I signed up for the beginner class with a friend.
Shelly, the owner and Instructor was very kind and welcoming.
6 classes later, We’re signing up for 2 classes twice a week.
This yoga class/ Studio has very good energy😊

Shelley was the first yoga instructor I ever had over a decade ago. She's still one of the best instructors I've had the opportunity to learn yoga from, and I've taken classes in many different areas. I wish I lived closer to be able to visit! Whether you're just starting out or have tons of experience under your belt, I'd highly recommend her classes.
