Always a joy to go there. Employees are friendly and encouraging. Machines are readily available even with Covid restrictions in place.

Great atmosphere and NO gym rat types! Everyone here is either recovering from surgery, getting stronger and losing weight to prepare for surgery, recovering from medical issues, or simply exercising for health reasons. Staff are available for questions and I participate in Lifestyle 365 program, and meet regularly with my dietitian and exercise specialist. Plus, it is quiet and never crowded, even before the pandemic.

I love working out here. I spend most of my time in the pool but the gym is great too. Wish the pool would stay open later.

This is at Valley Medical Center. They have a pool and a gym. Its not a place to "see and be seen." It's mostly retired types, employees, and people doing physical therapy. They offer classes from zumba to water aerobics. It's a relatively small facility but it makes up for the size with its options for a comprehensive health/fitness care. Depending on your membership, you can meet with exercise experts, dieticians, and PT specialists. As an employee, you can have the dues come right out of your paycheck.

Used to be a Great Fitness place for regular people. Have to revise my review. Since it was taken over by a new group a few years ago, it is going downhill for regular fitness. It seems they only want rehab and physical therapy now perhaps because insurance pays more than membership does?!

They were accommodating and kind, the only thing that is a drawback the long wait to get started, espiacaly in you have a neurologic problem.

I love the Fitness Center at Valley Medical Center, Renton. The instructors & trainers are knowledgeable and well educated in their field. They are friendly and accepting and very willing to help every client. The Fitness Center facilities are modern, clean and fresh. Fees are moderate and reasonable, great value for the money.
