I can't say enough amazing things about this studio, every teacher I've had has been so kind and patient. This has been the only studio that I've felt comfortable in and have seen amazing results! It's so convenient being located in Juanita village and I love that the class sizes are smaller so you don't feel lost going through the different exercises. Big shoutout to Karley and Kailey for some killer classes!!

I love this place. the workouts are tough but low-impact and the slower you can move, the more effective it is. the instructors offer lots of options for those at different skill levels and no matter how fit (or not) you may be, you'll feel it and get stronger and more toned if you stick with it. 50 minutes fly by. plus: good jams and fun banter with the instructors. love!

The Pursuit has been a game changer for my core, obliques, glute and leg strength. I use Lagree Pilates for my archery hunting training and am excited for next season. The instructors are all patient and motivating at the same time. Highly recommend The Pursuit!

Awesome workout, awesome instructors, especially Dana! The workout never gets easier, you just get stronger. There are a ton of modifications you can do to make the workout work for you. Dana is fantastic at providing modifications to make it harder/more challenging or less intense in case you have an injury or just want to take it easier that day. Plenty of free parking around the studio is always a plus as well. Knocked a star off because the classes are on the pricier side and there are no Friday afternoon classes.

I can warmly recommend The Pursuit to anyone looking for a high intensity, low impact workout. Lar year, I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis, and Lagree has proven out to be true life saver for me. Lagree helps keep my joints functional, removes pain, strengthens muscles, and simply improves my mood. Rachael and other instructors are also always ready to modify exercises to anyone's personal needs, which helped me a lot during the first lessons. Rachael is super friendly, knowledgeable, and replies to emails promptly. The same applies to all instructors - they are all friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable professionals. I have truly enjoyed all 40+ classes I have taken so far!

Best workout! Consistent classes do result in increased strength and positive changes to your body. In my experience, all instructors are excellent and provide guidance and options to match where you are at the day of the class. It has been a real game-changer for me. Highly recommend.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Booking the class was super easy and user friendly to get started. Rachael was our instructor, and as first time newbies made us feel comfortable and confident and she explained things in a way that made it easy to learn and jump in with a bunch of people who had lots of experience. I can't recommend this experience enough for anyone who is looking for a good workout and warm/welcoming community!

I am brand new to this kind of workout experience. Iβve taken three classes with Rachael Chen and she is an **amazing** instructor. Sheβs kind, encouraging, and ensures everyone is in proper form as well as making the right adjustments for every personβs unique body. I know I am in good hands with her. I was nervous to try Lagree; since I have a back injury and scoliosis - Iβm always concerned about hurting myself especially in new exercise classes. Rachael makes sure Iβm doing every move correctly and offers alternatives to make sure thereβs options (i.e., moderated moves, which I really need!). This fitness endeavor has been really challenging, humbling, and energizing.

Excellent workout; EXTREMELY DIFFICULT for at least the first year, then still very hard, but very empowering as you become more familiar with the Megaformer/Lagree method of Pilates. The practice has made me so much stronger mentally and physically and greatly improved my other activities like yoga, biking, running, and swimming. Have had consistent excellent instruction here for several years!

Plus the owner of the pursuit Racheal is very rude and inconsiderate person she ignored my emails and just a simple task of rescheduling a class took my so much time in emailing her again and again.

I was hooked after the first time! This workout combines strength, endurance, balance and core - on each move. Every workout, each move is effective, where you can modify for your own ability. I love how the instructors truly watch your form and make minor adjustments where needed. It is a complete body workout that leaves your body energized!
