I've been taking Pilates Reformer classes here for 7 years now and love it. The instructors are very knowledgeable and the community of other Pilates patrons is fantastic. If you're thinking of learning the Reformer at Ten Pilates, do it! You'll be glad you did.

Spending 30 days with family in WW. In AZ have done Pilates for 2 years. Julie arranged a private lesson & then integrated me into a class.

She delivers personal attention and a great cheer leader! Nice to do Pilates from a different instructor.

Recommend Julie 100%! She does adjust to any personal issues (wrist problem) with alternative exercises.

See you on our next travel to WW!

I have loved coming to this place weekly over the past 6 months! Julie is great and really encourages people to listen to their bodies. She will craft a pilates plan for you on the reformer. If you need some modifications day to day, she is always so helpful!

A Man Review :

The 10 Pilates experience here in Walla Walla has been for me an integral part of my retirement activity. Starting with Patti Jo about a year after retirement and on the advice of family, I found it very effective at keeping the body flexible and fit. I continue this same experience twice weekly for the last five years and plan to continue as long as the body permits.

The transition of the studio into Julie‘s hands has been smooth and effective. She is extremely well organized and her communication skills are exceptional.

Although the clientele seems to be more women than men, there is no reason why males should not engage in this total body fitness experience. The type of exercises and stretching build strength, tighten the core, and improve flexibility. All of this is a proven antidote to mental demise which occurs predictably with aging.

I am extremely grateful for the teaching I have received and for the camaraderie I have experienced in this environment.

Ten Pilates Studio is hands-down the best Pilates studio in Walla Walla. Julie is an exceptional instructor—attuned, intentional, and deeply knowledgeable. She meets each client where they are, thoughtfully addressing fitness goals while honoring past injuries and energetic patterns.
The group classes, whether on the reformer or mat, are masterfully designed to build strength, control, and flexibility. I’ve personally seen a noticeable boost in my metabolism, improved mobility, and a leaner, more toned physique since joining.
The space is welcoming, the instruction is top-tier, and the results speak for themselves. If you're looking for transformative movement and expert guidance, Ten Pilates is the place.

This could be a little too much for a google review, but I don't get behind ANYTHING unless it has indisputable value in my life. I'm sharing this for anyone out there with even a slight curiosity about pilates in WW.

I did physical therapy to recover from back surgery for two years before I was told to do pilates because PT wasn't working that well. Months after trying out pilates in the town I used to live in and not feeling or seeing a difference in my back/leg pain or muscle strength, I wasn't expecting this studio in WW to be much different. I don't know if it was the owner, Patti Jo - the most badass pilates instructor and an all around genuine and caring person- or her simply charming and cozy, studio, but I felt this was the right place for me since my first session.
Fast-forward six months, my pilates practice is responsible for my pain free day-to-day for the first time in 5+ years. A self proclaimed couch potato, I surprise myself looking forward to working out and even challenged myself to doing pilates from 2 to 4 days a week. Pilates has not only made me stronger but has kept me committed to achieving my goals. So, if you are curious about this place, this is what you'll get: pilates technique done right (in addition to great insights on mobility and body awareness - Patti Jo has a background in dancing), a cozy space, all the pilates equipment you'll ever need, and the best instructor there is. Patti Jo knows her stuff AND is a true delight to be around.

This place is a a little treasure in this town. Check it out. You'll thank yourself for it.

Patti Jo is a jewel of an instructor...professional, informed, knowledgeable, and ready with a dose of humor when needed. She is a great resource for injury treatment, strengthening core muscles, and body mechanics education. When I leave her studio, I always feel more solid and balanced in my body. I highly recommend a session with Patti Jo!
