I did booty camp after my son was born and loved it! I loved working out in the park (Seward Park) and being outside every morning, it was a great way to wake up! The workouts and instructors were/are great. I wish the website/sign-up was a little bit more user-friendly, but aside from that it is an awesome booty camp!

I have been in camp for one session (four weeks) and just started on the second session. So far, it has been a great motivator for me to continue working on my health goals. The workouts are challenging and help me reflect on what I need to focus on. I am normally not a morning person but I love getting up to the beautiful sunrise and feel a lot of energy the rest of the day. I also feel like Jessica/instructor is a great person to check in with about goals, questions and general advice.
I know it has been hard for me to get back on a routine and this is the perfect transition because the instructor continues to push you all the way through.
I definitely recommend it!

I have been going to Southside Booty Camp for over 4 years in Seward Park and I love starting my day in the woods, exercising and getting/staying in shape. The routines are never dull and the hour goes by fast. The eagles are an extra perk as well as the rabbits, herons and occasional turtles. Running through the woods is a blast and all of this is completed by the time I get to work! It makes waking up and getting to an exercise class easy.

Want varied workouts that feed your soul and strengthen your body? I did Southside Booty Camp in Seward Park off and on for several years before I had a job schedule change. Seward Park is such an amazing park -- eagles and herons and forests and meadows, and of course the lake. And SSB is a structured, but always evolving excercise program that got me stronger, more energized and more deeply grounded each morning. Highly recommended for women who like to be outdoors, rain or shine and who like group personal training.

I have taken classes with Jessica and Michelle, and they both have different teaching styles. Overall it was a great experience, both are very pleasant and cheerful. I will definitely be going back for the next session.
