Terry is the man and an awesome manager. A big upgrade from the last fella. Can’t say enough good things about him.

However,

247 access is nice but that’s about it.

The only time the gym isn’t unusably busy is late night early am. Over a decade and the gym has barely gotten any new machines or improvements. Only one of each machines besides cardio room.

Machines and equipment are dirty and falling apart. Whoever is funding this operation is pocketing a lot of money and putting nothing back into the gym. The space used for the “vacation rental” could be utilized to expand the gym and make it less claustrophobic.

The level of cleanliness is abhorrent and I doubt is up to county and state health codes.

The new leg machine is nice but the ratio of money the gym makes to money put into business is out of Wack and you can tell.

Terry is great, the gym is clean.
Unfortunately there is only one squat rack which creates a bottle neck as there are often multiple people waiting to squat. The owners must be unaware of this issue because they got another duplicate machine even though a second squat rack would serve the needs of the members much better.

Wonderful gym with amazing staff. Terry is a very kind and helpful man and is always a joy to deal with. They will work with you on your membership whether it be a day pass, weekly, monthly, etc. 24 hours 7 days a week.
And 2 clean showers for those that need them.

I agree that this is a mellow gym. Lots of machines, so far something always available when I go. I love that I can do month by month, and not be lured into a year contract. Love that it is it is open 24/7. Everyone has been great with cleaning the equipment after uses.
It's easy to renew your membership online, or you can call. You can schedule work out sessions online, or better yet on a app(which I have found the app to be faster to access).

I’ve been going there for a little over a year and I think it’s a great place to work out. It’s a good atmosphere, and has everything you need for whatever your goals are. Two thumbs up in my book. 👍👍

Just a heads up to any women thinking of joining. If you don't want to be leered at while you're on the treadmill, go elsewhere. Also, gym equipment is old and falling apart.

This is my first gym experience, so you are getting a review based on my sole experience here... its great. In November 2016 I went in to talk to the staff about signing up for a membership. Norbert was my first contact and he is very relaxed, no salesman pressures here, just happy to get to know you and point you in the right direction. The gym is always available and in the last couple of months I have been in many times a week. It is always clean. The patrons coming in an out are at a variety of stages in their goals and everyone is friendly. It has not ever been crowded so you are able to do the workout you need. Although I am not fully aware of all types of equipment in gyms, this seems to have everything I need. Norbert knows you by name, is interested in helping you attain any goals you have, and willing to show you different workouts and proper form. Location, ease of access, video cameras keeping you and belongings safe, all great. This has been a better experience than I was hoping for!

This is the place to go! I drive an hour and 20 minutes one way just to visit Strawberry Mountain. The ladies that work here are very friendly, welcoming and outgoing. Heather always cuts, and styles my hair exactly how I want. I would strongly recommend anyone go here if you are looking for an amazing experience that is worth your money. :)
