What is Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP)?
-A training system which combines Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that is low impact
-Intense, full body workout designed to strengthen muscles – highlighting core strength
*Typically performed in a room heated to 95 degrees Fahrenheit & 40% humidity (classes are not heated at this time)

I LOVE Roq’n Pilates! All of the instructors are wonderful and the studio is clean and professional. They have a weight room with all the supplies you’ll need so the only thing you bring is your yoga mat. 10/10! Love these folks!

I never thought I would want to do "hot" anything. So I started with the unheated classes and got hooked. Due to class availability, I tried heated pilates. After a few times I was able to adjust and now I only want to do heated classes. The infrared heat helps me recover faster and reduces my inflammation. Overall I've been able to strengthen all the right things in all the right places and I feel so much less pain. I love that even though this is high intensity interval training I can take things slow and really focus on my technique.

After experience multiple back injuries and living with daily lumbar spinal pain, my physical therapist recommended that I try Pilates as a way to strengthen my core and support my spine health. I found Roqn Pilates and haven't looked back. I started off with the one month trial and tried every single class that was offered. I can honestly say that I became completely hooked. I saw so many results in one month that it was honestly unbelievable. My back pain decreased, my muscle tone increased, I found a little community to move my body with. It has been really so wonderful. The hot classes are amazing, difficult at first but your body acclimates quickly to the heat and my muscles are far less sore after one of the hot classes. Every move can be modified, everyone is so welcoming. This studio truly feels like it's for everyone and is so inclusive. If you're hesitant, you should definitely try a month long trial and see if it's the right fit!

Belated but well earned review! I was hesitant to step in the door last August, as I’ve never been the biggest fan of group classes,
as they either feel ultra competitive or way too slow. Natasha and RoqN Pilates were a breath of fresh (but very hot) air! I loved the fast paced HIIT style of the classes, the energy that Natasha brought to every class, and the customizations she offered so everyone could feel comfortable with their own body’s movement. I was apprehensive about the heat, but turned out my rickety joints loved it and now you’ll usually find me in the hottest corner of the room.

I was hooked from Day 1 and have only become more addicted as the class, the community, and the support have grown!

If you’re thinking about coming, as you’ll hear in class, showing up is the hardest part.

If you're looking for a good sweat session, this is it! I personally lift 3 to 6 times a week, and grew up very athletic. I came into this class thinking it would be a breeze, but it challenged me in a way that I haven't experienced in years. Natasha is a great teacher, the energy is great, I reccommend this class for any and all people!

Natasha is a lovely human who does a fantastic job teaching across the spectrum from feeble to mighty. She genuinely believes in her students creating positive pressure to improve while inviting everyone to start where they are. She's a whizz at modification (for ease or difficulty) and has a beautiful clean inviting space. Do yourself a favor and try it out!

Absolutely amazing. If your looking for a work out, have fun, and meet great people. This is the spot. Natasha is the best pilates instructor I've ever meet. She always checks in and makes sure your doing great. Helps with modifications if your sore or have any medical problems. She has the biggest heart and loves what she does.

I wasn't sure if pilates was for me. I have always done HIIT workouts switching it up with yoga someday. I found Natasha's classes to be a combo of both! She is motivating and helpful in modifying certain moves to fit with what your body needs. It's one of the best things I could have done for myself. I love all the people in the classes as well. Everyone is so supportive and friendly. Well worth it!

Roqn Pilates is a great community of people led by a great instructor, Natasha. My wife has been training here almost daily for a little under a year and she loves it. When I was training for a BJJ tournament, my wife suggested I do some Pilates before BJJ practice. I was not disappointed. Pilates greatly improved my core strength, cardio and endurance for competition. Roqn Pilates is great for people of all levels of physical fitness. Natasha will tailor and level your workout just for you and there is no judgement from anyone. Whether you are an athlete that loves the burn or you haven’t worked out in years, you can get a good workout and have a good time as well. She also hosts fun activities occasionally like “Pilates in the Park” and “Planks-giving” which are fun for the whole family. This is a very positive and supportive place to get (and stay) in shape.

I love Roqn Pilates! I will admit I was a little hesitant starting a Pilates class and I always thought that they were super difficult and not for me. After going to one class I was so amazed at how much fun I had and what a great motivational experience it was. Tasha is an AMAZING instructor and just overall amazing person. I have been dying to get myself into a pilates class for a while and thankfully I found the perfect one with Tasha! It is the perfect workout and just 1 hr is only 4% of your day. I love every aspect of her class, the moves, the music, and most importantly, the teacher. Her energy spreads like wild fire. She is there to help you be the best, healthiest version of yourself. This is something anyone and everyone should be doing! You will not be disappointed, but you willl be proud of the positive work you put into yourself. So grateful I stumbled upon such a treasure.

I cannot recommend Tasha’s Pilates class enough! She is upbeat, encouraging and enthusiastic. How Pilates and Tasha changed my life.

I met Natasha in the beginning of 2023. I was looking to expand my workout routine and try something new.
I have always been a solo work out kinda person. Organized classes always intimidated me. I thought that I have to be really good to join a class with an instructor. So I will always chickened out, talking my self out of all yoga and strength classes, because I didn’t think i can survive them.
I accidentally did an inferno hot pilates with Tasha. And in a single class, my perspective about group classes changed. And I was forever hooked on pilates.
What makes Natasha a really good instructor is her incredible ability to make you seen, heard and important. Regardless if its an one on one class, or a room full of people, she knows your name, she will encourage you and if needed (lets face it- we all do!)- correct your form in a delicate, private manner.
What I truly love about her style of teaching is the modifications she offers during each class. When I started pilates, I didn’t have any balance, I was shaky, my wrists were extremely sensitive. Tasha knows the body so well, and she want you to do the same for your own workout. She will show several ways of doing the same exercise, depending on body sensitivity. She will also offer dial ups and downs, since we all have bad days or days we feel like we have all the energy in the world.
I appreciate that Natasha will also push me, many time without even me knowing that. She will use props like resistance bands or weights, which add an additional level of fun and a challenge. But she never, never forgets to remain encouraging, reminding me to breath and focusing on the Why I am here.
Lastly- every class ends with affirmations. And somehow its always something I didn’t know I needed to hear, and for that- I am grateful!
Pilates with Tasha is full body, mind and soul experience and I highly, highly recommend it.
