Snap is a joke. I pay my job to pay snap and these people act like I'm below them or something the customer service is absolutely trash from both owners. They do not up keep the gym equipment and for sure not anything else. I paid for my membership 29days ago and just now after leaving many voice-mails to get a card theh just called me today and had some attitude. She says u don't pay us u pay ur job lol yes girl and my job pays u seems like the owners are the issue. Forever fit is where im at now its so much better. don't waist ur money at all on snap

Very unsanitary and neglected facility. Both toilets in the men’s restroom had dried feces on the seats as well as one toilet was not bolted to the flood and wobbled leaking sewage. All the equipment felt greasy with sweat and body oils and some machines were in disrepair.

I had multiple negative experiences with the wife of the owner. She was extremely aggressive when letting me know I have to wear shoes on my yoga mat. Yet when I informed the owner and asked if I can take my shoes off to do yoga he said yes if I wear socks only on my own mat. Months later the same interaction occurred and she was extremely disrespectful to me when I was trying to inquire what my options were. They also kept charging me even after I ended my membership, which was after my 30 day notice. This was actually 60 days after my notice at this point. They were very difficult to get in touch with and non accommodating.

Love the gym itself, but the lack of professionalism is embarrassing for the owners.

Great little gym! I've never felt uncomfortable with anyone in the gym. Everyone is respectful and trys to not get in anyone's way.
The owners are amazing and have worked well with me.

Staff is not friendly or helpful, tried for several days to receive access card and then to execute my “Buyers Right to Cancel” as outlined in the membership terms. The Owner hung up on me after stating they never received the letter that I hand-delivered or the one I mailed the very same day. Owner also stated there was information outside of their store which there was not any of the 3 times I visited. Extremely poor customer service… Would not recommend. I will gladly pay three times the cost to go to a gym that is better staffed and follows the terms of their own agreements and do not add extra caveats which are not outlined in what I signed/agreed to.

I wish someone would answer the door or answer the phone. I've tried calling and walking up to the gym and nothing. Well there are plenty of other gyms in the area.

Originally I wrote a very poor review on this place, due to wonky schedule and no one being there during business hours listed so I could pick up my Keytag. After receiving my Keytag and speaking to Management, I feel a lot better. I will keep a fair 3 stars here until I get a chance to workout in this facility and see what it’s all about. I appreciate them doing what they could to make a bad situation better.

About a month ago, my car got broken into and my gym bag with my Snap keycard in it. While it’s not Snap’s fault my car got broken into, they’ve made it VERY difficult to get a new one and taken care of to get back into the gym. I have loved this gym up until this point. Unfortunately I’m probably going to have to just cancel my membership…

Went to the place during the listed "business" hours to sign up. No way to get in as it is via electronic key entry. So I tried calling the number and it went to voicemail. The message said to leave your name and number and a week later I still haven't received a call. I am guessing they aren't interested in getting new members.
