Best results of any gym I have tried!
The program is not as grueling as some but delivers results. Paced so you can go every day and not feel wiped out.
Friendly, great expertise, and clean!
Suitable for all levels of fitness, with both hard core members and members who are looking to improve their health.

I first joined Sasquatch almost two years ago, after my sister convinced me to try one of their trial classes. At the time, I was struggling — I needed to lose weight, I was depressed, and I lacked confidence. I walked in nervous and unsure of myself but that first class changed everything.
Since then, I’ve lost weight, built real strength, and gained a sense of confidence I never thought possible. The coaches are the best —they are so knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your growth…they also make class fun. The community is something truly special.I think that’s what sets Sasquatch apart from other gyms. The people here lift each other up — inside and outside the gym. Ive made amazing friends who feel more like family.
What started as a fitness journey has become a full life transformation. I’ve noticed improvements in every area of my life — from my energy and mood to my time management and overall mindset.

I never thought my life could change in the way that it has. I am 35 and I am in the best shape of my life.

Sasquatch Strength came highly recommended from a friend and I understand why. Just like the results, the formula is winning: friendly, engaging and knowledgeable staff; varied and challenging classes; good, clean equipment and facilities…in turn, members pick up on the vibe and are sociable and supportive. All together, it makes a person want to keep coming, and then pay it forward.

I’ve been going here for over 6 months now and I love it. The coaches are very supportive — they meet you where you are and help you progress at your own pace. The workouts are strength training based and I am getting noticeably stronger month after month.

What really stands out is the sense of community here. Everyone’s pushing toward their own goals, but there’s a shared energy and encouragement that makes it feel like you’re not doing it alone.

I cannot recommend Sasquatch Strength in Redmond enough! I’ve always had a hard time sticking to a workout routine and never found a class that actually made me look forward to going. Sasquatch has completely turned that around for me.

The community here is truly amazing. The coaches are super supportive and they really pay attention to where you’re at in your fitness journey, helping you with form and making sure you feel confident without any pressure. And the members are just as friendly and accepting. You instantly feel at home when you walk in!

The workouts are different each week, which keeps things fun and challenging, and the Sasquatch app is awesome for tracking progress or even doing workouts at home. The price is a little higher than some gyms, but it’s totally worth every single penny for the quality of coaching, programming, and the overall atmosphere that you get.

I’ve tried so many different classes and fitness programs before, but nothing has given me the sense of belonging that I feel at Sasquatch. Nothing has made me this excited to go to class every day. After only three months, I already feel stronger, I’m seeing results, and I’ve never felt better. If I could give Sasquatch Strength 10 stars, I absolutely would!

I love that this gym has made me a person who loves to workout. The instructors are fantastic people who will work with you wherever you are in your journey and can tailor the workouts to accommodate any physical limitations. There is a strong sense of community and respect between members from all walks of life. It's more expensive than a traditional gym, but if it's in your budget it's so worth it. There is an accountability factor as you sign up for classes in their app. The varied workouts take away guesswork and planning, I show up and a full routine is planned out for me and if I don't know how to do an exercise, the instructor will make sure I learn. I feel like I'm maximizing my time with how efficient their workouts are. I initially signed on because I wanted to shed the stubborn extra fat I've carried around for over 10 years, get stronger, get more experience with weight training, have more energy and build a better relationship with food. I've lost 14 lbs overall and gained 4lbs of muscle and I feel great in my skin and I'm meeting all of my goals. Sasquatch will give you the guidance and tools you need and of course you need to put in the work to see results. This is the best place in the community to get the support and means to get it done. Shoutout to Irina, Tyler M, Tyler D, Matthew, David and Colin!

I absolutely love this gym! Tyler, Brett, and Matt were all very friendly and welcoming. I had never done an intense weight lifting type class before and they made it very approachable and doable. The trainers would give me great 1:1 help whenever I needed it so that I could be successful and not injure myself. The classes were different every time and I really enjoyed the variety and trying new things. After one month of classes (2-3 times per week) I have lost 1.5lbs of fat and gained 2lbs of muscle! I'm very happy and highly recommend this gym. :)

Sasquatch is awesome, I've been training for a couple years at the Redmond and Kirland locations and love it! You'll see real results getting stronger and fitter- all while surrounded by smiles and encouragement from other members, coaches and staff. The work out is in a group setting under the eye of your coach, the workout changes daily and is very cleverly programmed to be effective, work for any level/ ability and keep you interested- weightlifting, cardio, skill classes.
It's always a ton of fun and good energy in every class, plus there's a ton of choices of times at several locations, which works so well with a busy schedule.

