I feel very fortunate to have Stephanie Prince as a trainer. She is incredibly knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition, explains exercises in a way that is easy to follow, and is a very friendly and supportive person. Since I started working with her, my strength and bone density have improved significantly and I feel so much better. I highly recommend her!

I've been training with Amy here for a little over 2 years now. I love how she is able to push me to work harder than I would push myself but never pushes too hard. She is always willing to be flexible when I have to change our schedule or my workout and always has great tips on how to improve my techniques in a way that works for me. Amy has become a really good friend that I can count on for a good chat but also a great workout! I don't live too close to the location but the friendly environment they create here is worth the drive every week!

I have been training with Carol for almost 2 months, and she has been great! I've trained before on my own and in a group, but realized the best way to learn how to lift properly needed to be more individualized to me (as a taller individual); As well as someone to help me stay accountable to follow through on working out consistently. Carol has been helping me learn proper form, and she has all the tools to replace an exercise with an equally challenging alternative if need be. I'm looking forward to continuing our workouts and learning how to be more consistent and growing stronger each week!

She has created (along with Amy and Stephanie) a friendly and supportive atmosphere that is not intimidating. Carol truly cares and pushes me in a supportive way. When I started training with Carol, I was new to weight training. But after a failed foot surgery and exercise limitations, I needed help. Carol tailored workouts for me to build core strength and gain confidence. Carol has a wealth of knowledge about nutrition, fitness, and overall health.

I also attend Amy's barre class which has been another game changer. The class is a blend of cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and fun.

I am in a better place in my life because of Carol and Amy.

Invest in your health! When I first started training with Carol I had constant lower back pain, was out of shape and had put my health on the back burner for several years. I was reluctant to pay a trainer because it felt like an indulgence. I’d done fitness classes, running and joined gyms off and on for years but I never achieved any lasting results. My husband heard about Carol at True North so I decided to give her a try and I’m so thankful I did! Training with Carol has completely changed my life. Not only is she an amazing fitness trainer, she has taught me so much about nutrition and maintaining my overall health. At 62 I’m fit and healthy. Strength training is an investment, but the rewards are worth it!

I can’t recommend Stephanie enough!! After having 4 babies I have a lot of fitness and health goals and Steph makes them feel so attainable. Not only are my training sessions challenging and fun but she also has a deep care for form and safety! Stephanie is personable and always makes me feel comfortable moving my body. The facility is always clean and a comfortable place to exercise.

I have had Amy as a trainer for about two years now. She has changed my whole life. I feel better physically than I have my entire life. I have scoliosis from previous tailbone injuries, and therefore have had back problems and a weak core. I feel stronger than ever now, and my back feels great! I have been training with Carol for several months. I am so happy with my progress. My goal is to avoid Osteoporosis as I get older (I'm 54) and Carol is very knowledgeable in the mechanics of weight training that will help me achieve that goal.
