I'm very new to Pilates and have only been to a few classes here, but so far it's been a very welcoming environment. I like that there are people from all different age groups, ability levels, etc. in the classes with me. All the instructors I've met have been very friendly and provide lots of helpful guidance. I feel encouraged to keep coming back!

I've been going to Pilates Hub since they opened! Even driving from West Seattle (and Tacoma for a season) because of the care and abilities of the team here. They made the difference in my TTC and birthing experience - teaching me to trust my body and feel strong through the movements and strength they teach. Cannot recommend them more!

Let me tell you why I love the Pilates Hub! It’s truly for every BODY at any level. Each class has options to modify up or down based on your body or how you’re feeling that day. The instructors are accommodating to whatever your needs are. I always feel welcome!
I love that the focus here is not just on getting a great workout but also on mobility, stability, and body awareness.
The studio is warm and inviting with lots of fun things to explore! So happy to be back in classes here after a hiatus! Thank you, Pilates Hub!! 💪🏼

I’ve been a loyal client of The Hub since the day they opened. I’ve taken all the classes with all of the instructors. There are many things I appreciate about the studio, the two biggest being the knowledge and experience of the instructors and how they’re able to teach to EVERY body. My own body has gone through ups and downs over the years and I know whether I’m at my weekly private session or a group class, I’m going to be nurtured and challenged. We’re going to have fun too!!

I am so grateful for the Pilates Hub! All the instructors are amazing and the space is so cool! The reformers are super nice, and the merch is awesome. The vibes are 10/10 and super inclusive. I was a little intimidated to start Pilates, but I have had the best experience at the Hub! I am feeling major results in how I move my body and my flexibility. I am excited to see where my Pilates journey takes me! Thank you Pilates Hub!!

I <3 The Pilates Hub! I've been visiting this studio on and off for a few years, and even after a long absence, it's so refreshing to return to such thoughtful and encouraging teachers and classes that are interesting and fun, while still challenging. Pilates studios can be intimidating -- all the machines and props! or they can feel like a club with dim lights and a focus more on aesthetics -- but I just love the vibe at the hub, it is sooo welcoming, bright, and airy, and the instructors provide individualized tips and augmentations where needed. Plus they have cute merch! I make the trek across town here and there when I can to take classes at the hub, and am hoping and wishing that one day they'll open up another location in the central/south area!

The Pilates Hub has the BEST classes! I just finished my first 5 sessions and I immediately bought the 12 class package :) I have never enjoyed working out, but I experience total bliss during these pilates classes and I'm always a little bummed when they are over! I already feel so much better physically and mentally, and pilates has become my favorite form of self care and the activity I look forward to most in my week. I can't thank Rachel and the other teachers enough for being so sweet and guiding me on this journey!

Despite being completely new to Pilates and concerned that the reformer would be intimidating, the instructors did an amazing job of making me feel at ease. The entire studio exudes positivity, from the upbeat instructors to the aesthetic decor, but it's the instructors who really make the workout sessions fantastic. Plus, Pilates has proven to be one of the most efficient workouts I've ever experienced. Love the Pilates Hub and highly recommend giving it a try!

Got the intro package and found the pilates hub to be an excellent beginner-friendly studio for reformer pilates.
Highlights:
- a variety of levels offered. The principles class acts as a pilates 101 with plenty of q&a about how the machine works. The essentials classes are very accessible.
- instructors are very receptive to questions and requests for modifications.
- Offers specific pregnancy and postpartum classes. There aren't a lot of options for this in Seattle so I was thrilled to find it offered here.
- Decor is airy and relaxing while still being a little on-trend.
- Post-class machine wipes are biodegradable. Not the usual harsh Clorox wipe.
Looking forward to making this a regular part of my routine!

Embarking on a new skill or hobby can be a mix of excitement and nerves, as the unknown can be daunting.
However, the team at Pilates Hub has made my transition into Pilates a breeze. The studio is sleek and inviting, and the instructors (special shoutout to Tiffany, Alex, and Rachel) are not only friendly but also provide clear guidance on the classes I've attended.
Their scheduling app is a handy tool to keep track of sessions, ensuring I stay on top of my fitness goals. I'm grateful to have discovered a welcoming community to nurture my newfound passion. 💪🏽

I was having a hard time finding reputable prenatal workout classes in Seattle and am so happy to have stumbled upon Pilates Hub. All of the instructors are so kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. In addition to taking group classes, I've also been booking private sessions with Sydney and have enjoyed every minute of them. She's helped me understand how pregnancy can affect your body and exercise, how to accommodate for those changes, and really helped me build strength in the areas where I need it the most. I can't wait to continue working with her throughout my pregnancy and postpartum.