I joined Sasquatch to get out of an exercise rut thinking I would quit after a month. After a month, I realized that I not only loved the workouts at sasquatch but that the desired changes would take time. I didn’t want to stop. When the opportunity to do the RCC came, I couldn’t resist. I needed to do more to see the results I was seeking. The guidance, knowledge, and the motivation was just what I needed to push myself even harder in my fitness journey. And I could not be happier! Those 6 weeks were challenging but I look and feel better than I ever have. And best of all, I have developed habits that I know I can continue and be consistent with well beyond the scope of the challenge. Best decision ever!

If you are looking for a welcoming, supportive, friendly gym you have found the right place. Whether it is the great smile that greets you when you walk in the door or the coaches who know your name, this place fits the bill. If you are fearful of Crossfit- don't be, this gym has it down. I describe it as Crossfit 2.0- it is dialed in, precise and their workouts are able to be dialed up or down for your ability so everyone who goes there gets a great workout and feels successful. I look forward to coming each time and have made some great new friends. Come join us.

If you’re like me, you want to be healthier and have been telling yourself that for years. But maybe you have one or more of these concerns:
• I don’t have time; I’m just so busy.
• I’m not “in shape” enough to start working out.
• I have NO idea what I’m doing.
• I’m intimidated or have had a bad experience at a gym before.
• It feels like it’ll be too hard.

I completely understand. I had ALL of these reservations, which held me back for far too long. Yes, I wanted to get healthier and stronger, but I was scared that one (or all) of these reasons would lead to failure. So, I did nothing. Until I finally did.

A friend told me about Sasquatch, and while I initially brushed it off, their positive experiences stuck with me. When I learned about the free Wellness assessment, I jumped at the chance to discuss where I was and where I wanted to be.

Here’s what I hope will encourage you to take that first step, just like I did:
- Flexibility: The class schedules and locations offer the flexibility to fit your busy life. Your membership grants access to any of their four locations, ensuring a consistent experience no matter where you go.
- Variety: The diverse class offerings keep workouts fresh and engaging, targeting different areas of your body and preventing boredom.
- Community: The Sasquatch community is incredibly supportive, filled with individuals of various body types, fitness levels, and experiences. Everyone encourages each other to pursue their unique goals. I’ve never felt intimidated, judged, or self-conscious here—everyone is focused on helping you become your best self.

While it’s ultimately up to you to reach your goals, the coaches, nutrition experts, staff, and community provide the knowledge, encouragement, and environment you need to thrive.

They say the only thing you need to do is step through the door.

So go ahead—take that step. Sasquatch and it's amazing community will take care of the rest!

Dont go here if you value yourself respect! I went in to see about possibly joining last Friday and was insulted by a child who worked at the front. After I told him I didn't want to spend that much on something that I could easily do on my for free he proceed to tell me yeah but you haven't so what makes you think you will now. I was insulted because I had just eluded to the fact that I had a very serious eating disorder for the past 20 years and it was only after getting help for it that I stopped working out, out of fear of losing control again. It's clear this place cares more about the money than they do the people. Just because I'm fat doesn't mean I've always been fat or that I lack the ability, knowledge or willpower to be fit. The fact that this person thought they could could bully me into joining is a direct reflection on how poorly this place chooses to conducts itself and it's staff. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone who is looking for a healthy positive environment to grow in.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Sasquatch Strength. When I first started, I was hoping to lose some weight and get stronger—and wow, these guys have gone above and beyond. Huge shout-out to Noah, Issac, Bernardo, and Troy for their constant energy and encouragement. They create an environment where everyone feels motivated and supported to keep improving, no matter their starting point. The workouts are always engaging and fun, and the way they coach makes you want to give your best effort every time. I’ve definitely felt myself getting stronger with their guidance, and I always leave feeling accomplished.

One of the things that really stood out to me is how they handle nutrition. Corey has been a game-changer in that area. His advice has been super helpful, and with regular check-ins, he’s kept me on track with my diet in a way that feels sustainable. It’s not just about working out—it’s about fueling your body right, too.

The group classes are always a blast. There’s such great energy, and everyone’s super supportive. It’s not just a workout—it’s a community. I always leave feeling accomplished, even on days when I’m exhausted.

Thanks to the whole team—I’ve lost weight, built muscle, and even improved my nutrition. It’s not just about the physical changes; my mindset and overall approach to health have improved, too.

If you’re looking for a place that’ll push you, hold you accountable, and support you through your fitness journey, Sasquatch Strength is the spot. They’re more than just a gym—they really care about helping you transform your life.

