We aim to offer a welcoming learning environment for anyone desiring to learn how to incorporate barbells into their lives. We are passionate about giving people an opportunity to experience the joys of strength because we know, first hand, how it can change lives.

I started personal training with Micaela in December and haven’t stopped since. After several years without working out, I’ve been able to make steady, sustainable progress - no injuries, not even much muscle soreness.
Micaela creates a welcoming environment and is great at adapting the program to your needs. Want to push harder? She’ll adjust things if your body’s ready. Need to slow down due to life or past injuries? No problem.
The gym itself is fantastic - clean, small, and thanks to an easy-to-use booking system, you can count on having a full rack and all the equipment to yourself. I used to find gyms intimidating, but everyone I’ve met here is kind and respectful, just doing their own thing.
Best of all, I now know how to lift properly and can confidently follow my program - even when I’m traveling and have to use a different gym.
Also, I absolutely love Zion, the gym dog - he makes every session even more fun :)

We’ve been training with Micaela and it’s been such a great experience! Super knowledgeable, always engaged, and really pays attention to how we’re feeling during each session. She adjust the plan as needed and keep the pace just right, challenging but never too pushy. Training feels effective and enjoyable, which is the best combo.
Plus, we absolutely love Zion, chief fun officer here, he takes his job very seriously and always brings good vibes to every session. 🐾 Highly recommend!

I've been going to Simply Strong since December after I signed up for a free trial class on a whim. I'm not someone who is too concerned with physique or insane numbers, I just want to make sure my body is resilient now that I'm in, *ahem*, my late thirties.
Micaela has been an incredible coach and my confidence in lifting has grown significantly -- I'm always challenged by the intensity but she is very mindful of the external factors that may be working against my body at any given time.
I would recommend Simply Strong and Micaela's coaching to anyone looking to maintain or gain strength!

We've been looking for a gym for quite a while, and we're so glad we found Simply Strong. As someone new to lifting, I've learned a lot of useful techniques from Coach Micaela. I can already see improvements after training with her for just a month. I also love that everyone gets a dedicated rack and personal space, which makes each training session really efficient.

I've been going to Simply Strong for almost two years and I am so grateful for this gym! Coach Micaela rocks! I’ve been lifting for decades on my own, thinking I was using good technique. I am learning so much. Micaela really focuses on her clients as they work, watching form and giving verbal cues when needed. Highly recommended whether you’re a long time lifter or new to weightlifting.
UPDATE: Been going here over a year and it’s consistently clean and inviting. I’ve made huge improvements with Coach Micaela’s coaching.
If you’re new to strength training Micaela is positive and encouraging focusing on technique for safety. If you’re a seasoned lifter looking for a black iron gym, you can’t beat the equipment here: 4 heavy duty ROGUE power racks.

I thoroughly enjoy my time training at Simply Strong Gym, and Micaela is the most friendly, dedicated, and respectful coach I have ever encountered. I've been training with Micaela for over two months, and she has been instrumental in several aspects.
Firstly, she helped me adjust the form, providing me with the correct concepts regarding breathing techniques, and mental cues during training.
Secondly, she assisted in programming an efficient training routine, leading to significant progress in just two months.
Thirdly, Micaela tailored the program based on my lifestyle and body feedback. She made adjustments to the intensity when my body felt overly fatigued, ensuring continuous progress without negatively impacting daily life.
Fourthly, communication with her has been exceptionally smooth. She has been patient and non-judgmental, encouraging me to challenge my limits in the gentlest way possible.

Simply Strong is a fantastic gym with everything you need! I am so impressed by Micaela. Her patience, knowledge and inspiration are perfect for a newbie to weight lifting like me. I have truly enjoyed Simply Strong Gym, and have been working with Micaela for about a month. For a boutique gym, it is very spacious and has enough equipment to accomplish/fit the needs of your workout. She has a range of barbells, free weights, benches, and more. Her coaching style is super helpful and constructive when appropriate. This was my first time using barbells, and I felt comfortable because she provided enough direction, while also allowing me to explore. Micaela is knowledgeable, and intentional with each workout/plan so that it fits the needs of your body or goals. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing experience!!!
As a female weights have alway felt daunting, and I never knew where to even begin.
But the personal training at Simply Strong Gym has already helped me feel much more confident and comfortable with it all - and I’m only one session in!!! Micaela is such an excellent teacher, and explained things in a way that helped me grasp the concepts and be excited to perfect them with my next sessions. The teaching style is so tailored and adaptable - when I was slow to understand a movement she would try another approach that clicked. I feel so blessed to have found a trainer that I can have 100% confidence in - you can tell she knows her profession inside and out.
The facility is very well equipped, and a very welcoming and clean environment - a joy to get to workout in such a setting!

I have never been a fan of the gym environment however that changed after visiting Simply Strong gym. The facility has amazing equipment, is clean and welcoming, and Micaela’s ability to correct form, set goals, and encourage is so helpful! I feel more confident in going to the gym knowing I am lifting properly! Having a shower at the facility is a big plus. Highly recommend checking out this gym.

This gym has all brand new equipment and is super clean. The owner Micaela is very knowledgeable regarding lifting, but she is equally encouraging and enthusiastic. If you are a beginner to lifting, Micaela is an excellent resource for proper form but also motivation to stick with it. This is a great place to do ongoing training and for people who are advanced as well.