I had been interested in trying a reformer Pilates class for years but always felt intimated until I found The Pilates Hub! The quiz on their website is a super helpful way to figure out what type of class would be best for you, and the Principles class answers all of those “what ifs” that come up when thinking about trying a new group class.
The Pilates Hub is thoughtful and intentional. Every instructor is amazing and so kind. They all have their own unique style of teaching which keeps class interesting. I can’t say enough good things about this studio!

Before coming here, I'd never done Pilates on the reformer before, so I sometimes feel intimidated for not knowing what I'm doing. But everybody there was so kind and genuinely helpful. I love that the class setting is kept small. The teachers have always tried to give their attention to each student. I have been taking classes with several different teachers, each bringing something different to the table. I've always loved all the classes I've taken so far, but my favorite is the OOV class and Adia's classes. Highly recommend!

Love this place! So clean and cute, instructors are knowledgeable. Sometimes Pilates can be intimidating because it has a “hot girls only” vibe, but this place has truly cultivated a space that feels really safe and not exclusive in that way. I’m loving my Pilates Hub classes! I bought the beginner pack of 5 and started with the Principles class, which I highly recommend if you (like me) had never used a reformer. I’ve had Alex and Tiffany as instructors and they’re both 10/10. My first impression of the studio was clean and un-snobby. It’s so nicely decorated as well and you can tell it’s well taken-care-of. You have to get the sticky socks that are meant for Pilates! They have cute ones for sale at the studio if you don’t have a pair. Planning to purchase another package and continue on my pilates journey ✨

I am loving Piltes Hub! I started with the beginner's private lessons with Adia. She was amazing. She really paid attention to my body and helped me work through some shoulder and lower back issues. I was nervous to start classes but she pushed me to fet over it and give them a try. I did. And I have loved every one of them. It's such a great way for me to focus on nothing but what my body is doing. I have been challenged with each class (only Essentials so far) and feel good about myself when I leave. In the past, I have been too self-conscious to join classes or go to the gym but I am 49 and need to just get over that and do what is right for my body and mind. Pilates Hub has been integral in me doing just that.

Beautiful, clean, bright, and rewarding new studio in Greenlake. The Pilates Hub is a super welcoming place with AWESOME instructors and new equipment. I'm super picky about my instructors for any workout I do, but everyone here has something to offer that's different and exciting but also such a consistent style. You’re able to drop into a new instructor’s class and still get an amaaaazing workout. That’s RARE. I take privates here, as well as weekly classes. The class sizes are so small (6) they feel like privates, and the even for someone like me who is fairly new to pilates, it doesn't feel intimidating at all!

Do yourself a favor and book a Pilates class at the Pilates Hub. I just finished my workout with Adia and she was an incredible instructor. After taking a 4 year hiatus from regular pilates due to a move, medical issue and a pandemic, I was finally ready to find my studio in seattle. I had tried several prior to the pandemic but never quite felt “home”. August of 2022 I happened across Pilates Hub and creeped on their windows. The giant decal stating”All Bodies are Good Bodies” immediately gave me a good feel. After looking at the website I reached out to inquire about some private sessions. I was lucky enough to end up with Nathalia the owner for 7 weeks and quickly learned the decal was not an empty promise. Everybody at the studio is kind, warm, welcoming and knows their stuff. I also have done privates with Tiffany who is SO amazing and taken classes. I cannot say enough about this studio.

I took a few classes with different instructors at the Pilates Hub starting last year when they had some online specials, but really found my groove in the For the Mamas class (which I used for pregnancy, but can be for pregnancy or postpartum). The class is very engaging, timed well, and is just challenging enough to give my body a good feeling, without strain. Nathalia, the instructor and owner, is very good at explaining the value and purpose of each move, as well as giving a range of options if you’d like something more challenging or more gentle. I loved getting to know and see other pregnant mamas on their journeys, as well as the women who came back postpartum whom I had met while they were pregnant. It’s a very supportive environment and I always look forward to going to class. I just had my baby and am excited to start class again once I’m ready.