I’ve been waiting to write this review until I completed 12 months with Sasquatch Gym, and I can confidently say it’s been an incredible journey. After a 5-year break due to neck and shoulder pain, lifting weights used to be a struggle, but the group classes here helped me ease back into fitness. The coaches are fantastic, always offering alternate exercises to suit my needs. The atmosphere in the group sessions is friendly and supportive, no matter your fitness level.

Sasquatch puts a huge focus on safety, form, and individual progress, which I really appreciate. The events I’ve attended were a blast, adding to the gym's amazing family vibe. The programming is well-varied, keeping each workout fun and challenging. All the coaches have been great - Thanks Troy, Issac & Noah. They have been brilliant at form correction and strength training advice, especially for beginners like me. Evin and Alissa are so welcoming and pleasant.

If you're looking for a gym that truly cares and makes fitness enjoyable, Sasquatch is the place to be! I highly recommend it after an amazing year with them.

The services provided here are generally helpful, and I received significant assistance while working out. However, if you plan to cancel your membership, be cautious.

First, submit your cancellation request at least 30 days before the billing cycle. Second, do not rely on text or phone calls alone to cancel; you must specifically request a cancellation form, as that is the document they require.

In my case, I sent a cancellation request via text on July 8th, but they only sent me the form on August 7th, resulting in a charge for the September membership. I was unaware of the form, and they refused to issue a refund, costing me an extra month’s fee.

Update:
Upgrade to 4 stars. After communication, they refunded membership of September and apologized.

I was never much into group classes until I joined Sasquatch Redmond, and now I'm hooked! The program is exceptionally well-rounded, offering a variety of modalities that keep workouts engaging and effective. The infrastructure is excellent, with modern equipment and clean facilities. They also offer an in-body scan, which is a great way to track progress and set goals. But what really stands out are the coaches and staff at Sasquatch. All the coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and always ready to help. The staff is really caring and eager to make things work for us. I have been coming here for the past 6 months. And the biggest goal I’ve achieved within the past 5 years is because of this gym, because of the people working here. They are very supportive. We all busy, working and with our lives and situations etc. and I feel that this gym is perfect for a lifestyle of a busy individual like myself. Let the coaches do their job to create an effective training program and train/coach. 70% of the achievement of personal goals in sport, whether it’s a weight loss or gaining muscle mass depends only on you and diet you stick to. But if you are lost in that world of nutritional efficiency of the food you eat and don’t know where to start don’t worry, they also have a nutrition program and will tell which foods are of good nutritional value for muscle mass gaining and which are good for loosing excessive weight. They got you covered. Remember, you come here to workout, to achieve useful information on nutrition and exercise and to communicate with great people. Oh almost forgot to mention that they occasionally have group events like bbq at summertime. I def. recommend this place.

Always preferred playing sports outside rather than going to gym but few injuries forced me build some muscle strength hence I reluctantly joined Sasquatch. Everyone goes at their own pace from beginner like me to pros who have been doing this for years. Plus they have the best trainers who will teach you proper technique and push you to be best at your level.

Advance schedule and multiple sessions per day are few additional things which makes it easier to go once day.

I joined Sasquatch’s 6 week challenge and before it even ended, I knew I wanted to continue working out here. All of the coaches at Sasquatch are welcoming. I’ve had the chance to work out with a good majority of the coaches and have had great experiences. They’re not drill sergeants. They know how to keep you safe while pushing you to do your best. They believe in you when you don’t believe in yourself (shoutout Bernardo, and also all the other coaches I’ve worked with - Amy, Troy, Noah, Issac).

It’s clear they’ve put hard work into making a fun environment where everyone knows each other’s names, is always willing to help change plates and cheer each other on. The workout splits are engaging and the right amount of challenging.

Not only do I feel and look stronger after just 6 weeks, I’m able to navigate equipment and nutrition (thank you, Corey) with more confidence and have met genuine friends through Sasquatch. As someone who has always struggled with body image and nervousness to hit the gym, Sasquatch has been the best investment I’ve made in my health and happiness. After a year of living in Redmond, I finally feel like I have a community.

Sasquatch is a very clean, well-maintained gym, and it’s an unintimidating place where I’ve learned so much and it was exactly what I needed to get back in shape.

I love everything about this gym, people, type of workout, and their clean space! I’ve been my healthiest and fittest that I’ve ever been. The workout is challenging, you can go crazy if you want. But coaches always modify every single move based on each person’s fitness level. Classes are not crowded, it feels like I get personal training every day!

