“ideally you don’t show up and we pocket the money” i think that’s the overall philosophy of this place, because the workouts are designed to break seasoned athletes so you can’t show up more than a few times a week, when you’re audience is clearly not that. that is if you’re lucky to get on the schedule by waking up at midnight to book a spot, otherwise i suppose you could show up and overcrowd the work out space, which often happens, which is fine since you wake up at 4 to do the 5-6. but that’s not all sasquatch owners get to abuse the relationship they have in this neighborhood because of the monopoly, meaning if you ever plan to go out of country for a month, fear not upon return you’ll pay the new member fee of $350, because they get to set the price since no one else is around.

Love the personal care and attention the trainers here provide. There’s a great sense of community and less of a cult vibe in this gym; The workouts are always enjoyable and fruitful. With motivation from coaches and the staff, you get to push yourself to your level of comfort, and build on it. You also get access to nutrition education, workshops and activities with the rest of the members. You are encouraged to take frequent InBody scans, and upload your health, workout and diet stats on the app that’s well thought through. I love how the app keeps track of my personal records, and helps me improve over time.

Natalie was persistent to get me to try this, and keeps motivating and challenging me through my fitness journey.

I can't say enough good about my experience at Sasquatch Strength over the past year. Both the trainers and the members are so genuine and supportive. They usually even host monthly events like paddle boarding or mini golf and it's been really fun to find a little “gym family”.

When I first joined, I was incredibly intimidated, but Coach Natalie immediately made me feel welcome and worked with me at exactly where I was at (aka no lifting experience). All the coaches here are exceptional, but I’ve been lucky enough to work with Natalie 1:1 to help strengthen my core and allow me to continue to lift even with my bulging disc and old back injury. She consistently reaches out to track my progress, check in if I haven't been in for a while and celebrates my wins with me!

Sasquatch strength has a unique and great approach to fitness. The class group sizes are perfect sized for you to get the right amount of attention from the coaches but have the space to do things at the pace and intensity that best works for you on that day. I had to take a break due to an unexpected health issue and had a ton of inertia in going back to classes, the coaches Natalie and Jordan were amazing in helping me ramp back up into workouts. Natalie consistently followed up with me and soft pushed for motivation to resume fitness journey. She tailored her advice to best fit my needs and continues giving me pointers to keep improving. I'm also glad for her encouragement and referral to a PT for me to continue working on longer term posture improvements in parallel to the workouts.

Big shout out to Jordan who runs the afternoon and evening sessions, makes the classes engaging and super fun. He brings a ton of positive energy to the class and makes it a point to pay attention to every person in the class. Jordan consistently helps me improve my posture, form and movements. The guided warm up conditioning pre-class and post class stretches make a huge difference in your quality of life compared to other gyms.

I highly recommend Sasquatch if you are looking to jump start your fitness or just continue your fitness activity, all you have to do is show up and they take care of the rest.

This works! I signed up for the Sasquatch Strength 6-week challenged and lost over 10 pounds and gained muscle. I have been a member of Sasquatch Sammamish for 4 months now and regret not trying it before. I really enjoy the workouts which are challenging and the community feeling. The coaches are great ( shout out to Coach Jordan, Huy and Natalie!), they are attentive and they make sure that you have the right form and movement. My results have been amazing until now, lost more than 30lbs of body fat already (still continuing) and gaining muscle. I do not even mention the mood change and decrease in my stress level. The 6-week RC Challenge was a great way to jump start my diet and helped me work on having better eating habits going forward. It gave me an easy plan to follow with weekly follow ups to hold me accountable. Going through the program with other Sasquatch members was also helpful. It was nice to be able to reach out to other members for ideas on meal variations when I was struggling to come up with new ideas. But environment and energy at this location is just amazing. From last 8 months I and my wife both have been consistent by 5 days a week. Love working out at Sasquatch. All is so supportive and it doesn’t matter what fitness level you are at. The program is worked out, but adapted by coaches according to your level and injuries. Also like that we all celebrate together when you achieve something you could not before. Joined almost 3 weeks ago and glad to make that decision. Coaches are super helpful and supportive. Even fellow members make the overall gymming fun. A very friendly and welcoming environment. Pretty much every coach I interacted with is great but I have primarily worked with Riley and Hugh who are amazing. They keep you motivated, know your limits, watch out for you. Right when you think you cannot go any further they will help you take one step forward and just like that you will realize you are able to do things which you thought you could not. Riley and Hugh work really well as partners and in a way you have 2 coaches at a time in the room, ensuring you have the right form and remain injury free.

