This is my first time working with a personal trainer and although I was nervous at first Sarah is great to work with. In four months I have seen so much progress and feel great. Sarah is knowledgeable and helpful, she also is very encouraging and helps you reach your goal in an obtainable manner. Within the first month there will already be a significant amount of progress.

Sarah is a great trainer and person, I'm not quite sure which more so. She's knowledgeable, mindful, and supportive. She does a great job at making you feel safe, productive, and most of all strong. I found the balance of your goals being prioritized and encouraged while also challenging you to grow has been better than I could have asked for. I would recommend her a thousand times over!

Sarah is a fantastic trainer. I trained with her previously, and again at Soul Fitness. I love training with her because she’s very in tune with my needs. She pushes me to train hard, but always checks in. She encourages me to listen to my body while still meeting my goals. I’ve learned so much from her about fitness and how to lift weights correctly. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is just starting out, or further into their fitness journey!

Being of larger body, the thought of walking into a gym was crippling. Sarah worked with me online until I was ready to make the move to in-person.
There was never any pressure, only celebration of small wins and tiny situps. Sarah's patience, encouragement, and structured modifications has allowed for a positive progression in mental and physical health.

I've been training with Sarah since February and am achieving goals that I didn't even know were possible. She motivates me to achieve more at every session. I truly appreciate how each session is modified to accommodate for how my body is feeling each week. I've never been a person who loved working out - that is no longer the case!

after being admitted to a hospital I was physically weaker then I had ever been. I knew something had to change.
As someone with severe anxiety- I had a hard time finding a personal trainer..someone who I felt would NOT judge my lack of experience. who would understand where I am in my fitness journey and could encourage me to push myself. Sarah is able to do that and so much more. I especially appreciate that she celebrates every win I have, no matter how small. It’s easy to compare myself with others and diminish my growth . Sarah is a big reason why I’m able to leave each session feeling proud!!
This is only my second month of working with Sarah but EVERY week I leave feeling better than I did before. She helps me be EXCITED about my fitness/health journey, I did not think that would be possible. I’ve learned the proper form for a bunch of weighted exercises. Something I have always wanted to do but had NO idea how to approach. I am really looking forward to continue working with Sarah and to see how much stronger I’ll get in the coming months !!

I worked with Sarah for a year and she is an excellent trainer! Sarah is professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with!
Through working with Sarah I was able to build a strong foundation that gave me the confidence to start working out on my own.
There is a mental aspect to working out that I didn't realize before. I distinctly remember a session working on my barbell squat where I was feeling doubt about my abilities. She noticed my hesitation and checked in with me. She walked me the movements, reinforced what I did well and guided me when I needed it. I appreciated her thoughtfulness and it helped reinforce that I could do this! I am so grateful for the experience and it has helped me build confidence with trying new movements and challenging myself. I can do hard things!
I absolutely recommend Sarah if you are looking for a personal trainer. She's awesome!

I've been working with Sarah for over a year now. She's been helping with my weight-loss and fitness goals. She is very understanding of individual issues and needs and tailors a fitness plan just for me. She's also a really fun person. I love our conversations, and most sessions, I'm surprised that our time is up, because the workouts fly by as we chat.