I enrolled in Sasquatch Strength Redmond’s opening promotion of $50 in summer/fall of 2022. They ended up delaying the launch and I requested my refund which they did in Jan 2023.

However, I recently saw that they’ve been charging me for past 5 months since Sep 2023 when I’ve never visited them or used their gym. I called for refund and they refused, saying they called me in Aug while I was out of country vacation and I said “I’ll figure things out when I am back from vacation”. Instead of any follow-ups later on, they just started charging my credit card. I never received any text message, invoice receipts informing me they have started charging. And guess what I don’t need your freaking free classes.

I am now in process of Credit card fraud dispute for this shady business practice, and will follow up with legal action if needed.

Update: In response to Sasquatch response below: As I mentioned to your employee that I do not need credit. Further, all your emails are marketing, none telling me that I am paying, or sale receipt, etc. Same your messages, none were sales receipts or telling me that I am paying and I am not coming. Half of your messages are saying to send you text rather than calling when I was trying to reach you. Please call me and send me copy of emails/texts/sales receipts/ call transcriptions etc. where you've told me that you are starting to charge me or are charging me.

Classes are challenging and the coaches are excellent. They do a wonderful job of making the environment fun, inviting and giving a sense of community.
This is exactly what I've been looking for regular workouts. It takes all of the thinking out because they provide great programming. I just have to show up and put in the work.
Cam/Troy/Colin are absolutely fantastic coaches. They're patient, positive and endlessly encouraging. They're constantly providing the tips I need to grow while also giving consistent positive reinforcement.
Love it. So happy I decided to sign up.

EDIT: 3 months later I couldn't agree more with what I said above.

They were supposed to start in Dec 2022 and eventually open in June/July 2023, and expect members to keep waiting ? I was out on vacation in July/August and they were supposed to follow up with me in Sept when I am back but they did not. I noticed a charge in Sept statement for full amount of $245 without any notice, they did not even have me try, no follow up to try and charged my credit card first and expected me to come for trial sessions after that. Did not honor original discount in the first place, very bad follow up, more interested in taking my money rather than offering service.

***Editing the review based on response, just to clarify I was offered 3 months free just now as I'm writing this feedback, it did not happen before. The communication was to follow up when I'm back and not to charge me in September without even trying.

The coaches at Sasquatch provide amazing encouragement and feedback. When it comes to the variety of workouts, you get back what you put in - and then some. The many options of times and location give little room for excuses to miss a workout (for those of us who might look for one...). I highly recommend becoming a member!

I have worked out/been a member at multiple Sasquatches throughout the past 3 years (moved around a bit) and love them all. The coaches are well-informed, confident, and very approachable with a genuine passion for fitness. This is a perfect fit for those that are new to fitness and those looking to step up their game. Highly recommend.

This gym has so much to offer. I love this versatile aspect of it. I used to be a runner, but now also a lifter and a gymnast. I still have a lot to learn and that’s what keeps me going to this gym after 8 years. You don’t have to think about what you have to do any given day. You just come in and follow what coaches tell you. You’ll see the result within a few months. Also I enjoy the community that welcomes anyone at any levels and ages. I feel very lucky to be part of this community.

The towering strength of “Sasquatch Strength” is not only their facility and new equipment, but the knowledge base and professionalism of their instructors. They make your fitness experience top-notch by helping you stay within yourself, by guiding you in proper form and technique.

My form and technique have greatly improved I have become stronger than ever with no injuries.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Jacked and tan is legit
By Seth Thompson

About 1 year ago I lost ~40lbs through the keto diet and working out. Over the next few months I was able to gain back 20lbs in muscle and maintain 9% body fat. How ever, I became stuck at 180lbs for the next 6 months. Interested in learning about tracking macros and looking to make some more progress, I participated in jacked in tan. With the help of coach Alex I had my macros set up, and by following them for the next 6 weeks I was able to gain 6 pounds of lean muscle mass and maintain my 9% body fat. It was incredibly exciting to see this level of growth after such a long period of stagnation, and the increase in muscle and energy has been reflected in my workouts. Jacked and tan is a great way to get Into tracking macros. The coaching staff is well informed and can help you achieve your goal, be it fat loss, muscle growth, or weight gain. I would recommend it to both new and experienced athletes, as it is a great way to take your fitness to the next level!

I've recently joined Sasquatch Crossfit and I can honestly say that the only thing I regret is that I didn't start sooner. Tim and his team have built a great crossfit gym and they really care about each and every member. It's an incredibly supportive culture, especially for those first timers to crossfit. If your looking for an excellent crossfit gym you should definitely reach out to Tim and check out Sasquatch Crossfit, you won't regret it.
