We work with clients of all ages helping with fat loss, muscle and strength gains, endurance training, getting out of pain and overall improvements in health and well being through holistic lifestyle coaching. We are here to help so don’t be shy!

Tyler has been my personal trainer for over 10 years. He is super professional, knowledgeable, dependable as well as flexible. He does a great job of holding me accountable while being supportive. We started out training in person but since Covid have done our workouts virtually which works well for me, eliminating travel time and club fees. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

😊 Tyler has been beyond AMAZING! I have never had a trainer more thorough and genuinely caring. I struggle with weight and self esteem issues making it difficult for anyone helping me because I don’t believe in myself. Tyler helps me with the mental obstacles too, which for me are the most difficult part. I feel stronger and can see the results in my body - more definition in my muscle groups. I am very thankful I found his services and hope that he’ll continue helping me during my journey to undo bad habits and replace them with new, healthy habits. 💪🏽🏋🏽♀️

Tyler has been my trainer for over 5 years. When I first started with him my goal was to "lose weight". My goal now is to "live healthy". Through my partnership with Tyler I've learned about creating an overall healthy lifestyle that lasts vs. short term goals. I'm stronger, have more energy, have a healthier attitude about food, and can achieve my goals. When covid hit we transitioned to FaceTime and didn't miss a beat, we even brought in my husband and now we train together. We continue to work out twice a week with Tyler. It has been a transformation for the whole house!
I really appreciate how well Tyler knows me and what works for me. He knows how to keep me motivated, when to push, and when not to. He also makes sure to debrief on activities and how my body is feeling to adjust workouts accordingly.

We started training with Tyler in 2016 at the Bellevue Club. When the local governments imposed lockdowns in 2020, we moved to virtual training sessions, still twice a week. Since then, I have been working with Tyler Greer at Shape and Strength. He really understands human physiology, and tailors different exercises to meet your needs as your body changes. It's been a process, and it helps to not only have someone committed to your success in your corner, but who allows you to change at your own pace. In addition to his expertise, he has also helped me to look at things differently - like the food I eat, when I eat, and why I’m eating. Fast forward to now - I've lost 40 pounds and I'm stronger too. I feel much better about the way I look and the way I feel. Now I can do all the sports I love without hurting myself in the process. Tyler has been my trainer for 10 years. I started strength training at age 48, and had never weight lifted before. My goals were to lose 10 lbs and to be active with my kids. Two 30 minute sessions a week soon evolved to 5 one hour-long sessions a week. My goals have evolved, and Tyler brings me along safely and consistently. It is so much fun!
Tyler's programming for me has been seamless. I am still surprised by what I can do, and Tyler always has the confidence that I can do it. My first big goal was safely deadlift 115lbs. Now, I am deadlifting 215lbs. Tyler keeps me moving along effectively towards bigger goals. Thank you, Tyler!

When I had a running injury, an illness, a shoulder issue, and what ever else l've thrown at him, Tyler has assessed and given me the programming to re-hab and gain strength, and move me right back towards meeting goals.
Tyler has also taught me about nutrition, and more specifically, how to best program my macros to lose fat, gain muscle, and not miss a training beat.
When gyms were shut down due to covid, Tyler started training sessions on FaceTime. All I had were bands. Slowly building my garage gym with Tyler's recommendations, I discovered that due to his training, had not lost much strength at all! Now, sessions are a hybrid of virtual and in person.
Tyler's professionalism, work ethic, depth of knowledge, responsiveness, punctuality, and dedication to his craft are just a few reasons for me to recommend Tyler. 10 years of training with Tyler has flown by. look forward to many more years of goal setting and training sessions with Tyler!
