I am just blown away by the staff at TLG. We have two new kids that are taking their first class ever and the teachers have been so professional. They absolutely love the kids and are so patient with everyone. Obsessed!!

The baby class was cute, but we found limited value in the toddler-age class. The class size is too big to keep any kind of structure, so it ended up basically being just an indoor playground we paid to access once per week. The open play days/times were mostly during normal working/daycare hours, so we couldn't even take advantage of those. I would rate 3 stars for the environment, it is safe and set up nicely, but the pay structure is predatory like a traditional gym. They don't let you cancel online, make you fill out a form to cancel, make you give 30 paid days notice to cancel, and don't provide any refunds on days missed. We honestly found more enriching value in going to local playgrounds and nature spots most of the year, and paying one-offs to access other indoor play spaces if it's raining during winter.

EDIT* - After a conversation with the owner, I was refunded for the autopay that had already been taken out while I requested a cancellation, and was told that the 30-day notice can be overridden. I've updated the review to 3 stars, though I'd rate it 4 if there were smaller class sizes and more after-work scheduling options.

We booked a super hero party here for our 3 and 5 year old boys. The entire process, from first inquiry to party wrap-up was a fantastic experience. From the get-go, they responded quickly to my emails with in-depth explanations to my many questions. The staff was beyond accommodating, kind, helpful and most importantly, gave our boys (and their guests) a great birthday. They all went out of their way to make them feel special. For this stressed out Mama, they relieved so much stress on me by taking lead and offering support/help whenever applicable. Not only did they completely set up for the party, but I was also allowed to drop off decor in advance so day off was less stressful. I would recommend the Little Gym to anyone and everyone - I would not hesitate to book again in the future.

Recently I found the little gym is new location for NW breastmilk donation drop off, which was exciting has closer location. And I even called before to make sure is right location and my drop off time no problem, but when I got there the front desk just told me they only accept milk from member. What!! Then why don’t tell me when I call!! They force selling to become member for just breast milk donation!!! Donor already accept by NW milk bank. if facility providing location as storage or transport, I don’t know why should treat member and non-member differently. This is force selling!
I have to carry many bags of milk, which after frozen very heavy and they can’t stay in room temperature long so I have to cancel later plan to drive back sooner.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the little gym in Vancouver! The absolute best people in the world are working there, and they genuinely love kids. Two of our kids (ages 8 and 4) have been going there for about eight months and absolutely love it. We signed up our 8 year old to help with some anxiety issues, and her confidence has grown so much over the months. We were looking for a gymnastics experience that wasn’t competitive, but still structured, and the Little Gym has the perfect balance. They build new skills in developmentally appropriate ways, and the focus is always on having fun and trying your best. One of my favorite things is that it doesn’t matter which classes the kids end up in, because ALL the teachers are fantastic (including the owner, Christy!). They are wonderful gymnasts as well as patient and loving educators, and my kids are so happy to be able to play with them each week. The Little Gym is a real gem!!

Our 2.5 year-old daughter had the best time at The Little Gym! We did the Beasts/Super Beasts class. Christy does an amazing job of balancing structure with free play, so all the kids were able to participate in class activities but also just run and jump around freely whenever they wanted too. Everything seemed super clean and the space is large so it doesn't feel like there are too many people in one place. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Absolutely amazing place to bring your little one to grow, socialize, and explore. We signed up on a whim almost a year ago and it has been one of the best decisions we have made for our daughter. Our daughter has become more confident and loves interacting with the other kids. Christy has done an amazing job creating a safe and fun environment that supports the children through their learning stages. There is no negativity or shame when kids are kids (crying/tantrums); everything is treated as a learning experience for the children with a supportive environment.

We liked a lesson, but their schedule is all over the place for our age group. Almost every day it is at different time which is very inconvenient. This is the reason we decided to pass on joining a group for now. You can adjust baby’s schedule to make time at certain moment during the day, but shifting everything each day is horrible for us

This gym is definitely made for Littles. It is not as rigidly structured as other gyms in the area. It is developmentally appropriate for learning and fun. It is easier for my 2.5 year old to fully participate here, but they are also understanding if he wanders off from the activity the teacher is leading. In his class they are currently doing a warm-up or cool-down, music and dance, bubbles through an obstacle course, bouncy balls, learning skills and free play.

