I've been training with Justin for the past six months, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He’s incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. I’ve learned so much about strength training and have seen real progress, both physically and mentally.
The studio is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. The whole team is so welcoming and friendly. Justin and the team have created a space where, even on days I’m not feeling motivated, I still show up because the environment is so positive and supportive. I’m really grateful for the studio and excited to keep going.

Fantastic team from the training staff to massage therapists. Facilities have everything you need for training and recovery. The team takes the time to build the optimal plan for their clients. I’ve been dealing with a back injury since I left the military, and Strong Foundations ensures I get a great workout without injury or pain. I highly recommend signing up for personal training or there group training classes!

I’ve been training with Justin since April 2024, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. When I first started, I was dealing with a few nagging injuries and lacked overall strength—but thanks to Justin’s expertise, guidance, and encouragement, I’m now feeling stronger than ever and practically pain-free.
Justin takes a thoughtful, personalized approach to training. He really listens, adjusts workouts to fit your goals and needs, and makes sure you’re moving with proper form to avoid injury. His deep knowledge of fitness, genuine passion for helping people improve, and positive energy, sets him apart from other trainers. I’m incredibly grateful for Justin’s help over the past year and excited to keep building on the progress we’ve made.
Truthfully, this goes for the entire Strong Foundations team. The atmosphere in the studio is amazing, and I genuinely look forward to going. Everyone is very knowledgeable, kind, and supportive, which makes a huge difference when trying to achieve your fitness goals. If you are looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Courtney at Strong Foundations. As I approached my 70th birthday, I knew it was time to get serious about establishing a regular exercise routine. Fast forward to now, 16 months later, and I have achieved that goal; Courtney deserves much of the credit for my success.
I recently followed Courtney to Strong Foundations, as her approach to our sessions provided me with just the right mix of motivation, education, feedback and encouragement. Courtney designs a logical, full body workout program for me that provides variety and spends time on my “problem” areas. She pushes me to do a little more than I think I can do, and she is almost always correct.
I enjoy working out at Strong Foundations. The recently opened studio is well equipped, and the smaller environment helps me focus on the mind-body connections I need to properly execute the various exercises. All the trainers are welcoming; I’ll feel comfortable if someone other than Courtney occasionally leads my workout.
I enthusiastically recommend Courtney and Strong Foundations!

I have been training with Justin since September of 2024. Prior to working with him, I had ZERO experience/knowledge of the gym or weight training. I was hesitant to embark on this new journey but am so glad I did! He has taught me the fundamentals about exercise and weight training. He approaches his craft with care and passion. I didn’t think my body would be able to change the way it has, and I’m super grateful for his patience and direction.
