The Buffalo Gym is a gym dedicated to creating healthy, happy people. Our mission is to bring new perspective, instill hope and ignite passion through community, a well thought out program, and experienced coaching.The Buffalo incorporates a wide variety of effective training methods into each daily workout. Functional movements, plyometrics, high intensity interval training and strength training are some of the key element you will find in your program each day.

He visitado muchos gimnasios, en muchos estados y hasta ahora este es el mejor de todos. El ambiente es motivador, los entrenadores bien preparados y profesionales. El lugar es limpio y amplio! Not just the "best gym around", but possibly the best damn gym, period. It's been a remarkable evolution from the small space it used to be to it's current glorious state, and the Bruce's are constantly improving and expanding the gym's facilities. And of course the trainers are all great people as well, a perfect gym for any level of athletic ability.

Great gym! Just the right amount of coach energy that can accommodate any age, skill level, and athleticism. Been a member for 2yrs and the programming is legit with strength components matched with cardio movements that anyone can do! Made many friends here, and all while getting better muscle definition, size, and healthier. Oh and don’t forget about theOr free endorphins program that you get after every visit!! Hits you right in the ‘feels’ and makes it worthy to mention. Now the hardest part of any gym is learning to walk through the front door! Come check it out, you won’t be sorry!

Hands down, the best gym of which I've been a member. As numerous people have mentioned, the positive vibe, top notch equipment, and excellent coaching make The Buffalo a fantastic gym. But I want to talk about the PROGRAMMING. If you've trained at a HIIT or Crossfit style facility before, you know how much the programming can determine the quality of your workouts. Day in and day out The Buffalo has the best, most thoughtfully programmed workouts I've seen. Nicky and MK facilitate strength training while focusing on safety, form, and knowing your own body. They've created a space that will push you to work hard without asking you to do things that could lead to compromised form or injury. It's a great place! If you're reading this, you should come work out with us!

I wish we were allowed to give more than 5 stars! Nicky and MK are some of the most amazing people I have ever met - and every coach here are just as awesome. The entire community is so friendly, welcoming, and supportive. I've been here just about 2 months, coming over from a different gym (Crossfit) and I have LOVED every moment. The workouts are intense, but fun and varied. Such a fantastic energy throughout. If you are looking to change gyms, join one for the first time - or not sure what you want - you need to stop by and check out Great White Buffalo! Come be part of our tribe!
