Ben and Cole are great trainers. They are very focused on teaching good techniques so no injuries occur. They are both very encouraging and friendly. As an older guy, I appreciate that the training has allowed me to continue with the hiking, biking and skiing activities I enjoy.

Coach Ben and Coach Cole are Phenomenal. They tailor a program to fit your needs to meet your goal. The business is clean and orderly. Under constant supervision to ensure the safety of your physical being while working out. Didn't realize how important a personal trainer affects the overall balance of exercise. Kudos!!!

Working with Ben has been an overall game changer for me. I was recovering from a pretty serious car accident and had some health issues when I started working out at Strait Fitness. Ben helped (and continues to help) me set realistic expectations and goals for recovery, building strength, nutrition, sleep and movement. He genuinely cares about his clients and his approach to wellness and health is balanced, supportive and refreshing. Really can't recommend Ben and Strait Fitness enough!

Working out has always been a big part of my life. Cardio workouts were the bulk of my fitness routine as i hated gyms where I got lost and frustrated quickly amongst all the equipment. I tried multiple classes and group exercise with little gains and several injuries. Once i started strength training with Ben at Strait Fitness, i found the perfect balance of weights and cardio under the direction of an extremely knowledgable trainer who understands form and function. The workouts are tailored specifically to my needs and evolve as i get stronger. Under Bens guidance i have been able to take my fitness to the next level and look forward to my days of strength training as they are fun and rewarding! I have never felt or looked better. At age 75 I knew I needed to improve my strength and balance. In my life I have lost count of the number of health clubs or exercise plans I've tried -- none of which lasted more than a month or two. Now, I've found one that works. I met Ben James 3 1/2 years ago and have been working with him ever since. I started with individual sessions and later joined a small group session. Ben is great with designing a workout that fits each individual - based on their abilities and preferences. He also provides nutritional plans and advice. During Covid he designed programs that we could do at home when we couldn't go to the studio. I'm happy with my improvement working with Ben and am so glad I found Strait Fitness. If you want to improve your fitness (at any age), I highly recommend Ben James. Five stars doesn't seem adequate. I can't say enough good things about Ben James/Strait Fitness.

I started working with Ben after working with other trainers, and have really appreciated how he tailored my workout to help me overcome a couple of injuries. After doing personal training, I transitioned into a small group, and Iβm enjoying working out with other people, as well as continuing to make gains in strength and flexibility. Ben understands the mechanics of movement, and is always there to give advice on how to get the most out of an exercise, as well as demonstrating the proper form. Iβm making more progress than I ever would have imagined - thank you, Ben!