This place is amazing! I started at the Hub post rehab for a back injury and I’ve never seen such great results - AND only going a few times a week. The Hub has boosted my strength level and I’m loving it. All the instructors are welcoming, kind, friendly and driven to push you in the best ways. They are also mindful to check in each session to ask about about injuries or just your overall well-being. I appreciate the faster paced Dynamic classes with Alex and Rachel.
Only cons are pricing and class schedules. Classes fill up quickly and I wish there were more options! Be sure to schedule out. Pricing is a little high for my late 20’s budget but the studio has only proven its worth. If you’re ready to invest in your body, this is the place to do it!
100% would recommend.

We could not be happier with Morgan; she took training Misha as a challenge. I wanted Pilates for Misha to improve his posture, muscle tone and core. We have achieved these goals and continue to improve every lesson. This Pilates studio is so welcoming! I have enjoyed working Rachel privately and taking classes. The classes are challenging and fun and have had great results while working with Rachel to rehab issues with my knee and back.

Cheers to PilatesHub and your awesome instructors! I worked out with the former studio pre COVID and am thrilled Nathalia and crew are back with PilatesHub in a gorgeous new studio near Greenlake. I'm working with a rehabed knee, taking a combo of private sessions and classes. And while I'm being cautious, I already feel stronger and more confident than I have in a long time. Thank you all!

I highly recommend the Pilates Hub for anyone wanting to treat their bodies to strengthen exercise and spirit rejuvenation. The instructors are extremely talented and knowledgeable in the human body. I have been working with Rachel for several years and love her educated guidance and low-impact exercises that are tailored to my body to keep up my muscular strength and flexibility. I Love the Hub’s welcoming environment and dedication to everyone’s well-being.

As someone with persistent back/hip issues, I've been seeing Rachel for once a week private sessions for 2 years now. She's incredibly warm, extremely knowledgeable and happy to explain the "why" behind the movements, always asks how my body is feeling so she can tailor the session to address my issues, and so patient even when I forget my right from my left (ha!). I always leave feeling much better than when I came in (both mentally and physically). If you sit in front of a computer all day, or have particular aches/pains... I can confirm that this is a good option (and that Rachel is the best!). I will also note that I am a very anxious person and not usually one to participate in something intimidating sounding like pilates...I've always had it in my head that only elite, super fit athletes with expensive outfits participate. The Pilates Hub is refreshingly NOT that...! :)

A wonderful place that exudes heart. Nathalia and her team are warm, welcoming, and supportive, their care and positivity shows in every aspect of the studio. Even after years of practice, I find myself learning new things - every.single.class. I love their approach to Pilates and emphasis on connecting with your body - and yourself. A truly special place. Thank you, The Pilates Hub!

Love this studio. Founder & instructors are just generally really good people who have a passion for Pilates and ensuring each student gets the most out of every class. Pilates has changed the way I think about my body and my approach to fitness - it's both fun and challenging. I would definitely recommend this studio if you're just learning or if you're experienced, there are classes for all!

Unlike any other pilates experience. The instructors at the Pilates Hub are so welcoming and great at adapting and cueing the lessons for every experience level in the room. I’ve learned so much about connecting and turning on my muscles from these classes. I would rather come take a class here than get a massage if my body is feeling out of sorts. Could not recommend more!

The Pilates Hub is the type of place that deserves all of the 5 star ratings, but that you also want to keep secret for you and your closest friends and not have to share with the whole world. :) The location is great, the studio is beautiful, the staff are inviting, and the movement is accessible to lots of different fitness and ability levels. I couldn't recommend this studio more!

This studio is warm and welcoming the minute you walk in the door. After taking the last year off due to the pandemic, it felt like a warm hug and just like coming home when I came back. I would be here every day if I could. I not only gain physical strength but mental strength as well from the women that teach. The teachers are enthusiastic and meet every student at their level. I can't say enough good things about them. 5 stars isn't enough.

The Pilates Hub is such a spacious and welcoming studio! One visit here will make you want to return for another session. I’m pretty new to Pilates but the team here has made my beginnings very manageable and unintimidating. Even when running into trouble with online class registration, staff were very quick to reply via email and resolve my issue within minutes. Highly recommend this spot!

