I started working with Taylor in October 2024 to prepare for my wedding in October 2025, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Taylor has been consistent, patient, and incredibly thoughtful in how she approaches each session. She always listens, adapts to my needs, and encourages me in such a kind and supportive way.

One of the biggest testaments to her training style is that while the number on the scale hasn’t changed, my body has completely transformed. My clothes fit looser, I feel stronger and more confident, and at my first wedding dress alteration in August, they had to take in 1.5–2 inches on the sides! That moment was such a huge reminder of how much progress I’ve made thanks to Taylor’s guidance.

I truly love working with her and would highly recommend Taylor to anyone looking for a trainer who cares about both results and the person behind them.

Consistency! Consistency! Consistency!

The biggest lesson I've learned working with Taylor.

I found Taylor two years ago when I was just shy of two years postpartum and really struggling with all the body changes and unsure of where to even start. Over the last two years she's been a great coach and teacher and gotten me to a much healthier place. It's been consistent eating, consistent working out, and consistent learning. I'm now even healthier than I was before pregnancy! The biggest lesson I've learned is if you want to feel your best and have it last that it takes time, and that's okay! The investment in my health the last two years has been worth every second and leaves me the time and energy to keep up with my on the go toddler!

I worked with Taylor specifically on nutrition and it was a great experience. She listened to my goals and provided guidance on macros specifically for me. She also helped me understand what is actually important (how I feel) vs. what's not as important (the number on the scale).

Per Taylor's guidance, I've continued to track and pay attention to my macros, prioritize protein, lift 2-3x per week, walk more with our dog and limit more intense cardio to once a week. I know the numbers don’t really matter, but I am down 2 lbs since July and this morning I realized that my jeans are looser around the waist. More importantly, I’m feeling great about my body and stronger in my workouts.

Taylor is such a fabulous strength coach and has supported my fitness goals with fun workouts, nutrition advice, and encouragement. It helps she’s really fun to be around and talk to, so my workouts fly by. She always meets me where I’m at and will push me to improve, but not more than I can handle on any given day. Her pricing is very reasonable and a far better deal than paying for a gym membership I would literally never use. I hate working out in gyms because I feel like a fish out of water. I am 67 and recently retired. I haven’t worked out since 2019 and pretty much low activity since 2020.
I had my first training session with Taylor, on Tuesday.
It was an excellent workout that challenged me while not killing me.
I was very surprised at what I was able to do and I know that without her encouragement, I would not have done full plank or as many sets of the exercises.
I was a little sore but not a lot and gave me energy and motivation to be more active.
Taylor is excellent at choosing proper workout and nutritional goals all tailored to you as individual.
She ensures you do each exercise correctly and if are doing the set and don’t look tired or straining, she will encourage you to 3-5 more.
I have signed up for more sessions as she is very good at knowing how to design your exercises and sets to level you are at and challenges you without leaving you so sore that you cannot work out for few days.
I highly recommend Taylor as a personal trainer. She is excellent at motivating you and helping you achieve your goals.
