Overcrowded doesnt matter what time u go and the machines could use a good deep cleaning literally skin particles in the cracks and seems on the elliptical handles and there's a strange man who screams profanity every time he lifts and its alarming

Most of the staff in the wellness clinic are super friendly, except for the staff member who’s usually there every morning. She has shown no empathy, even knowing I’m going through cancer. She has been rude and often makes me feel—sorry for the word—stupid.
Whenever I want to use a chair with the cell exciters, the other staff are always helpful. For example, after infrared therapy they usually ask if I need anything. She, on the other hand, won’t even ask—even if I was to stand right next to the equipment.
I’m not usually one to give this kind of feedback, but I wanted to make you aware. I know I’m not the only member who has had this issue. I’m not sure if someone already spoke with her, but on my last visit she was actually nice to me, which I appreciated.
Thank you for listening, and God bless you! On another note, your equipment is great 🙌🏼

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Sleazy contracts that are predatory to young adults. Along with horribly unprofessional customer service. I wouldn’t recommend working with these people to my worst enemy.

The lady that works mornings in the new wellness room is not very welcoming or nice to say the least. I’ve had questions for her in regards to what this equipment does in there and it’s very bland non educational awnsers. She also will sit on her phone and disregard questions or comments I’ve had. She also has worked the front desk before and would never greet or say hi or welcome when I would say hello etc. the gym is amazing love the staff and members but this individual her name starts with an M is not very respectful to members

Staff lacks on professionalism, customer acknowledgment, and interest to bring more members to the business.
After my third attempt to become a member, I am super disappointed and looking for other venues. However, I want to give the opportunity to management to learn about my experience and fix their training.

I recently got my gymbag stolen and I didn't feel like the staff even cared. Their excuse is that their inbox has a lot of emails and they'd get back to me on Tuesday. Im disappointed that the staff at life quest aren't that very helpful all they do is sit and chat and make judgmental faces. Maybe instead of only saying hi or bye to only their favorite members they should be openly kind and respectful to everyone. I find it ghetto that I really got my bag stolen. Like some girl really looked at my bag and said you know what I'm going to steal that. Im disappointed and currently looking for another gym membership. Do better!

Not family friendly.
I’ve had my membership with my family for over a decade. I have tried to give them a chance plenty of times but they always prove me why I shouldn’t.
I will only state my biggest concerns because I can handle the other things.
1. The childcare teachers never pay attention to children.
- I took my little when she was around 1yr old and when I walked in a little girl poke her eye and she was crying. I was not notified if there was an issue before.
- 2 years later I decided to give them a chance again…. I dropped off my daughter and right away I saw a little boy throwing a tantrum that they paid no regard to. When I came back that same little boy was around the smaller kids and had taken my daughter’s stuffed animal. What did the workers do?? Give sass and say I shouldn’t allow her to bring a toy which I understand but they could’ve suggested I put the toy in the cube with her shoes or could’ve taken the toy from the boy and put it somewhere so no one could play with it. They disregarded my child’s emotions and were just chit chatting when I got there. This was a quick 45min workout btw.

The gym itself is niiiice. Had what I needed. But one thing that kills my mood, is the front desk gurl. I greet nice and clear and she always looks like she has an attitude, not saying anything back. Before I thought it was just me not being loud. But this has happened so many times to me, and i notice she greets others too. It just ruins the mood for me and kills my vibe. Get someone with a positive service, promise it will make someones day better😒 ✌️

I’ve been coming here since I was kid about 20 years off and on. Some updates have been made. But it’s time they remodel. The weight area has a very unpleasant musty smell. Half the dumbbells are very old , I would say about 1/4 of the machines are from the early 2000s.

I like the gym and the courts but the one thing that just ruins it all is the renting the courts for the whole day, everytime people want to play basketball there is always a stupid rental going on for volleyball or stupid AAU basketball games. I'm tired of this place and last time I was on the courts the owner kicked us out because volleyball rented the courts late. This place needs to fix there schedules and needs to have days where you can't rent the courts.

We went here for soccer for our toddler, they loved it. My main complaint is the front desk clerk that's there Tuesday mornings. She was nice to us once when we originally came there. Since then every morning IF we are even greeted, it's with attitude. The last 4 times we've come in she asked us to check in different ways each time which is very frustrating!

