My fitness journey with Tectonic has been amazing in the three months since I joined at the start of 2025. From my first Foundations classes with Amy, Greg, and Grant to my ongoing coaches Chase and Dex, everyone has been incredibly helpful and supportive in ensuring I understand and dial in mechanics, load, and reps to show positive gains while avoiding injury.
However, the biggest surprise has been the equally supportive and inclusive community of members I've bonded with and look forward to seeing at every workoutβeven if it's at 5:15 a.m.! I've never worked out at a place where most people know everyone else's names!
Now in my 50s, Tectonic is instrumental in setting the next stage of my fitness journey, and I highly recommend that you consider them for your own fitness journey!

Can't say enough about Coach Amy. I was looking to gain muscle mass but wanted to train under the watchful eye of an expert. A friend from work recommended the gym and Coach Amy. I had also been searching around on the Internet and came across a few options but their philosophy won me over. It seemed more personal and now, 6 months into it, I would agree that the feel is different. I feel that close attention is being paid to my technique at the sessions and I have also partaken in a few classes. The Coaches are supportive and encouraging but simultaneously, provide constructive feedback. This is helpful as I do not want to be simply going through the motions and also, want to avoid injury. I could not recommend Coach Amy and the gym enough. In fact, I cancelled my other gym membership!

I have ALS and Hannah has been great to work with one on one for the last 4 months. I do 30 minute sessions and work on Strengthening my good muscles but not overdoing it. I would highly recommend Tectonic Stregth for whatever your needs may be.

I joined Tectonic, and my experience so far has been good! As a beginner to this style of training, I was nervous about starting, but the welcoming and supportive atmosphere at Tectonic eased my nerves greatly.

I love this gym! I have gone to many gyms and clubs searching for the right one. And I finally found it! At tectonic fitness I feel included while getting a great work out. This is an awesome gym. I actually would describe it more as an institution of fitness led by really knowledgeable coaches who have studied and worked on their craft for years. Every session is literally like a class in graduate school. They make sure you learn proper form first and foremost and continue to remind us we are in different fitness journeys. This is a very positive community! I love coming to this place! I actually feel that when I dont get my workout on with them it significantly affects my daily routine and i feel really sad. I work almost 15 hours by the way and this is the best part of my day

Great vibe and great people. I really love the sugar WOD app that helps you keep track of your workouts. The coaches are super friendly and the workouts are challenging. They have a great "foundations" program that helps you really understand movements you may not be familiar with, or helps you refine movements you may be doing wrong. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Tectonic Crossfit to anyone looking to improve their personal fitness. I first joined Tectonic Crossfit in 2017 without any prior experience with crossfit or olympic-style weightlifting. Participating in the Foundations and Prerequisite for Beginners course was a great introduction to this new style of exercise and quickly prepared me to perform a variety of new exercises both safely and effectively. After participating in various other classes, I am continually impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the coaching staff, as well as the supportive and welcoming community among the other athletes. While attending university, Iβve been in and out of the gym for years now, often with several months between each visit. Still, the coaches have never forgotten me and I have always felt welcome whenever I step through the doors. To me, Tectonic Crossfit has become more than a gym β itβs a familia.

Tectonic is a great gym. The coaches are amazing and the programming is attainable, intentional and effective. Iβve been a member for three years and have seen steady growth in my fitness and overall health. I am not, nor will I ever be the strongest or fastest at the gym but I have never left a workout feeling weak! In my experience, the coaches at Tectonic have been thoughtful, organized, and fully invested in providing individual level instruction. You will come to know your regulars and your semi-regulars during your preferred shift and cheer each other on without a bunch of macho stuff or peer pressure leading you to pull a lat muscle trying something you were weeks away from. Tectonic is all about the build up, the slow work that gets results. Whether before dawn, on your lunch break, or after work (and choices in between), you will find an hour that you can work out. Their newer offerings, like FitFam, helps to break the mold on the Crossfit-centric routine to provide a great WOD without the barbell work. This box exceeds my expectations.

I've been a member since inception and after every single session have felt stronger than when I walked in. There is no judgement; coaches get to know you and focus on your goals at your level and fellow athletes encourage and cheer each other. "Rx" workouts are challenging for the elite but consistently scaled and/or modified for any ability. You will be amazed at the confidence and sense of accomplishment you gain!

Itβs amazing how much fitness can get done in one hour at this gym. The strength-biased programming has improved my core strength and I no longer feel the need to wear a lifting belt when squatting or deadlifting. They also have boot camps and strength and conditioning classes available. Whether you just want to burn a bunch of calories, or youβre hoping to improve quickly with the more technical lifts or gymnastics, I would recommend to try a class at Tectonic.

Tectonic has been my βhomeβ gym for 2+ years now. The coaches and athletes have always been extremely welcoming and kind and I consider many of them friends. Tectonic finds an excellent balance between challenging the most-advanced athletes and accommodating those of us who require a lot of scaling (me). I have a seriously good time here! Tectonic persevered throughout the pandemic, almost immediately switching gears successfully to Zoom classes and providing us athletes gym gear to use at home. Working out at Tectonic is regularly the highlight of my day! The programming is well designed and very intentional, and I feel like I'm always making progress in my strength, technique and overall fitness. The coaches are all very caring, provide great feedback, and offer appropriate modifications/scaling for individual athletes. Something I really value about Tectonic is the absence of a "30 day fat loss challenge" type atmosphere, just "steady progress, seismic gains." Folks tend to stick around a long time, and the community is very supportive and encouraging.

It's actually kind of hard to put into words how much this place has helped me. I've wanted to "get fit" for years but never found something I could stick to. I was pretty inactive when I started over three years ago. The coaches and owners care so much and it's so contagious. I've been very consistent finally. Even through a pregnancy. I had never lifted before but now I'm a big believer. More important for me than what we do is the people and the mindset. I've gained so much. The coaches make sure you have proper technique so you have a safe introduction to each exercise before you push yourself. The other people working out offer positive encouragement before, during, and after workouts. Tectonic is the absolute best. Not only are the coaches extremely knowledgeable of fitness and the mechanics of the human body, they are invested in your safety and growth. As someone new to strength and conditioning, I always felt that they kept an eye on me and made sure my form was correct before encouraging me to add weight. They also know the exact right time to push you to do more when they know you can, and everyone celebrates each otherβs wins. The community that exists at Tectonic is incomparable. When you sign up to work out here, you are basically being adopted into the greatest family on earth. I am an intermediate gym-goer and have a ton of experience with boutique and big box gyms. I highly recommend Tectonic!!!! Iβve been here several times in person and was a member remotely. Top quality all around as far as: coaching, fun factor, programming, music, athlete development and safety.
The community is great and very welcoming. All walks of life seem to come here - serious Crossfiters, weekend Warriors, hacks, and novices. The coaches do a great job programming/pacing for the different skill sets.
Their remote class game is one of the more slick setups I have seen. Makes you feel like you are at the gym with everyone, and the coaches do a good job checking in as they would in real life.

I love Yogi Chante. She is so accommodating to what yoga moves to apply to my needs. Sometimes I asked her regarding circulation in my body 'cause from sleeping I felt numb in my arm and all that , and she helped right away. She knew what moves to do to improve the circulation. Her yoga really helped and after our session, I felt light within my body. My tightness has loosened in my joints and knees.
