This studio has so many offerings and was recommended by another mom friend to check out. So glad she led me to discovering Amanda as she's been an incredible fit for continuing my practice. I've especially loved Amanda's Sunday Vinyasa class. Music and rhythm gets me lost in the flow. Her themes and class focus just adds so much to the practice. Highly recommend Amanda. She's a newer instructor and needs to get added to their instructor page.

Joined last summer while I was completing my YTT through UW! I'm coming up on my first anniversary and plan to keep an active membership forever and ever. I've brought friends and family with me, a few have joined Twist themselves after coming to classes with me!

Twist is a wonderful studio with a wide variety of classes and wonderful teachers. I've found a real "yoga home" with the community here, and I am so glad they exist! Love both Richmond Beach and Edmonds locations.

I recently discovered this yoga studio and fell in love with it! The instructors have different styles but all are welcoming and knowledgeable. I’m happy to get back to some yoga practice after pausing for years. Hope they can add more classes to Richmond Beach!

Twist is the best yoga studio I’ve found nearby. They are so welcoming, every teacher I’ve had has greeted me with kindness as I walk in. They have such an amazing beginners price for $48 you get unlimited month long yoga (worth it). And not only that but every single class exemplifies the 8 limbs of yoga; such an important part in respecting the practice of yoga and avoiding appropriation. Both the Richmond and Edmonds studios have easy parking and are perfectly cozy and I have always felt right at home even from the start! Thank you to Twist and all of the wonderful teachers and staff that make it what it is!

Edited to clarify: I reached out to Twist before their payment had even completed processing (which was charged at 5:01am). Jen refuses to refund even in dire circumstances. Therefore... Membership is expensive and the fine print is ruthless. Twist requires a minimum of 14 days notice to cancel or suspend your membership, but will NOT give you the same courtesy before your payment is withdrawn. If you go to management for a concern, you will not be heard, helped, or refunded under ANY circumstances. At the end of the day, this woman is profiting from another culture. You're better off somewhere else.

I’ve been taking classes with Elizabeth. She is grounded consistent calm straightforward warm present every single class. It’s a deep work out without too much push or lax.
Worth it!

This studio has an amazing community of students and teachers. The classes are diverse, so there is something for everyone. After moving to Washington from across the country, I feel very blessed to have found such an amazing place to practice.

The Twistyoga community is the first yoga studio I've joined and I've had a wonderful experience as a new student. The instructors are warm, welcoming, and highly skilled at making each class very inclusive. The other class participants have been a joy to meet. What a great introduction to yoga for me!

I love Twist Yoga. I’ve been a studio member since 2017 (this is the first studio I’ve ever wanted to join) and have traveled to India when Jen and Kate, two of my favorite teachers at the studio. They have a great variety of yoga practices to fit wherever you might be in your personal practice.

Richmond Beach Yoga is a great place to practice yoga regardless of your experience level. The atmosphere is friendly and each class participant is encouraged to practice in a way that works for them. Glenn and Angeline are knowledgable, engaged, exploratory, and more than willing to answer questions and provide personalized guidance. They provide multiple approaches to each pose and the practice as a whole. (I don't mean to leave out Dylan, but I haven't had the opportunity to take one of his classes yet.) Each instructor has his/her own style that add to your own approach to yoga and illustrate that there is no one right way. They offer a varied schedule and encourage folks to try new things. This is my favorite yoga studio ever.

Found this studio during a short stay in Shoreline and was hooked. They offer hatha, vinyasa and yin (long and deep stretching--try it!) yoga and meditation in a pleasant, warm and super clean studio. Owners Angeline and Glenn are born teachers who have a knack for helping students get the most out of their practice by providing individual attention, encouragement and extra challenge. They are welcoming and well-versed in their profession. They'll also remember your name and tell funny stories. Classes are well-scheduled to allow for two in an evening if desired, i.e. vinyasa followed by meditation or hatha followed by yin. And the students are such lovely folks!

Richmond Beach Yoga provides a friendly and comfortable environment to which I give a big thumbs-up of support. Hands-down my favorite Seattle-area yoga studio. Seek this place out!

Both Glenn and Angeline are great people and teachers. Their yoga studio is clean and spacious. If you are in the Shoreline, WA area, I highly recommend you try Richmond Beach Yoga.
