We hosted a birthday party here recently, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We were looking for a place to host our five year old's birthday that was fun for the kids and low key for the parents: we liked the contained environment for the kids, the combination of free play and coordinated activities and space for the grown ups to chat. The Jungle Gym offered all of that, with the opportunity to add-on experience as wanted. They followed up with us a week out from the party so we were aware of the schedule of activities, what they would provide/what we needed to bring, etc. (they have parties back to back, so bring things that are a quick clean up!) We initially made a mistake scheduling our party, and they were quick to respond and help us reschedule our event at no additional cost. Planning a party at home takes a lot of effort: our experience at the Jungle Gym made the day feel easy!

Over priced play place. It's cute if you don't actually care if your kids are learning gymnastics. Coaches come an go an it seems like they are never on the same page on what to teach. Cute for playing but not an actual gymnastics class.

Brought my son here for a trial class.. the class was ok but I did notice that during class one of the kids were coughing..I noticed the staff was not sanitizing in between classes… The following day my son developed a runny nose and started throwing up out of nowhere which lasted for a few days and was not able to attend school… He was perfectly fine before he came there.. For that reason I decided to cancel my membership.. I called and spoke with the owner and let them know my reason for wanting to cancel.. I let the owner know that my son only attended one trial class and wanted to cancel out the membership because my son got sick at their facility… The owner immediately blamed the school he goes to… I let them know that he was perfectly fine before he came to the Jungle Gym.. I also let them know that they were not sanitizing in between classes and she said well the schools don’t sanitize between classes either… So basically she blamed everything on the school and would not refund my money.. Do not bring your kids here if you can pay the extra money and take them somewhere else that’s more professional and that will take responsibility when the customer is coming to you with an issue..

My step kiddo used to go to a different gymnastics and they were ok, but after switching here I would never go back. The girls here are so sweet, they actually keep the kids accountable for learning things, they make everyone feel included and even make sure if you miss a class it’s rescheduled.

Just finished our first open gym here and had a wonderful time! Not too crowded and lots to explore even for babies. The coaches also had some organized and supervised experiences for the kids with a trapeze and a zipline. The little one is now napping like a champ! We'll be back.

The Jungle Gym is the highlight of my six-year-olds week. He loved Ninja Parkour so much we added a gymnastics class too. He is learning tricks and it is a delight to watching him explore and tackle scary things in a fun environment. I also love that the coaches are co-ed, it's GREAT to have young men there teaching my son. I just wish there were more boys signed up for classes, it's definitely a boy-friendly environment, replete with rings and parallel bars. Reasonable rates as well.

I like the activities they have and it’s a fun place. I really want to do their parents night out nights but I have a hard time trusting the people there. We haven’t had the best experience here. The gym is overstimulating, and the instructors are children themselves. It seems that they are skilled in herding children, but not actually skill building and being in tune with them. They don’t typically stop and talk kids through situations, but do try to herd them to do more things instead of modeling the moves. It hasn’t worked for us but many others seem to do okay with it, and we’ve been trying to stick to it for a few months now. My son who was once a gymnastics loving go getter at another gym has lost his luster, he isn’t excited for gymnastics anymore and he has a hard time participating every time we go.

Although the price made me hesitate to schedule a party for my kids, I’m glad I finally did. The kids had an AMAZING time. We were parents of the year as far as our kids we’re concerned. The kids ranged from 18 months - 9 years old, there was something for everyone. The only thing I thought to be ridiculous is they charge $25 for a double party. They didn’t do anything special for the double party other than say happy birthday to both kids. A very frivolous fee if you ask me.

On Friday May 11th, my 3 (almost 4) year old son attended the Jungle Gym's Kids Night Out event. We entrust and pay for our children to have a fun and safe experience. However, I am now questioning whether the Jungle Gym is a safe place to take my child. The event was well attended. In fact, it was a sold out event. That means that there was a lot of foot and vehicle traffic as a result. There was so much vehicle traffic that I had to circle around the block to before I found a place to park. I finally found a spot on the same side of the street of the Jungle Gym, but across the entrance to the parking lot. As I pulled in to the parking spot, at 9pm, my son was standing on the sidewalk jumping and waving at me. My heart sank as I parked my car and ran out of my car to grab him. He told me that he was waiting for me. I hugged him and reminded him about how important it is to wait for me in the gym and never walk through a parking lot without an adult. I went into the gym and as I waited in line to sign my son out when I realized that there were just a handful of kids in the gym and a long list, however, the sign out sheet was almost completely void of parental sign out signatures. I saw a staff member and shared my concern about my son's care. The staff person was incredibly apologetic and told me that she would call the owner and that they would have someone at the door from now on. By today, Friday, a week after the situation, I would have expected a call from the owner and some documentation as to the change in policy requiring a staff member at the door. The whole situation has been incredibly upsetting. My son loves the Jungle Gym, but I just don't feel comfortable taking him to a place that does not take the safety of my child seriously.

Had our son's 3rd birthday party here and it was the BEST DEAL around! You can have up to 30 kids for the same price as other places that will only allow 7-10 kids. He had many friends that brought older siblings and everyone had fun. Even the 12-14yr olds had a great time. Just time out your playtime, eating/cake time, and activities very well because you get 1hr 45min for the party. We just took the gifts home to allow for maximum play. No clean up!!! They do it for you! Now my friends plan their kids parties here after coming to ours. Open gym is a great way to let out energy before nap time or dinner and it's very low cost.

I bought a year-long membership for my 2 1/2 year old grand-nephew last year. His parents report that he LOVES going to Jungle Gym, and has developed greater coordination, strength and physical confidence as a result of attending.
