Not a great option if you’re driving to class and or booking through ClassPass as you’ll be looking for non-existent parking for 5-10 minutes and despite jogging to class to make it by 5:00 the door WILL be locked and you’ll be charged a cancellation fee on top of the credits you used. Quite literally never booking this again. Several better options that are not as strict/serious if you aren’t in a yoga cult like me, wish I had gone with one of those instead.

I’ve taken the 90-minute, 26&2 class at the studio many times. Sealevel Hot Yoga has absurdly high quality and knowledgeable teachers. The instructors are able to periodically deliver direct feedback unique to each student while also delivering a consistent, informative dialogue throughout class. This feedback is tremendously helpful in building awareness of proper alignment and best approach to gaining the most benefit from each pose for a yogi at any level or point in their practice. I’ve always been very happy with the temperature in the room, as I favor a more hot and humid class environment. The room is rectangular, allowing for more mirror space to be shared. And the studio’s changing room is quite large which makes it easier to navigate at busier times. The studio is a beautiful place to practice. And parking isn’t too hard to find (though I’ve usually gone to early morning classes). For having ample mirror space, a room temperature to my personal liking, and the ability to deliver direct student feedback, Sealevel Hot Yoga has been my favorite place to practice 26&2 in Seattle.

I showed up at 5pm on the dot, a minute to spare if I’m being fully honest. The door was locked and I wasn’t allowed in. It’s inner city with no parking.

I tried a 90 minute class with Baisden. It was just okay.
The room never got hot enough to feel like a bikram class. I was really looking forward to detoxing so I left a little disappointed because you can't just "build your own body heat" in a bikram class in the same you could a vinyasa flow.
Hard upsell on purchasing a package after class and while I would give this studio another try, I wasn't ready to join.
I'm new to the area and still looking for a HOT "hot yoga" studio. Haven't found it yet.

The Yoga was fantastic, the location is just challenging if you need to park a car. Get there early enough to have a relaxing walk to the studio before your class.

Sally's 6am class was just what I needed. A true 90-minute Bikram class, dialog on point, temperature, and humidity was perfect, and all in a very beautiful space. Thank you, Sealevel Hot Yoga.

I love this place. Knowing which postures we'll be doing rather than relying on the personal whims of an instructor is fantastic. It helps me avoid injuring myself. The teachers here are very kind as are the patrons. Big thumbs up!

The real deal in Bikram hot yoga. Experienced and supportive teachers. Clean facilities. A beautiful, wood ceiling hot room. I only wish they offered more classes mid morning or mid afternoon.

Really love this studio and practice. The times are very convenient and parking is free. It is a little pricey, but worth it for the results you see! The teachers go out of their way to learn your name and help you do the poses correctly. Hydrate before because there's not a ton of time for water breaks and it's pretty hot! 10/10

Exceeds expectations! I have been going to this studio for a few years and I love it. I travel way out of my way to go to this studio and it is totally worth it. Wonderful teachers with great instruction and dialogue, clean and relaxing studio, and most importantly they are reliable. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a heated yoga practice of the full 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.

I went for the Bikram class 3xs which is the same set of poses every time. The teachers are nice and friendly before and after class but I’m probably not going back here because of the way I was singled out during class which really threw me off. They may be a little too focused on the details like whether your fingers are together or not instead of letting me focus on my standing leg so I don’t fall over. She told me if I didn’t hold my hands a certain way, she would call me out on it every class. Hard pass— no thanks. I wished for more silence during the class. The teachers seem to have a script so you will hear the same words over and over again every class which honestly is pretty annoying. I wish they’d just call the poses. They lock the doors exactly when class starts so don’t be late FYI. At least the room is pretty hot and the teachers don’t complain about it—- temp was the same the whole class. Could’ve been a little hotter though— didn’t seem like 105 every class. The studio space is nice.

Please stop charging my wife’s account during this COVID situation—since February. Not interested in online classes; prefer a full refund. Please figure out a convenient way for clients to contact you.

