Supernova Barbell is a Strength Training facility located in Kelso, WA on the historic downtown strip. We are the leading provider of quality Strength Coaching in this area, looking to create a stronger community full of healthy people. We pride ourself on being the only competition-spec powerlifting setup in 50 miles any direction, and hope to expand powerlifting in the PNW.

Wanna get stronger? Go to the gym with the strongest people. Great equipment for serious lifting. Enough squat racks that I've NEVER had to wait for one! 24/7 member access is critical for many people and this is one of few local gyms to offer it. Even introverts like me can't help but get sucked in to the incredibly supportive community. There's no place like home!

I've trained at a lot of great gyms over the years but this one is hands down my favorite. A huge amount of effort is put into making it a welcoming environment. Great group of people, great atmosphere, huge variety of equipment. Every session here is amazing because of the amount of hype and support. Can't recommend this place enough

If you’re looking for a quality strength building gym with a super chill environment this is the place. The coaches are super professional and actually take the time to teach you and improve your overall lifestyle. You won’t find better equipment or the same positive vibes anywhere else in the Longview/Kelso area. You will see progress here. This is one of the best places to make your second home.

For years i have wanted a local gym like this. Top notch STRENGTH equipment. Competition powerlifting benches, kilo plates and competition bars. Plenty of squat racks, and deadlift platforms. Great dumbell assortment and all the right accessory equipment. Competitive rates, and very affordable/quality coaching. And the atmosphere is one of a kind, everyone supports everyone, and being around like minded individuals has a massive efdect on training. Any strongman, powerlifter or general strength lifter in the area needs to be at this gym.
