I spent a year at sweat circuit and loved the group HIIT classes. Rachel, Jeff, and all the coaches were fantastic. The community of regulars were also fun to be around! Highly recommend this gym as they have a good mix of strength/cardio classes, and you stay at each station long enough to get a workout in before hopping to the next one. Sad to leave due to work relocation.

Very challenging, very rewarding - a true gem in downtown Bellevue. I have never been able to consistently work out in any gym but this sweat-guaranteed place somehow managed to make it work. The size is decent and has a variety of equipment, hyper energetic instructors and intuitive screen to guide workout dummies like me. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Sweat Circuit classes since February of this year. They have Upper, Lower, and Full Body circuits. They combine strength training, cardio, and core exercises in every session.
Their instructors are very knowledgeable and motivating. Every person in class feels welcomed and encouraged. The instructors provide a clear explanation of the circuit at the beginning of each class. Each circuit is crafted carefully with ample variety and that keeps everyone motivated.
I highly recommend Sweat Circuit to anyone who wants a comprehensive workout that combines strength, endurance, and community spirit. They have exceeded my expectations.

I had an awesome workout at this gym. I work out of town at times and look for gyms to drop in on. This place had a great deal for 3 classes for $30. They welcomed me in so nicely and really challenged me for improvement. I would make this my gym if I lived in this area.

If you’re thinking about joining Sweat Circuit, please know that they’ve been a constant source of noise disruption for the apartment residents who live directly above them.
Despite years of complaints from multiple residents, this gym continues to blast loud music and drop heavy weights as early as 5–6 AM—including weekends—even though the quiet hours in our building extend until 8 AM. The sound is so loud it can be clearly heard in bedrooms and living spaces across multiple units above them. It’s like waking up in a gym without choosing to be there.
Residents have spoken with the front desk in person and emailed management numerous times. We’re always told they’ll “try to keep it down,” but absolutely nothing changes. It feels like they simply don’t care about the people affected by their noise.
If a business is going to operate under a residential building, it needs to respect the people living above it. Sweat Circuit has shown, repeatedly, that they don’t.

The energy in the gym is awesome. Coaches are super tentative to each individual, guides and pushes just the right amount. The variety of the workouts week to week ensures each time in the gym doesn't feel like a constant repeat. Most importantly, it is a really supportive energy from everyone in the gym.

The kind of workout that makes you feel that you really worked out well at the end of the session. Kind of “want to lay down and not move for a while now” which is exactly what I was looking for. Cause if I’m going to work out, it might as well be tough to get me the results I want.
Loved the music that went with it. Helped me find the energy to do more. Really enjoyed a variety of exercises that we switched between

I love the Sweat Circuit in Bellevue I couldn't be happier with my experience. The trainers here are extremely friendly and encouraging and customise workouts to meet one's needs. They take the time to understand your challenges, if any,and tailor workouts to your needs, for e.g, in my case my knee issues and also being a first timer with weights They push you just enough to challenge yourself while providing constant support and this gave me confidence that I too am capable of building on my strength and endurance.
The facilities and equipments are good, and and the place is maintained well.
The workout regime is well-structured and varied, keeping things fresh and engaging. I’ve seen good progress since joining, all thanks to the motivation and guidance of the trainers. If you’re looking for a gym where you feel valued and inspired, this is the place to be!

I wish I could give this gym zero stars. My experience over the past year here has been nothing short of terrible. First off, the new management is completely incompetent. They are unresponsive and seem to have no interest in addressing member concerns. The facility itself is dirty and poorly maintained—I've noticed trash and dust accumulating in the corners, and the equipment often seems grimy and unclean.
What really took me by surprise is that they allow dogs on the gym mats. Yes, you read that right—actual dogs! As much as I love pets, this is completely unhygienic and unsafe. The fact that management turns a blind eye to this is just another sign of how poorly this place is run.
To make matters worse, some of the instructors and trainers (using the facility during class time) eembody the worst kind of “mean girl” attitude. Instead of encouraging and motivating their team, they seem more interested in belittling others they work with and clients. The instructors focus is typically about getting in their own workout during classes . The overall energy here is toxic and unhealthy, which is ironic for a place that’s supposed to promote fitness and well-being.
If you're looking for a gym that cares about cleanliness, professionalism, and a positive environment, avoid this place at all costs. I know I’ll be taking my membership elsewhere.”

Sweat Circuit in downtown Bellevue is so hard and so fun. Coaches Rachel, Caleb and Amber do a great job demonstrating the exercises and also motivating the class to keep giving it their all. When I need an alternative to one of the exercises, they are right there with a suggestion and a smile. Most people in there are in really great shape, but the coaches make those of us working on getting there feel good about the journey. I can't say enough good things. Give it a try. You won't regret it.

I go to their circuit training classes. This gym is exactly what i wanted especially for everything that happens outside the workout.
They have monthly fun things like bingo/ back to school type challenges that keep me motivated. The instructors have fostered a healthy environment for newbies to become part of the community! For eg. they have monthly happy hours and they encourage friendship at the gym via the monthly challenges.the regulars are friendly and inclusive!
The workouts themselves are HIIT but i feel they are more muscle building focussed than other HIIT houses like Orangetheory which is what i wanted. They have a fixed schedule of what part of the body is targetted on which day. This makes consistency a bit easier!

Sweat Circuit is the best gym that I have ever worked out at. The staff and trainers are skilled, flexible with substitutions during rehab or injury, they will push you when you want but not in an uncomfortable way and also recognize when you may just need to take it easy. Everyone is friendly, fun and supportive. It's not just a gym, it is a community. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I've been working out at Swear Circuit Bellevue for over a year and have had a wonderful experience so far! Take aside their amazing training planning, creativity, fun exercises and constantly evolving routines. Another plus : ample free parking! Awesome trainers. Tacy is very friendly and inviting. Every time I walk in to the gym, I am greeted with a big smile and warm welcome from Caleb. He is the most skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and kind trainer I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Paul is amazinggg and incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and lifestyle. Started here a few months ago and love it!
Paul and Anthony kick my butt into shape most mornings and I saw results fast. I like the fast pace of the classes and the mixed bag of exercises and machines used.

I love Sweat Equity. It is seriously out of my way, but it doesn't stop me from coming back repeatedly. Paul makes things so hard and fun at the same time. He is attentive to form and will push you. Music is always on point and there's always great diversity in moves and use of equipment and machines. It's a small space but they definitely optimize the use of it.

Joined this gym a few weeks back. They were running a promo which included a free myzone band which tracks heart rate and effort during workouts. I consider myself a gym/exercise novice because I get bored easily. Sweat equity is the opposite of boring. I was able to get great hands on coaching as I started with the 101 classes and am now loving the standard cross fit classes. They do kick your butt - but they are efficient about it!

Fun, passionate trainers keep you motivated as does the loyal clientele that come day after day. I have been spending 3 to 5 days a week at Sweat Equity for more than 2 years now and it has changed my life. When I started, I was not at all in shape. But the class went by quickly and I found I was actually having fun. Before long I was having to buy new clothes, and now I look like I have been fit my whole life. Still spend time at Sweat Equity, and look forward to it everyday.