This place is awesome! The group atmosphere pushes me to go harder than if I was to exercise alone. The programming is well written, with well thought out warm up sessions that prepare well for the exercise routine. My favorite part however, are the coaches who get to know you at a pretty personal level: @Riley who knows how far I can go, and encourages me to get there; @Viky - who's my favorite snatches instructor (I don't think I could do this well without her taking her time to explain how it is done right); @Natalie - who reminds everyone of the importance of the warmup, and making it personal! Front desk staff is also friendly, and they seem to know everyone's name, and make you feel like part of the family!

Their gym classes are all well designed. It seems I gained several pounds of muscle after just 4 months taking their classes. Just, my goal is to lose some weight and look better in bikini, so far I haven't noticed that effect 😆 Their gym doesn't have many facilities as other gyms do, in case some ppl need large variety of facilities. Their membership is for one whole year, not by monthly.

I have been coming here for 11 months and it’s like a second home for me now. One of the best decisions I made in life was to come here. Coaches are super supportive and collaborative. The staff and coaches at Sasquatch Strength Sammamish are great. They set me up with a couple week-long passes while I was visiting from out of town, extended the pass a day when weather shut down the roads and gym, and got me squared away to sign up for classes via the app.

The gym itself is super clean with quality equipment that is neatly organized, two bathrooms, water stations, and gear lockers. The variety of class times was super helpful with the holiday season craziness, and signing up was super easy on the app. The warmup and WOD are posted on two large screens during class, and they utilize Beyond the Whiteboard for logging scores (and posting the WODs ahead of time). Their main website has a chat box for questions (which I used to ask if I could drop in), and the staff was super helpful and responsive. Mahalo.🙏🏽

The coaches are all very knowledgeable and engaged during class and give solid cues and instruction; I’m personally grateful to each of them for their patience with me while working around a shoulder injury. Thanks for a great experience and I look forward to dropping in again the next time I’m in town!

LOVE working out at Sasquatch. Been a member for 2+ years and I’ve seen how much my body has changed over this period. Though we don’t live in Seattle anymore, I know I’llgo back there when we visit. In fact, this place is high on the list of places I’ll miss about living in Seattle.

Through systemic coaching and great workouts, I’ve been able to train my body to get into the right posture for everything.

Love Troy’s style of workouts, coaches Corey, Vicky, Riley are great. No matter which location in the PNW you go to, you’ll have the same great experience.

If you like to say that you go to a gym but secretly don't bother to work very hard while at the gym, then Sasquatch is not for you. You will work hard at Sasquatch. But more importantly, you will enjoy the hard work. And it will invigorate you to want to keep coming back. Your mindset will change from "I have to go to the gym" to "I get to go to the gym."

The workouts change daily and vary from weightlifting, cardio, gymnastic movements, plain old body weight movements, and more often than not, some combination of them all. The coaches are extremely knowledgable and want to teach. Don't worry if you can not do a pull-up or some other movement. The coaches will learn your individual strengths and weakness. This allows them to offer modifications to movements that will help you build the needed strength and skill. And in due time, you will find that you are doing what you previously could not.

If you think group based, instructor led workouts are for you, definitely check out Sasquatch Strength. The equipment is maintained in good condition. The facilities are kept clean. And the people are enjoyable. What is there not to like?

So yes, if you want to introduce your kids to a good fitness routine, this is the place. Each day workouts are different and can be tailored by your coach based on your fitness capability. I enjoy my time there with my girls who like to push me and vice versa. Our coach Rylie knows our strengths and pushes us individually to meet our personal goals. And the gym environment is just amazing, where you get an high-fives, applause and/or encouragement from your peers as well.

Joined Sasquatch about 8 months ago after working regularly at other local standard all machine, classes etc.. gyms. Was immediately made to feel welcome and introduced safely into the programs and met so many amazing and inspiring people with all different levels of fitness and backgrounds. I joined Sammamish Crossfit about 1 year ago and it was the best thing I have ever done!

I can honestly say this hand on heart.

Prior to joining, i wasn’t really an exercise person, at all.
Over the years, I have dabbled in gyms along the way, but never found anything that clicked for me. I just didn’t get it. Or the exercise I got bored with. But the day I went in to SCF that changed for me. Each time I went there was something different to learn, something new to try, and then it was about how hard could I push myself within myself. I love the philosophy, and the coaches have a way that keeps me both motivated, interested and above all - healthy and fit.
The coaches are talented and quite different in style but they work extremely well together and with you and are educated in both technique and fitness which means safety is also important and the personal coaching that I have had about even basic things is wonderful.
They hold a wealth of knowledge and this is so important I think in todays fitness.

Within SCF I have found something that I LOVE, which is both good for my body and soul. I would recommend it to anyone and I often do, I am completely converted!

I’ve been going to SCF for 1 year now and still learn new things from the coaches every time I go. They are incrediably motivational and positive and that’s also reflected in the people who are also members – we laugh & work hard & it makes walking through the door each time I work out something to look forwad to.
