Payla is amazing! Shes great at catering the workouts to what you need so you get the most out of workouts! Shes very attentive and proactive, checks in constantly and really makes you feel important and seen. If youre looking for a personal trainer definitely give her a call!

If you’re nervous about going to the gym or training with your own personal trainer, Don’t be! Payla is great at what she does and she works with you based on your goals and your level of fitness and even injuries. I was afraid to work out in a gym because I had no clue what to do; plus, as a runner I would prefer to go run rather than work out inside with equipment that I didn’t know how to use, and weights, pff! But training with Payla, I had a goal to be stronger and she helped me accomplish that and she took the time to show me how to use the equipment. Even after moving to a different state, she continued to provide me with nutrition and workout plans based on my goals and even injuries. Look no further than Payla if you want a personal trainer who actually cares about you and your goals. And bonus, She makes it fun! 🀩

I absolutely love Coach Payla. She really pays attention to what your goal is, as well as listening to you and your health concerns. I have old back injuries and they have prevented me from doing some work outs, but Payla always know an alternative way to get the job done. She pushes me to give my all, but also tells me to listen to my body. We also talk about nutrition and share recipes. I really have enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her.

I started with Payla after hip replacement and waiting for shoulder replacement. She is the first trainer to see me and my needs and was adaptable. Never making you feel less and motivated me for more. I miss our time.

When working with Payla, she always thinks outside the typical exercise routines. She enjoys making exercise fun and personal meeting her clients' needs. She listens to her clients and thinks more about just the workout aspect. Payla has been a wonderful trainer to work with. She pushes me to my potential and knows exactly what I need to keep growing and feel confident. When I am hurt which is often she modifies workouts so I get a workout regardless. I enjoy working out with her because I know I always feel so much better after each and every workout and she is a source of motivation as well.

Payla is an amazing coach, she knew how to push me and help me train for my favorite pastime, hiking. When I hurt my ankle hiking she helped me with training to strengthen my ankles and get right back on the trails.
I do best when I do not have to think about what to do, I just follow instructions and keep moving. She always knew when I needed to increase the weight and was always checking in on how I am feeling.
I wish I had not moved away, I struggle with out her training me for sure. If you want results and someone who will push you with care, Coach Payla is for you!!