We love the Little Gym! My daughter started w/ the toddler classes a few years ago & now she’s progressed all the way into the advanced gymnastics class. The amazing teachers there, have taught her how to do cartwheels, handstands, round-offs & she’s getting so close to doing unassisted flips. I really like that the Little Gym can cater to any skill level that your child may be at.

This is by far one of my daughter’s favorite activities/places. She attends weekly classes, all of the summer camps, parent survival nights, and special events. It is like having a little gym family - the staff know all of the kids as they enter the door, they are very energetic and keep the kids engaged, and the owners are so nice and personable. They do all they can to accommodate needs. They know how to help kids through any struggles they are expressing. I also appreciate the age level advancement that allows kids to move through their skills, while the teachers also know how to meet the kids where they are at. I highly recommend and we will be long time members for sure (I believe this is our second year and counting)!

Due to an unexpected change in the weather, my husband and I had to seek an indoor venue for our son's birthday celebration at the last minute. Fortunately, we stumbled upon The Little Gym, and we are incredibly grateful for the remarkable experience we had there!

Prior to the event, the courteous staff at The Little Gym took the initiative to inquire about the number of attendees, our preferred color scheme for decorations, and kindly informed us that we were welcome to bring our own food, beverages, and additional decorations. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to find that the room had been tastefully decorated, and the entire facility was spotlessly clean.

Our son had an absolutely wonderful time at his party, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. They thoughtfully set up various activities in the playroom during the hour we had reserved, and they were constantly present in the party room, ensuring that everything was proceeding as planned.

After the party concluded, the staff graciously informed us that they would take care of the cleaning, which was a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated. We wholeheartedly recommend The Little Gym to anyone seeking an exceptional venue for their child's birthday celebration. We were so impressed with their services that we are considering enrolling our son in one of their classes as well.

MCV party planning committee met up to check out The Little Gym here in Vancouver, and what a blast it was! Seeing the kids climb, run, dance, and play together was a pure joy and so cute. 🥰 The instructor/owner couldn't have been nicer and shared so much valuable information with us. We hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday at The Little Gym Vancouver. We paid $450 + $75 for a special theme (Gabby’s Dollhouse).. The kids had fun having the gym to themselves and the party room was great for cake, presents, and pizza. Everything was wonderful—but I advise against the theme packages because they cannot include any of the characters in the decor so the theme is not noticeable outside of the music played in the gym. I voiced my concern to the owner Christy and she acknowledged the issue respectfully and kindly returned the extra charge for the theme. I was very pleased with all of the interactions we had, the space was clean and well prepped, we can’t wait to be back at The Little Gym Vancouver location! Thank you Christy and team!

My daughter started at The Little Gym in January of 2022 and was there for approximately 6 months. We used the Little Gym for a few things, but most notably friendship for me and socialization for her. She learned how to trust others, how to explore her world, and how to find me when she needed to understand herself at TLG -- all skills that she needed to have when she started day care at Goddard a few short weeks after she stopped attending regularly.

Now that she's a little older, we don't attend TLG as often as we'd like. Life gets in the way. But, we are invited back frequently and we are always trying to attend. If you are looking for a place where your kid can let out energy, where you can connect with other parents, or to just have fun -- go there. Make some friends and feel connected to the community and your baby.

My son has taken classes here and loved them! We have hosted 2 of our birthday parties here and each time it has been so fun. The staff is well engaged, entertaining and enthusiastic with the kiddos. The kids have SO much fun and it’s great for parties of all ages! There is plenty of space to run and play, so even if the party is for a 4 year old, a smaller child would have just as much fun with plenty of space to play safely! The party includes an hour of interactive play time and guided activities and then time for food and cake. All of the decor; plates and utensils are provided and the party room was decorated with our party theme colors! All we had to bring was the food, cake and guests! The booking process was seamless, and they called the few days before to verify everything. Cannot recommend enough and we will always support the staff and owners here at The Little Gym.

