My name is Srujana Aouk and i love to teach kids, adults, Seniors many different ages in which this is a very special group to teach.
I love to bring Yoga to many people life so they can derive enormous benefits from yoga.
For example Physically, it enhances their:
1. Flexibility,
2. Strength
3. Coordination of the body
4. Body awareness
5. Concentration
6. Sense of calmness
7. Relaxation and much more.
Yoga brings that marvelous inner light that all humans have to the surface. Lastly any thing you do "Yoga" makes you do it better.

There’re a lot of yoga trained individuals, but few have the gift of teaching it, and Srujana does just that, in a fun, and very precise way!
Her attention to details, explaining, demonstrating, and correcting postures makes her exceptional.
My husband and I benefited from taking both group classes, and individual classes with Srujana.
We both would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a highly qualified and gifted yoga teacher.

Great yoga classes
I've been learning yoga from Srujana for over 3 years. She is a patient, but strong teacher who understands my body and temperament. I have steadily improved under her guidance. Her lessons are structured to push yourself and to develop both strength and flexibility. These classes have helped me immensely to feel a distinct improvement in my general fitness. Srujana is also great with kids yoga. I recommend Svadhyaya Yoga and Srujana to everyone who wants to learn yoga.

Srujana is a fantastic yoga teacher with energy and enthusiasm that rubs off to you! She is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to adapt yoga to individual needs. She always starts the class checking in with the student’s ability on that day. Her sequences are well planned addressing the full body. Her instructions are clear with emphasis on precision and alignment leaving the body more open than before. She knows when to push and when to not push during the practice. She meets each student at where they are in their journey. I highly recommend her.

Yoga and me...Forget it !! Yes, this was my attitude two months back .Never even thought about it !!
Srujana asked me to attend 1 hour session of her beginners series. That one session helped me to understand the importance of breathing, keeping the body flexible and the best thing I learnt is “let go” attitude and mindfulness . It’s been two months now, I am learning yoga from Srujana !!
A wonderful teacher who helps to understand each Aasana with their respective health benefits. She has lots of patience and ensures each session is productive and benefits each participant based on nature and medical conditions etc..