Just took my first class and loved it. The studio was the perfect temp for a good sweat, the teacher, Brian, was awesome and the class had a nice flow to it. On top of that, my hats off to Brian for his excellent customer service.
Also, the studio, showers, and locker room were clean and in wonderful shape.

You haven't done yoga until you have taken a class at Sealevel with Brian. No gimmicks, no incense, no lavender towels and no cultural appropriation- just pure yoga for 60/90 minutes. You have to attend a class to understand what I just said.

I'm new to hot yoga, and this is a great experience to get started. Very welcoming instructors, with awesomely structured classes - it makes it enjoyable for novices like myself, and experts alike! The ambiance is amazing, and is very tidy. I'd recommend Sealevel to any aspiring hot yogi.

Upon entry into Sealevel I felt extremely serene, welcome, and ready to sweat. The owners and instructors are extremely personable. They learned my name after only a few times, which is extremely hard to do but greatly appreciated.
I have never sweat more, hydrated more, and felt better after a yoga class than I have at Sealevel Hot Yoga. I was incredibly inflexible when I started practicing and I have gained flexibility, and toned strength.
Unique and cool vibes follow you from the front desk to the changing room to the yoga room, making the entire studio feel like an escape experience from the world outside. I would recommend Sea Level to anyone.

Sealevel's tenure in the yoga industry shows. Each teacher's style is unique, but the practice is consistent and reliable in every class. I really feel I'm in good hands every time I walk in the door.
I love that they tell me when I need to adjust my form. When I go to a workout class and I'm not being corrected at all, I know that it's not because I'm doing everything perfectly. Sealevel's teachers provide strong feedback to help me build a strong foundation before progressing through the posture. But the biggest thing I get from their classes is the insane mental clarity and relaxation after a stressful day. The classes demand focus and concentration, and there's no room for personal or work stress once you walk in the doors. That's what will keep me coming back.

A few things I find most valuable about Sealevel and their method:
#1) The teaching talent is top-notch. Each instructor follows the same method, but they bring their own character to each class. The past 2 weeks I've taken classes from Kevin, Brian, Eve, and Tian, and all four were phenomenal and very thorough. The teachers also call you by name and tell you how to CORRECT your form mid-posture, which I've found helpful. Week by week I notice myself making improvements and building off of the corrections that I made the previous week.
#2) the workout is just plain kickass. It's the highest caloric ROI, most physical bang for your buck, bucket-sweating, muscle-toning, yet mentally-clarifying workout I've ever put myself through.
#3) this practice has encouraged me to become healthier outside of the studio. For example, I sweat quite a bit, and early on in my practice, I would get migraines after class, despite having drunk lots of water throughout the day. I've now learned that to avoid the post-class migraine, I need to drink a gallon of water the day before, and the day of class. Eating more vegetables has helped me avoid the headaches too. Avoiding junk food throughout the day helps me ensure I have enough energy to get myself to class in the first place. I also tend to sleep like a rock after a session.
This is no cakewalk yoga class, but it's an extremely enriching practice guided by some very talented people that care about their community.

The studio is very warm and inviting and the instructor Eve was amazing. The hot room has a really intimate feel with beautiful dark wood floors and a skylight above where I set up. The womens locker room was also large, with two restroom stalls and two shower stalls in addition to lockers and ample benches for sitting and counter space for getting ready. I noticed that the showers only had one dispenser, I imagine for soap so bring your shower supplies! One important thing to note is that parking is a pain in the XXX. I tried coming to class the night before and I could not find a space! Later in the evening, many of the side roads are permit only so your best bet is to try to find a space on 36th but the street is super busy and it isn't well marked. I drove around for 30 minutes before I gave up, but when I arrived for the 6 a.m. this morning, there was plenty of parking and it was so early, I didn't have to pay! If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely go back but take an uber or lyft!

I liked it here. Lots of class times offered throughout the day. Great new student pricing. Knowledgeable staff. The instructors recognized when you were a new student and would check-in throughout the class to make sure you were getting the hang of it. The only reason I give a 4 instead of a 5 is because it can get incredibly busy and you are literally touching the person next to you. I'd go back!
