I have been practicing yoga at the Kirkland studio almost all the instructors are great, the only disappointment so far is that the thermostat has been broken for about a week and the room is heated upto 130 degrees which makes it a very very painful and uncomfortable experience not to mention it leaves you completed dehydrated and exhausted. I just wish the owners were prompt with the repairs and acted more responsibly.

Serious practice. Serious benefits. I've always enjoyed coming to this studio and the quality of its instructors. I don't leave in Seattle anymore but I always make a point to practice at the Ashram every time I'm back. It's that good. I found the pacing and structure of the class easy to follow as a beginner, but now as my practice has advanced, there is still plenty of challenge in each class. I also like the ample changing rooms and showers.

The Ashram Yoga studio in Kirkland was an awesome experience for me to get back into yoga. I haven't done yoga, let alone hot yoga, in months. The instructor was very nice and led us through a challenging, yet manageable class. The studio is exceptionally clean and neatly organized. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to start, renew or continue their practice.

This is by far the BEST yoga studio in all of the US. The teachers here are top notch. If you want to practice real yoga, this is where it's at.

The Ashram is the best around. Great teachers, wide variety of classes and clean facilities with showers. It is hot and hard, which is how I like it - Ashram is the best and I have tried many other places.

The Ashram Yoga, led by Gary Olson, teaches a method that is a perfect balance of strength training, flexibility, and in a mental/spiritual environment that can radically change one's life. The primary reason the heat (it is HOT) is there is not for some fad reason, and not even for the detoxifying component (which is a total myth anyway), but to provide a really uncomfortable environment to become mentally tough. Truly, The Ashram Yoga, just like its name implies, is a sanctuary in a crazy world. I cannot recommend more highly.