As a parent I wouldn’t recommend them. My 2 year old kept getting sent home with hits on her face and never given an explanation or a heads up she got hurt while under they’re care. Then I was informed once while one of the managers was there and it was completely played down, that she had gotten hurt but she wasn’t crying or anything. When I went to check on her she had her cheek cut open near her cheek bone and a swollen purple eye up to her forehead. At that point it was costing me more money, paying for my membership and an urgent care bill to make sure she didn’t have a fracture or anything else. I waited 1 week for her bruise to heal before we went back and as soon I picked her up and got home I find another huge hit on her face very swollen. When I called the manger to go over my concerns being that it was so consistent and severe, she said she’d look into it and call me back and she never did. I had to keep calling to get an explanation and she had nothing for me, there was never so sense of urgency or concern in regards to the many incidents. Just terrible customer service, specially coming from management.

I been going to this gym for quite a while now, but now it seems like the gym only cares about their rental services. Basketball courts and soccer courts are always rented out on top of that they don’t have a separate parking when they do have basketball/soccer games so imagine how the parking area is. Honestly the gym has just been disappointing me lately, if your planning on getting a membership your better off going to like club 24 or pac fitness. Lifequest doesn’t care about their gym area!!!!

Over the past 20 years I have taken several different kinds of Yoga classes and not really embraced any of them until I started with the Yoga classes at the Wellness Clinic at LifeQuest. She is calm, centered, enthusiastic and funny when warranted. It's been a fantastic experience.

i have come in here 5 times very late just to watch my boyfriend place soccer and basketball and they have always let me in because it’s so close to closing time. Today the girl at the front desk was not helpful and quite rude. It was $20 to come in and sit for an hour and a half. She couldn’t give me half price she could do nothing because it was a liability although it wasn’t a liability the other 5 times i came in just to watch!!! clearly because i was in jeans and boots i wasn’t going to be working out.

I am leaving a one star review for this gym which has been a disappointment since they updated to "The Wellness Center".
To start with, the aquatic center has shifted to a more unwelcoming place for families to visit who do not have a membership. They was to charge over 20 dollars for a day pass now when in the past they used to charge for hourly usage which were more affordable. Next swim lessons, they are okay for lessons yet feel directionless to add they are aggressive in your child wading in the pool now few min beforehand and will "Kick them out" of the wade area unless they pay for a day pass. Even if your kids swim lesson is 5-10 min before hand they guilt swim students and now its a point that they are uncomfortable at the lessons. Swim lessons/aquatrics were better when brooke was there and my swim student always felt welcomed.
The Facilities equipment is dated and its pretty busy throughout the day. Weights are not organized much and many times you have equipment hoggers...mostly due to how busy it is. Front office staff is helpful.
Management has slipped a ton compared to a few years ago. Both swim lessons/payment services do NOT call you back. I called about 4-10 times to get a hold of management and nobody ever responded to me or answered the phone. Emailed worked for swim lessons but payment services took a week to get back but by then I had the front office sort out my payment issue. Beware their autopay system, management does not reach out to you or send you reminders a payment is due but will send you a "Final Notice" in your mailbox. I never received ANY prior notices they had issues with my payment auto-renewal connecting to their payment service. Please make sure to watch your account as auto payment system they use does not work at all they charge your Life quest account(mindbodyonline) but it does not pay your account balance(Lifequest account) they are apparently two different entities, I had to reach management the first time they said its fixed the first time but three months later another final notice came through.
I decided to cancel as the gym is no longer supportive and friendly as I remembered and feels very unprofessional. The former Lifequest Fitness was a much better experience.

We've had my kids enrolled in swim lessons here for 3 or 4 years; until today. Previously, Brooke ran a great program with many quality instructors. Unfortunately times change and Amy is running the program into the ground.
Amy kicked my family out of the gym today because my 5yr old child was in the wading pool, while my 3yr old was in her lesson. We don't have a gym membership here, but generally haven't had an issue, since the pool is empty and we are there with two kids in neighboring swim time slots. Again, we've been paying for lessons for several years now. It's been frustrating to see the decline in class offerings as instructors have left the program due to the lack of leadership.
Most troubling, was the level of disrespect towards my mother-in-law and my children. One person has soured years of positive experiences. Although Life Quest lost another customer, she did me a favor and made the decision not to come back easy.

Low rating because they have employees under age working 4am shifts, and working in areas they don’t legally have all their certifications and hours to work in.

A letter goes out to people on "Active & Fit" or "Silver & Fit" that their Membership is ending at the end of the Month??? The Owners need to realize that these People need "Facilities" like these not just for workouts but think about "Mental Health" or just getting out of the house for "Socialism" with others during this challenging time!!! Their saying, if you are on "Social Security" or "Low Income" for these Programs you are equal to other's!!! They receive a "Stimulus Package Relief" from "Tax Payer's" and don't understand more People have been affected during this "Challenging Time"!!! Think of Other's, than just your own "Pockets" and realize that your more "Important" now than ever before...

