Four years ago I didn’t think I would step into the gym, let alone have a trainer. But I knew I needed help. It was my first time meeting Scott in 2021 and ever since then, I’ve never looked back. I don’t have back and knee pain anymore, I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. Scott’s very understanding and non-judgmental. He will meet you where you are. I have known Scott for many years and he has always been into fitness. I now train with him and just recently started. I have worked out for years but being a female of a certain age, keeping fit and healthy looks a little different now. I love that Scott meets you where you are in your journey and has a lot of knowledge. He trains a lot of people that all have different fitness levels and goals. Scott is patient and is a believer of slowing it down and not just throwing weight around.
