I can't say enough good things about Trinity Training and the environment that Michael has created. How many people can create at group workout where people from 16 to 92 can all get the workout that they are looking for. People look out for each other, get to know about each other and encourage each other.

Each workout we spend 20-30 minutes in warmup and "pre-hab" - that has done wonders for me. My workouts are more effective and i get nagging injuries less and my body feels better after officiating high school and college basketball games.

The best workout routine I ever experienced. I used to do a lot of Class pass and tried different gym. None worked the way I wanted. My goal was to get stronger while getting leaner and coach Michael made it happen. Not only I am stronger, but I am healthier. Long hours of sitting doesn’t hurt my back anymore thanks to coach Michael workout program. My knees don’t bother me during hikes anymore due to the strong muscles I build ever since I joined Trinity training. Highly highly highly recommended!

Coach Michael has been awesome! I started training with him and was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up with others in his program. He worked with me to combat my limitations as I progressed through rehab, while still pushing me to my best.

The community he's built through the group workouts he hosts are some of the best I've ever seen. Everyone is supportive and encouraging. Never seen such a great group anywhere else!

He not only invested in me as a client, but as a friend and I’m thankful I started training with him.

The strongest I’ve ever been was when I was consistently training with him. If you have the chance to work with him, DO IT.

Been attending here for 3-4 years now, and have found a challenging, accepting, welcoming group of people led by Michael Brandenburg. Michael knows his science, encourages everyone at their personal level of fitness, and adds support through the network at the gym for smart eating, healthy lifestyle tips, and events that promote a sense of family and belonging. All I can say is wow. He turned my son and other Juanita Wrestlers and Pole Vaulters into beasts. But, I had a stroke in 2017. I started with Michael late 2018. He has something for all. He will modify for all ages and health conditions. My A1C, cholesterol, and body fat have all gotten better. And I say my son is now a beast pole vaulting in college. Thank you Michael

My goodness, what to say about Coach Michael! I’ve been training with him since I was 11 years old, I’m now 20. I’ve seen tremendous results over the years! I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes just last year…I was able to keep my diagnosis at bay for so long because of how often I trained and how well I ate. Michael was very supportive of my recovery process, and his dedication to this team is unmatched. Thank you Coach for all you do and I can’t wait to see how far this program goes!

I have worked with Michael the owner and founder of Trinity Training since 2007. He has been a core foundation in my wellness since, no matter how many times life has gotten to me and I fall away from training he encourages me to come back to find my best self! He offers an exceptional and unique range of training from young kids working on speed to rehabilitation after injuries. You can find 11-81 year olds training all in the same class, and everyone is pushed to their own personal limit with no judgement! No matter the time you show up to train you are welcomed and he will customize the workout to best help your success and growth. Expect loud music and even louder encouragement. Whether it be the neighbor next to you sweating or Michael himself you will feel supported on your journey every step of the way.

I’ve been apart of trinity training for as long as I can remember. The name might have changed since I started, but most things have stayed the same.