I have loved attending Pilates Hub. The studio is bright, clean, and beautifully decorated. The equipment is brand new and top of the line. The instructors create a positive vibe to the classes and demonstrate respect for all bodies and all body types, giving attention to any injuries or limitations. Each class is challenging, however I also have confidence that if an exercise or position isn’t healthy for my body, the instructors will work with me to find an alternative. Pilates Hub is owned and staffed by caring, talented, positive women; paired with their expertise, these qualities cultivate an inclusive environment conducive to health and successful achievement of fitness goals.

Nathalia and her dream team of ladies have truly outdone themselves with the Pilates Hub. The studio is absolutely gorgeous and super inviting. Despite the gloom of Seattle it is always sunny and cheery in the Hub. The instructors are all so lovely and extremely knowledgeable. I love that each of them has their own style, which keeps things interesting and fun. Also, the variety of classes make pilates accessible to all depending on their comfort levels.
I have been practicing pilates with Nathalia and her team for almost 3 years now about 4-5 times a week. Pilates has been a game changer for me thanks to them. Whether it has been group classes or privates (I suggest both!), I always leave feeling stronger and rejuvenated. There is no place comparable in this city.
The Pilates Hub is a very special place that fosters a very special community.

The Pilates Hub is a beautiful studio, an inviting earthly oasis run by the most bad-a$$ team of women. And it's truly the team that makes The Pilates Hub one of the best pilates/movement studios I've ever been to. They're dedicated to their craft and to their clients - the attention they pay to each student is incredible. If you're looking for challenging yet accessible movement classes with amazing instructors, The Pilates Hub is the place to be.

What a beautiful and welcoming space!! I’ve been so nervous to get back into my workout routine since Covid but they are taking all the precautions and made me feel so safe. My instructor Rachel made me feel like I was in a solo class with her corrections and attention to details and form. No need to ever be intimated here if you’re new or just getting back into Pilates! They are all so kind and welcoming here- judgement free. It felt so good to be back to an in person class today! Beautiful, beautiful space, tons of light and mirrors to see form throughout class. I was able to snag free street parking out front no problem, there is a water bottle fill up, lockers and bathrooms all there for use too. Don’t forget your grip socks! (They sell cute ones though if you do...)
On a side note, I had a few issues signing up with the app- I think it was my fault but they were so helpful in sorting it all out and helping me through it with the app company(?).... anyways 10/10 for tech support too!!!
I love supporting this women run business and can’t wait to return! Thanks for making this the best return to Pilates!

I've always hated exercising. I've stuck with reformer pilates with Nathalia and her dedicated team for over 5 years now and happily go regularly. I'm thrilled with Nathalia's newest studio and team at The Pilates Hub. There's a wide variety of classes of various intensities. And no matter which class you take, you get personalized attention from extremely experienced teachers. It's a beautiful studio and it's not just exercise. At the end of classes I feel refreshed by the space and the company of both students and teachers. The body work is serious and great, but the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and every class includes some great dog-watching as people wander by on their way to the lake. For me, it's the perfect way to end long days at the computer. It untangles my shoulders and my back...and my cluttered brain too.

If you’re looking for group classes in Seattle, look no further! Nathalia and her team not only find a way to continue challenging their clients class after class, they are extremely knowledgeable, and always come prepared with progressions and regressions to meet you exactly where you are. Everything at The Pilates Hub is done with intention, from creating an inclusive and encouraging environment to the beautiful décor and artwork on the wall. Whether you’ve been practicing Pilates for 20 years or you don’t know what a reformer is, I highly recommend The Pilates Hub!

The Pilates Hub is a warm, inclusive, and relaxed space. The murals, the color scheme, even the reformers, wrap around you like a good hug (cheesy but 100% true.) Whether you are new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, you will find exactly what you need here.
The owner, Nathalia, is easy to connect with and makes everyone feel at home - she will meet you where you find yourself in your Pilates practice. I was a client at her previous studio and I know that there are many of us who have followed her to the Hub. Our family has moved to Edmonds, but making the drive down for a class is totally worth it.
The studio also includes an enclosed space for private lessons. Our family has moved to Edmonds, but making the drive down for a class is totally worth it.
Bonus: If you also are searching for the perfect Pilates socks...you will find them here. I "forget" my socks (this is a socks-only studio) each time I am here to have an excuse to add to my collection.