We love the little gym! My little CJ loves coming to the little gym! She is a preemie and was supposed to be behind in crawling and walking and I totally attribute her crawling to the little gym. It motivated her and set her up for success!
Super high energy classes, lots of fun new things to learn, and opportunities to socialize. Christie the owner is amazing! She is so willing to work with you and is extremely accomodating! 10/10 would reccomend!

Got invited to a birthday party here. Seems best for under age 5, but possibly older kids as well. Pretty clean facility and straightforward. Parties are $450 for 1hr of play and 30mins of party room for up to 15 kids. They provide plates, forks, napkins, and cups. No food or drinks provided, but are allowed.

I can't say enough amazing things about this place and the owners! My 6 year old son, a normally shy and slightly reserved kiddo, blossomed like a sunflower after attending his first class here. His confidence has exploded. Under their watchful eye and training he has pushed his limits and accomplished things I wish I could have done at his age. There is such attention to detail, curriculum, safety, and professionalism. It's incredible! My son can't wait to go back each week. The Little Gym is pure medicine for children's minds, bodies, and souls, ESPECIALLY coming off the heels of a pandemic where children were encouraged to "keep distance". We have attended a couple of classes, and today both of my kids attended a camp. Suffice it to say, we will not be back.

First, one of the camp students looked unwell early in the camp, and said he felt sick. Post-pandemic, in a time when caution and awareness should be at an all time high, they allowed him to continue in the class, and potentially expose all of the other children in the class to whatever bug he had. He should have been sent home. I did not learn of this until after the camp was over, or my kids would have been taken out.

I spent 10-15 minutes watching at the end of camp. The kids were overstimulated, overly excitable, and tired. The staff chose this opportunity to get out a bubble machine and have all the kids chase them around with it. Unsurprisingly, there was a collision between two kids who were excited chasing bubbles, and not watching where they were going. One of those kids was my son, who is 3 years old, and weighs all of 32 pounds. He was the absolute smallest kid in the entire camp. The other child looked to be 8-10 years old, and was EASILY 4-5 times the size of my child in weight, and twice his height. As they collided into each other, both equally at fault, this giant girl collapsed to the floor in a fit of hysteria secondary to her extensive (hypothetical) traumatic injuries. My son stood there without apparent injury or hysteria, and apologized for running into her. This girl was whisked away for an ice pack and a ridiculous amount of consoling, while the staff member returned to scold my son about watching where he was going. Seriously??? The "activity" was asking for something exactly like this to happen, and my son did exactly what I would ask of him...Recognize he had accidentally bumped into someone, and apologize. I would, similarly, have expected her to apologize for the same. She was too busy being dramatic, and was not asked to do so.

VERY unimpressed by the disorganized and poor management of the kids. Angry sick children were allowed to remain when they should have gone home. Disappointed in the money spent/wasted. Will not return.

We can't say enough great things about this place! We have a 6 year old in the grade school class and an almost three year old in a parent/child class. Both of our kids love their classes and look forward to going every week.

All the teachers the boys have had have been high energy, fun, and great at getting the kids involved. As a mom, I especially love that the structure of the classes (especially for the littles) is not super rigid. Little ones are encouraged to explore and get comfortable. Exactly what my son needed!

We also had my 6 year old's birthday party there and that was amazing! We filled the gym with kids 2-7 years old and TLG does EVERYTHING! All I had to do was bring decorations, snacks and cake! The staff set up the party room, decorated, cleaned up afterward, and ran all the activities in the gym to keep all the kids involved and having fun. I could not have asked for a better experience and my son is still raving about it!

If you are unsure about whether or not to try this, do the free trial class - you won't regret it!

Christy and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful! Christy is incredibly knowledgeable about child development and disability and will meet the kids where they’re at. My kids are obsessed! As a nurse, I was so impressed and thankful for the safety measures they’re taking to keep the kiddos safe, while maintaining reasonable expectations. We love The Little Gym!

Beyond clean and as a mama knowing they are taking Covid safety seriously and keeping my little guy protected the best they could, let me just relax and watch him living his best life.
