I have been working with Devon for over year, he is one of the more informed CSCS trained Trainers. He works on the foundation of sport movement and correction. At least for me, I have had many injuries for my career in the military. He has help me perfect the movement I Need for quality of life. I am much more stable and sure footed, I am finally getting on track and moving properly with my lower body. My self confidence that I have gained from just being able to move with less pain, I high recommended Mr. Baker. He will Change you your life if you let him.

Devon is an incredible trainer. I’ve been training with him for more than half a year now and not only is he a very personable and knowledgeable trainer, but he’s also an all around great guy. I started with lots of aches and pains across my body that was hindering my job, but after spending this time with him, I’m able to spend my days pain free. I also have the added bonus of being in the best shape of my life and even stronger than my lifting days in college. Highly recommend 5/5

Any chance I get, I recommend working with Devon at Strain to any of my friends who express being serious about making a change with health and fitness. I have gotten more out of a year with Devon than I have the previous 5 years of working with other trainers. I didn’t approach fitness until my adult life, so I had a lot of catching up to do. Devon is a wealth of evidence-based knowledge, patience, and encouragement. The app is beautifully designed and engaging - I feel excited about logging and tracking progress (or even step backs).
“You don’t know what you need until you get it” has felt very thematic during this journey. I didn’t know I needed help until I got it.
Time and money are precious to us all, but this is the person to invest it with. I’m going to take all of this with me for the rest of my life.

Update: its now been around 2 years and I still work closely with Devon. He has expanded his business and knowledge around fitness. From fine tuning his clients needs, to group training sessions. This man does it all. He is inspiring, motivated, and holds you accountable. If you need a dependable, knowledgeable, and great trainer look no further.
Devon is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to accurately adjust your workouts and macros to suit your needs. He takes the time to get to know you and shares his knowledge with you. He aims to teach you the benefits of eating healthy and balancing your intake. 10/10 recommend him as a trainer. I started out at 265 a little over three months ago, I am now down to 245 and still going. Join his program and learn! He wants to teach people how to take care of their health.

Devon is a wealth of knowledge. His programming is spot on and easy to follow. Being able to contact him through the app at any point is really helpful. He is always quick to respond and explains things thoroughly. He really does care about his clients.
I had very little knowledge of weightlifting and how to structure a workout starting out. He has helped me... ALOT. I have been meeting with Devon once a week and following a program since mid April of this year. I was 251lbs, out of shape, and not healthy at all. As of today I am alot stronger, healthier, and weigh 230lbs. I highly recommend Strain Health & Performance. Nothing but great things to say. Listen to the man. Devon knows what he is doing.
