Raj's stretching class is quite effective. It walks you through the poses in a very hands on manner and gives ample pose variations to suit your needs while challenging you just the right amount to get flexibility gains. His depth of knowledge around biomechanics, breathing style, and suitable poses makes it a very safe and effective class to release tension and gain flexibility over time.

I have been super impressed with the variety of yoga options and a variety of coaches available. Attention to postures and helping you ease into postures has been meticulous. Any wrong posture can do more harm than the benefit of yoga and hence all coaches I have been trying are watching it closely on my postures and I love that. I like flexibility of attending sessions at multiple times of the day based on my availability which is harder when I have earlier tried a single coach option privately. Highly recommend this app and sessions.

I really enjoyed the facial yoga and lymphatic massage of the face and neck- the instructor was very warm , patient and took the time to look at each participants movements and correct them on the go - I would love to explore more such sessions in the future