Beware that this gym has predatory policies. I was a member here for about 3.5 years the gym is mediocre. Over that time period some improvements were made but this gym still feels and looks old and outdated. Overcrowding is a big issue here. The classes which are only the Les Mill brand become very repetitive and boring over time. I reached a point where I have no desire to come here, I’d rather workout at home. I finally go in and sign to cancel my membership which at this point is month to month and is prepaid each month. I’m not under contract. I cancelled a week before the next prepaid billing. 3 days after I went in I get an email about the cancellation and that my membership and billing will continue for an additional 3 weeks plus. There’s a 30 day advance written notice cancellation policy. Even though you cancel on a certain date they will still bill you up to an additional 30 days for something you no longer want. It doesn’t take 30 days to change or stop a billing. If you sign a form cancelling service it should be cancel as of that date, not 30 days from then. If your looking a gym your better off going Golds Gym or Planet Fitness.

Way too crowded. They have way too many members, and not nearly enough equipment or space, especially considering how much they charge. It regularly smells like marijuana in the workout area and they dont do anything about it. They also book and rent gym space for schools and teams during peak workout times which makes it that much more crowded in space they dont have

Great swimming pool area for children with a family pass. It has a large Beach entry and it's only 2 ft deep and it's perfect for the kids to play and get exercise.

I love this gym
The pool is nice and warm, there are two hot tubs and two saunas (a dry and a wet). The layout of the gym is nice. There is a rock wall, which i want to try sometime but have been too shy to ask about...and i love the classes!

I went there for information and to enroll my kids. Front desk had no idea of ANYTHING! They were friendly but with No information at all. They told me to go back on 3 days so someone could explain me about the classes.

Extremely dangerous for your children; they do not have trained staff to watch over the kids, nore do they care when it's pointed out to them and Amy S is extremely rude and unprofessional, you can definitely tell she doesn't have kids nore does she care. Don't involve your kids in their lil kickers activity OR their child care, they will get hurt eventually and/or witness things they shouldn't. The rest of the facility matches their cheap mentality, save your money for the far superior surrounding gyms, and more importantly, spare your children the abuse. I will be contacting Lil Kickers LLC and the better business bureau due to the severity of unprofessionalism and the trauma my son went through. The lack of compassion and wanting to make it right has me shocked to say the least.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this fitness center staff. I signed a contract for 1 year, a few months in I realized I did not want to continue my membership there, I had signed a contract so I continued to pay the agreed monthly membership fee. At the one year mark I called to cancel my membership and was told to send a written notice of cancellation. Several months later I checked my email and noticed I had an outstanding balance, when I call to figure it out, I was greeted by Susan. She was quick to tell me I had spoken with her several months back about my request of cancellation but never received my written notice so monthly charges continued. I had been contacted because charges hadn't gone through the last 3 months (I had changed my debit card). Within an hour I sent her an email as a written notice of cancellation and asked management to look over my history of use of the center, so that they could see there had been no use of their facility in over a year. I asked for mercy and leniency towards the financial balance and a payment plan. In the returned email on behalf of management from Lisa, I was sent a new total (from one hour prior) that was more than quoted and asked for payments to begin immediately or it would be sent to collections. There was no mercy nor leniency towards the financial balance I had incurred after the fact I had called to cancel membership which they "never" received and still incurred charges (8 months) since calling to cancel the first time. I thought the staff handled my case very rude and un professional. When I spoke over the phone with Susan, her tone was very unapologetic and sounded like she was annoyed. I'm not one to write reviews after bad experiences, but I feel incredibly disrespected and not heard, felt like they did not care to hear my individual experience and categorized me with just another caller trying to get out of paying, when in fact that was not the case given I paid extra months after the first time requesting to cancel. Once I replied to Lisa saying she had emailed me with a new total with additional cost than what I had just been quoted over the phone within the last hour, I heard no reply from her. I emailed her again saying I had remitted a complete payment online and was not please with her response and the companies decision and hoped that this last and final payment would bring me to a $0 and end my patronage with Life Quest to which she replied, "Thank you for your payment. Yes, your balance is at $0 and you are all good to go!! Have a great day, Lisa Member Accounts." The management of this fitness center pays little to no attention to hearing our their members as individuals...and I say members because Lisa did remind me I would have a membership open until end of last month. RUDE.

Renting indoor soccer is not great here. Worst part is they dont even help provide you with an indoor ball to use when renting. Summer prices were upped from $25 per hour to about $50 per hour. Really wish there was another indoor soccer facility to go to...
