I’ve been training with Alec for about six months, and it’s been such a great experience. He makes every workout challenging but fun, and he’s really helped me stay consistent and motivated. I’ve become so much stronger as he gradually challenges me with heavier weights, more reps, and increased intensity, while keeping the workouts varied and always emphasizing proper form and technique. To echo all the other reviews, Alec Sanchez has quite literally changed my life. I have learned more in 3 months working with Alec than I have ever known about fitness and nutrition. Alec is awesome -- he pushes me the right amount so that I feel challenged and accomplished but not like I'm going to hurt myself. I always leave feeling proud of what I was able to do. Working out in a public gym is for sure outside my comfort zone but my experience there has been great. Three months ago I walked into SeattleGYM on Queen Anne to inquire about their personal trainer program. I was directed to Peter Feysa who was just finishing a conversation a few feet away. At the time, I didn’t realize my good fortune! If I could write an essay on Peter I would. He is one of the BEST trainers out there. Peter is positive, diligent and damn good at what he does! Peter is an excellent trainer. I singed up for his programme to gain weight and he has delivered results. He monitors your meals and workouts very closely and is very professional in scheduling sessions. He motivates you and provides you the right diet to work on. The biggest plus for me was that he helped me gain weight despite me being a vegetarian with a high metabolism mainly because he himself used to be a vegetarian. If you follow his instructions strictly, you are bound to reach your goals.

I have tried different weight loss programs/diets and I think my review can compare many different programs/diets:
First, AND for me most important, weight loss with Peter is relatively easy. Of course, this is not crazy fast. Realistically speaking, the extra weight has been gained over years and cannot be gone in week or two. So far, after two and half months, I have lost about 10 Kg (21 lb) which is great in my opinion.

Peter's trainings are designed very well. It puts enough pressure to help you build muscles and it is not too hard to make injuries. Peter has a plan for you and collect all of your exercise data every session. You will be weighted and measured periodically. So, you can track changes.

I had a pain on my neck because of weaknesses in my shoulder and back muscles, which are gone now. I had also a pain on my left knee. Due to both weight loss and leg exercises this one is almost gone as well.

Peter knows a lot about diets and what your body needs to lose weight.
Peter is fun and knows a lot about music. You can enjoy fun conversation during your sessions.
In aggregate, Peter has everything you need to lose weight or you need to improve your muscles or body shape. Just listen to him! that is all.

I've been going to Peter for seven months now and he has helped me exceed my initial goal and more. He's helped me lose the weight, cut down my body fat % and has also helped me from a nutritional end. He helped me to lay out a (reasonable) 360 plan - my work outs, what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat. I live literally to eat so it was challenging for me to start changing my eating habits, but he held me accountable and was there every step of the way. For every type of food I would grumble about, he helped me to find a different alternative so I didn't feel like I was losing the joy in eating. When we're at the gym, I'm a lot more comfortable there now than I was starting off. Beforehand, I didn't know what the machines were, how many reps I should be doing; now, I'm more confident going in because Peter explains every detail to me and is quick to correct me when I'm doing something wrong or when my form is off. Every session I have with Peter is more challenging than the last, and quite honestly, any trainer willing to meet you at 5AM on Mondays is a trainer worth keeping.
