loss is your goal this place.is for you. Excellent trainers that emphasize form, get your heart rate jacked then bring it slowly down with strength training, multi body movements with additional emphasis on core throughout the training classes. Small classes with a workout of the day type routine. One can build strength, cardio, muscle size and overall fitness as well as weight loss if that is your goal. Additionally the facility is very clean with 2 shower facilities. A constant mixup of training which is what the body needs to avoid plateus in one's fitness regimen.

I have done both one-on-one personal training as well as group training at Results. Scott and the other trainers there have done a really amazing job at creating a sense of community. It can sound intimidating to work out at a new place, but all different Fitness levels are truly welcome. I had an injury that I was in physical therapy for and not seeing improvement but working out at Results was more effective than when I was doing physical therapy (this obviously isn't a replacement for physical therapy but through strengthening my injured muscle in a very careful way I was able to get full recovery). Results has made me stronger and is truly a great place to work out regardless of your Fitness level. Newcomers feel welcome, and seasoned athletes also find support at their level.

I’ve been going for about a month now and am starting to feel the difference. I wasn’t sure how they would be able to provide such a variety of exercises with two straps but was I surprised. Scott is an excellent trainer. No matter how many individuals attend each class, you always get personal attention, whether it’s correcting your technique or pushing you and encouraging you.

Results Fitness Training was recommended to me by my physical therapist. She knew I wanted a good workout but was tired of me injuring myself trying to do it. She was impressed by what she saw from Results in one of her patients and recommended that I go. Scott is great! He encourages individuals to push themselves but attentive to watch technique to avoid injury..

I have been going to Results Fitness since August 2016 and the name says it all. I feel stronger and more athletic. Scott as well as the rest of the instructors offer great guidance not only while you work out but after the work out if you have any additional questions. The schedule is great with lots of variety, from yoga to boot camp style classes and all of the instructors love what they do. I would highly recommend coming here if you like a smaller group fitness class and high level of guidance and encouragement to reach your fitness goals.

Been going to Results Fitness since it opened. The workouts are terrific and have improved my strength. But, more importantly, it has allowed me to run injury free by strengthening parts of my body that needed help. Scott's guidance is absolutely critical to doing the 'moves' accurately and effectively. The nutrition classes have been really insightful and are a great supplement to the workouts. If you are looking for a workout that won't cause injury or joint pain, check RFT out. I highly reccomend this place and have been going there for the last few months instead of 24 Hour Fitness. They have other classes but I mainly do the TRX classes and love em!

As a 71 year old woman, I was apprehensive about whether I could do the TRX workout. I was pleasantly surprised that because I can determine my own resistance intensity, I can complete the class without any problem at all. It is, in fact, a wonderful all around resistace and cardio workout. KUDOS to Results Fitness Training!

TRX is by far the best workout ever!!! The trainers here are amazing and very attentive to the individual needs. Nutrition planning is an added bonus! I would much rather go to a small gym than a box gym. It's got a family feel and I am told if I'm doing it wrong or what my modifications can be if I need. :)
