I hate working out; I don’t like gyms or the idea of people watching me work out. Not to mention after a certain age, my body just doesn’t want to play:) I love Rowhouse because it feels like a community of people who all have the same goals. No hard bodies, just people trying to get healthy with supportive and encouraging coaches his smile as soon as you walk in the door! The whole staff knows your name almost immediately, and it just feels like your crew. But most importantly, I finally feel like I am getting strong and healthy, and there is no impact to my joints whatsoever. I would absolutely recommend Row House for anyone who has joint issues or has had a couple kids ( ladies, you know what I mean here ) and wants to either start getting healthy or just mix up your workout routine!

I have been a huge advocate of Rowhouse and was beyond excited when they came to Redmond. I was their first member that joined. I cancelled my membership due to a deployment and upon my return a year later immediately enrolled again. I enjoyed the classes but they didn’t provide the same push they used to and I didn’t see as much value; I was further disappointed due to the severe lack of customer service upon cancelling. I called to cancel and left vms twice. I spoke with someone from the front desk they told me they would call me back that night or the following and were writing my name on a sticky note they judged needed to check someone in…they never called back. I sent an email and 20 days later they had the audacity to respond saying that I needed to give 30 days notice (at this point I had already gone through my bank to prevent any future charges) a whopping two months post my initial request to cancel. And even though they acknowledged that they had received my email 20 days earlier and that they had a new phone system and didn’t have any of the voicemails or text messages saved that would have come in through it they are still arguing that I haven’t given 30 days notice. Unreal.
Mike is absolutely wonderful and amazing he just doesn’t have a front desk staff who supports his vision currently and is left with people severely lacking in customer service and professionalism to run his business.

Amazing energy and friendly staff. Big shout out to Emma, who made me feel better and less self-conscious since this was my very first time joining this type of fitness.
Very clean and taken care of. Definitely will recommend.

This is so much fun todo. Which also comes with keeping the body fit. The trainers were so friendly and guided me in every step. I would recommend this to people like me, who is very lazy to go to gym.

I love Row House! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I like how they have different workouts during the day so you can pick and choose what you want. As someone who was on a crew team during high school, this is a fantastic place for me.

Whoever runs your instagram commented on my memorial post for my dead friend asking me to check my DMs for a free class. Possibly the worst marketing tactic I’ve ever seen.

Making the time to exercise is easy when you love the work out, and that’s what I finally found at Row House! I used to go to another group exercise gym, but was looking for something more low impact and I found it with Row House. It’s an incredible cardio workout, but is 100% low impact and works 85% of your muscles. My friends always ask me if you are rowing the entire class and you are not. The classes are 45 minutes long and you are on and off the rower doing exercises in between rows. They offer a variety of class formats so sometimes you’re on the rower more than other times. The coaches and other members keep the workouts fun and engaging. I always look forward to going!

I love this place and am so glad that I've decided to get a membership after testing out some classes. It's impeccably clean, the team is super supportive and considerate, and the energy is positive.
I super duper hope they add more classes midday, between 11-3, that's the only change I'd make.

I was hooked after my first class! Rowing is a great full body workout and the coaches really help you push yourself. I go about 2-3 times a week and I highly recommend trying it out if you've never been before.

Great workout and phenomenal coaches! Most of my classes have been with Janelle and Alana, both of whom push me harder and enable me to grow more than I ever could on my own. Anyone can put some rowing machines and a sound system in a room, it's the coaches who make all the difference and they've hired some great ones at Row House Redmond!

Tried my first "Strength" class with Marianne and it was excellent. A day after working out, I am feeling stronger and more lean in areas that I don't usually feel so good after a workout. Looking forward to making this part of my fitness routine!

Redmond town center has super chill parking. Mike was a great instructor, very informative and friendly and encouraging. I took a signature class and hadn't rowed before, but rowed pretty darn hard for the class! I'll definitely be coming back.

I absolutely love Row House. This full body work out goes by quick and you get in a solid sweat. The music is at a good volume but not too loud and the coaches are very helpful and encouraging. I don’t live super close so I only make it out once a week but it’s well worth it. Check out Row House Redmond!

I love Row House in Redmond. The owner (Mike), the front desk and all the coach are really great. I love the atmosphere and the music choices. I was looking for a good cardio exercice, and I love it. Much better than running (for me). I used to go twice a week, then upgraded to 4x/week, eventually came 7x/week. It's easy to challenge oneself which I like. And it's the best way to start in the morning and feel great for the rest of the day.

I went to Rowhouse for about 3 months. Great location, clean and absolutely friendly coaches. Mike is amazing! I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun way to workout, burn your arms, abs and definitely the legs. Not your average cardio, best way to tone your body having done crossfit, OTF and gym - by far the best for me! Will be back soon for the 250K mark.

A great workout. Mike was really good at getting my wife & I started our first time. You get to go at your own level and push yourself to your personal limits. I recommend for anybody to try it once. The workout speaks for itself

Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mike has the highest quality service and consistently goes up and beyond to make sure each member has a positive experience. I am a very inexperienced rower, but the instructors were so supportive and I had a blast each class. The restore classes were my favorite. I highly encourage you to try a rowing class here! Can't say enough good things about Row House Redmond.

Awesome spot for a killer workout!! I don’t typically like group fitness classes & was nervous about not being able to keep up with the people around me since I’m a pretty inexperienced rower.. but the machines and class structure make it really easy to go at your own pace. I enjoy pushing myself to my own comfort level where I feel challenged but not overwhelmed, and the Power Class let me do just that! Walked out sore, exhausted, and feeling great! The instructors and staff are really enthusiastic and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back! Really cute, high-quality gear for sale as well (lululemon and other cool brands). If you’re looking to mix up your routine or for something new to get a full body strength + cardio workout, Row House Redmond is totally worth a try!!

The staff is amazing and supportive. You get a great full-body workout along with a personalized e-mail summary of your workouts. Kudos to the team for offering resources for free workouts on demand during the temporary closure to keep members active. In addition, I was able to receive a loaner erg for my home. Thank you for going above and beyond to keep your members active and happy. I feel like a valued member and it is greatly appreciated.

I am obsessed with rowing after coming in for a free trial! I purchased a membership to Row House as soon as I walked out of the class. I feel comfortable to push myself but also recognize my limits in class. The workout is full body and I feel energized each time I leave class. The atmosphere, people and coaches make it a great place to be. Definitely try it if you’re considering it!

Its grrrreat. They have options for people who haven't rowed before. Ergs (ergometers, rowing machines) really do scale to the user so you won't feel over- or under-challenged regardless of where you're at. If you are looking for rowing machine training (like if you do crossfit or OrangeTheory) but don't want to switch to a new membership, they have per-class and pack options. That's why we came in. The learn to row classes aren't all theory. You'll still get a great workout in. All the classes blend rowing / stretching / bodyweight and dumbbell movements but there are different blends.
