Can’t overstate how awesome it’s been working with Ashley. My overall health and fitness has improved dramatically, which I can feel the benefits of every day, not just on the course. Plus I’ve picked up over 10 mph club head speed, at an age when you’re only supposed to go down. Ashley’s programs are always fun and varied. She knows just how hard to push me to get the most benefits, and I love the metrics that keep track of my progress. It never seems like work and the time flies by.

I have been seeing a trainer at SGF for 6 weeks. When I started there I had constant back pain and was wondering if I could continue to play golf or run. After working with Zach for three weeks my. back pain was gone. And, my fitness is increasing weekly. The entire team is extremely professional and their organized individual planning for each clients training program is outstanding. Based on my experience whether you are starting to rehab or reach the highest level of fitness I highly recommend Seattle Golf Fitness.

I've been going to Seattle Golf Fitness for the past two months now and the facilities and staff have been tremendous. They're equipped to handle any type of golfer coming in and do a great job of listening to what your goals are.
As my trainer, Ashley makes a weekly plan for me and is always updating it based on my recovery and progress. Overall, I couldn't ask for more and I highly recommend SGF to anyone looking to take their golf and fitness to another level.

I have worked out with German Cabrero at Seattle Golf Fitness for the past six months. It has made a substantial difference in my game. I am driving the ball about 20 yards farther than last summer, and my iron play is more consistent. I had previously tried working on my golf fitness on my own at the gym. Working out with German at Seattle Golf Fitness was much more effective than DIY. First, the routine and discipline of having a set time slot 2x per week provided routine and discipline. Second, working 1:1 with an expert provided high-quality workouts with a good variety of golf-oriented exercises. This has been a fun and effective way to improve my golf fitness *and* my overall fitness. I highly recommend it for golfers who want to improve. --Scott (54 years old, 5 handicap)

Seattle Golf Fitness is top notch. I’ve been training there twice per week for about 9 months, and it’s been a game changer for me. In that time I’ve played some of my best golf and also stayed in overall peak physical condition: strength, mobility, and range of motion. I even climbed Mount Rainier in May, no problem! German has been my primary trainer and I can’t say enough good things about him and the SGF team - knowledgeable, innovative, and really personal in their focus on getting to know you and your abilities. Love the 6am small group classes (2 or 3 ppl). Highly recommend!

I cannot overstate how much I love Seattle Golf Fitness and Germán Cabrero especially. I first started with him 6 months ago when it became apparent that I needed to make improvements to my core strength if I ever wanted to take my golf game to the next level. I really wish that I had started sooner as not only did I see quick GAINS (10 to 15 yards off the tee) but I found somebody who I was so comfortable with. Prior to my first session, I was incredibly nervous and self conscious. After that first session, I knew Germán was the perfect fit for me: he is kind, encouraging, fun and knowledgeable about fitness as well as golf. I have done both individual and group (great value!) sessions, the latter in which he so quickly adapts the exercises for me when needed (I can't lift as much as the guys lol). I think most important, I can tell he genuinely cares for me and my journey. If you are looking to make vast improvement to your golf game AND your life, schedule a session with Seattle Golf Fitness. I've been working with German at Seattle Golf Fitness for about 5 months. The results are very obvious for me not only when I golf, but also when I'm engaging in an active life. Working with Germán at SGF has been a great experience. He is very well prepared and has a very customized plan for each of our sessions to help tackle my opportunities and challenges in the gym. He is super knowledgeable about fitness and how it relates to the golf swing, and he is a really fun and pleasant person to work with in general.

After a short introduction to Seattle Golf Fitness prior to Covid in late 2019, I reenrolled in the program last spring and have been consistently seen improvement in my posture, flexibility, strength and endurance on the golf course, adding to the enjoyment of the game. Daniel has helped my game with flexibility workouts. I can now do a little more with my swing than previously. My handicap has come down 2 points in 2 months. Actual golf swing lessons never accomplished this for me. By the way, I am 72 and wasted a lot of time trying to emulate the pros. It is hard for me to believe that my swing is improving even though I'm not spending hours and hours at the range.
