Never any staff working. The gym man who does work sometimes can be kinda rude the machines are ok but for the price we pay to not have wipes when needed or upkeep of things because they don't employe any people it's sad. Both owners have attitude issues and they have terrible customer service. She told me i dont pay her i pay thru my job well yes honey and my job pays u lol. really switching to forever fit was the best plan

Have called and emailed multiple times to cancel my membership. They have only answered one time. Gave me instructions to email them the number on my scan in badge. I emailed them that i lost the badge and asked for further instructions. CRICKETS, and then they charged me for another month. I think that's pretty disgusting. I've paid for over 6 months of membership, so there's no reason to be greedy and force me to pay more.

I had multiple negative experiences with the wife of the owner. She was extremely aggressive when letting me know I have to wear shoes on my yoga mat. Yet when I informed the owner and asked if I can take my shoes off to do yoga he said yes if I wear socks only on my own mat. Months later the same interaction occurred and she was extremely disrespectful to me when I was trying to inquire what my options were. They also kept charging me even after I ended my membership, which was after my 30 day notice. This was actually 60 days after my notice at this point. They were very difficult to get in touch with and non accommodating.

Love the gym itself, but the lack of professionalism is embarrassing for the owners.

Like all the other people said the owners have a terrible attitude. Also with forced to file fraud against them with my bank due to them continuing to charge my account after I have went in but my 30 day notice in and quit.
Future customers beware. This business will somehow get your bank routing number and charge you whether you cancel that card or not they will still have access to your bank. My bank also informed me that they change their merchant name as well to bypass securities and steal more money.
Great place to NEVER do business with.

I like this gym. Wish they would open up the big open room for those of us that do stretches and workout on mats. I guess its only open for classes.

Staff is not friendly or helpful, tried for several days to receive access card and then to execute my “Buyers Right to Cancel” as outlined in the membership terms. The Owner hung up on me after stating they never received the letter that I hand-delivered or the one I mailed the very same day. Owner also stated there was information outside of their store which there was not any of the 3 times I visited. Extremely poor customer service… Would not recommend. I will gladly pay three times the cost to go to a gym that is better staffed and follows the terms of their own agreements and do not add extra caveats which are not outlined in what I signed/agreed to. Update: After the manager (owner’s wife) screamed at me that I would not be charged again and hung up on me… I was most certainly charged again.

Unfortunate experience with the owners of this gym. We signed up for the first month and were told our total price was $60 per month for my husband and myself, when the actual price came out to $93 dollars. 8 days later we were charged another $60 dollars without signing any documents for a reoccurring charge to be made. When speaking with the owner’s wife, she was incredibly passive and rude when we were inquiring about the charges, stating these were activation fees and additional undisclosed charges. Afterwords we decided to cancel due to the condescending attitude of the owner. We were informed that in order to cancel we must go in and sign for a 30 day notice of cancellation and would be charged for an additional 30 days- when we’d only been members for 8 days. Not a bad gym, but very unprofessional business owners.

Best part for me is that it’s open 24hr 7 days a week!

Just found this gym & while it may not have top of the line or the newest equipment, it has a great community & no ridiculous rules like Planet Fitness.

So much better to workout here & I’m definitely going to be staying here ✔️

The gym is not bad . Its small and can use a little TLC its a little worn down but it is clean.Never seems to be staff here. My 3 star comes from my signing up experiance which honestly was the most frustrating thing ive experienced in a long time.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good facility. Easy access during day or night. Machines are always operational and free weights available. Finally, it’s clean. I would recommend them if you are considering a gym.
